We were stranded in Edmond when our 2008 Navigator wouldn’t start. I called Joe Cooper Lincoln and James in the service department took care of us. He walked us through our options and had our car gone through to see what all needed repaired. He was awesome and was very knowledgeable. Our car was even washed and vacuumed out when we got it back which subscribes to my “leave it better than you found it” philosophy I preach to my kids!

We had an EXCELLENT experience with the purchase of a used vehicle. Our sales lady, Stephanie, was really nice and the sales manager, James, was just as friendly. No hassles, easy to work with, and very little need for negotiating. The finance guy, Nathanial, was just as courteous and fast with the financing. They all treated us like family. We’ll definitely be returning and wouldn’t hesitate to buy another vehicle from them.

Sadly I have become accustomed to unbelievably bad customer service, including recently being told by a different place I took my car for an oil change that I needed 4 new tires. The car had less than 30,000 miles on it. Anyway, I got off to a bad start with Joe Cooper when they told me they wouldn't have a loaner car until mid September. I thought "well here we go again". I got it jumped and took it in and they got it in immediately and replaced the battery for free!! I'm pretty sure they could say the warranty didn't apply to the battery. They even washed and vacuumed it. So refreshing not to leave a place upset at how you are treated.

ZERO STARS... If your looking for friendly people, this is the spot. But, if your looking for honest, reliable car service, go elsewhere. I took my Lincoln in under warranty for a key fob warning light. They said they couldn't replicate the problem and sold me a battery. Still having issues, several months later the tpms warning light comes on. No longer under warranty, they offered to charge me to diagnose the issue. I leave and take it to a more honest shop where I'm informed this is a known issue with the tpms receiver. I would think a Lincoln dealership should be aware of bulletins issue by the Lincoln manufacturer, and most are. But, according to Tyler (service manager), that's just not how they do things. Tyler told me to call Lincoln customer care to see if they would extend the warranty to cover this part. I did so, and was informed that Joe Cooper Lincoln never reported that they had worked on the original issue, so Lincoln has no way of seeing that it was problematic before the warranty expired. To date, they have cost me over $1000 to fix the issue that they were trusted to repaired last year.
