I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, ever. Their service department will not contact you when they know they are not able to get to your vehicle and will keep your vehicle for days. This has happened to me twice. I quit taking my vehicle to be serviced there. Also, it seems like they purposely sell vehicles that have issues without disclosing them or their mechanics have NO idea what they are doing; it is definitely a toss up. I bought a car from them and immediately had issues with it to the point it cost me thousands to fix a car that wasn't worth it but it was all I had at the time. Their prices are very high as well. Not worth it. Will never buy another vehicle from them again. If you want a vehicle that is decent and will be worth the money, go to a Toyota dealership.

The salesman was sincere in getting us into the vehicle that we wanted. And worked hard to get it done even though past credit issues made it difficult he got it done. I would recommend the Joe Holland dealership and the Chase Russell to anyone looking for a vehicle anytime. The whole team were polite and made us feel welcome. Thank you so much for all you done to help us.

My experience at Joe Holland was awesome. My salesman Benny was very attentive to my needs and very efficient in assisting me with the sale. Benny Morton is the absolute best salesman. The finance man Josh was also proficient in helping us with the financing and completion of the Paperwork. I would highly recommend Joe Holland and all of their professional staff.

Staff was pretty nice. Gave me plenty of information. Unfortunately we came to look at a car that they had listed on their website. Apparently they loan out their new cars to people to drive. Didn't have it on the lot and didn't know when they would get it back. So we found a similar car at Moses and bought it. New Chevy equinox. Could have had a sale if they didn't loan out their cars, but guess it's their car.

Great service! Ken went out of his way to make sure I got the car I wanted at a great price as well! I received calls from local chevy dealers but after working with Ken I drove 3 1/2 hours to buy from them. Honest and friendly dealership. Would definitely buy from here again!

Bought my brand new 2013 Chevy Cruze and i wish I didn't it has been nothing but a headache in the shop so many times i think about 9 or 10 with so many issues and if that's not enough to deal with you have a service department that makes you feel stupid when you tell them the problem your having and they claim to not find one well i felt this way a couple times and actually recorded my problem to prove it to them and they were just like oh yeah you do have a problem. Whatever the problem is there shouldn't be no questions asked or rudeness when you take your vehicle in that's what we have a warranty for and its not like you wouldn't get your money if we did have to pay. And the whole time your in the lobby waiting you hear other people complaining about the service department. I however loved our salesman Rich he was very kind and not pushy at all i would recommend him to anyone but sorry not your service department.

Bought a ore owned certified used car. Car very clean and in excellent shape. Staff easy to work with. Finance department made buying process easy. Sales rep followed up afterwards to make sure we're satisfied. This was a nice touch. Looking to buy another vehicle soon, so will start at Joe Holland.

The dealership staff came across to me as dishonest and showed poor integrity in reserving a vehicle for me. They cancelled my deal and ignored my numerous attempts to reach them by phone or email. I had a very frustrating experience with them and they failed to show any appreciation of my time. I would not buy from this dealership as I think honesty is essential in gaining someones trust.I would strongly recommend going to a reputable dealership that value customer care.
