I bought a used car with cash on 1/22. I still don’t have my title, registration, or permanent plates. My temporary plates are over two weeks expired. I’ve called multiple times and no one is able to help update me on the status of my plates or when I should be expecting them to arrive. They charge you a titling and licensing fee when you buy your car, yet take zero action to ensure it happens. Buy a car somewhere else to ensure you end up with your registration at the end of it all.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from this location over an 8 year span. The service department is the worst service I have ever encountered, with any business, in my life. I attempted to arrange warranty work on the 2 vehicles and one additional vehicle purchased elsewhere on 10 separate occasions. Of those requests, I was only able to get in one time and that was on the first service request. If you would like to speak to a service coordinator about the scope of work without just setting up an appointment, good luck. You will be forwarded to a random coordinator's desk wherein they will not answer and you will leave voicemail after voicemail with no call back. If you do happen to get through and your vehicle was not purchased at that location, prepare to wait at least a month because they take priority to requests on vehicles purchased at their location. On one occasion I was informed they perform service on vehicles ONLY purchased from their location. If you did purchase from that location, you will still need to wait at least 2 weeks. When you arrive (extremely early as its first come first serve) you will not have the opportunity to discuss (with someone knowledgeable) what your vehicle's issue is and what you have done to troubleshoot. When you pick up your vehicle, you won't receive any information on what was found or why certain things were replaced. I have given this location 10 opportunities to show me how they operate and they have been consistently bad. Because of the abysmal Service department, I will never purchase another vehicle from this location nor will I service my vehicle at this location (which is impossible to do anyway).

These guys are great! I had a custom order from another state, and Syd kept me informed through the entire process. He went up and beyond with his customer service, and was there in person to see my car loaded onto the freight carrier with no issues. He was also a text away and the same with Pedro, their Finance Director, he even answered my texts while he was on vacation!

Joe Myers Ford is he only dealership that I will visit to purchase a new Ford. The sales guys don't work on commission and you never feel pressured into a deal. They always provide several options to show you what you can get. They don't want you walking out of there dissatisfied that's for sure. From the sales to management to financing, overall great and fluid experience.

I needed a battery replacement. Joe Myers Service Dept accepted an appointment two hours from my call, sent an email confirmation, and got me in and out in under an hour. Finally, a dealership that understands not all service calls take four hours. Maybe things have really improved in dealership service.

Mr.Greg made my car buying experience very easy for me ! Especially since I was a first time buyer. Other than Mr.Greg being wonderful the rest of the staff was very friendly they check on you and ask do you need anything . We found a new truck at a competitive dealership, requested pricing from Joe Myers on the same truck for a comparison. Not only was Joe Myers competitively priced, their customer service was above and beyond. They actually brought the vehicle to our office so that we could view it without having to take time out of our busy schedule. John Templeton was excellent in explaining all of our options along with the purchasing process. Ryan Brinkman the sales manager was also very helpful and friendly though out the process. We will definitely be taking our fleet purchasing from your competitor over to Joe Myers and buying all of our new vehicles from John and Ryan at Joe Myers.

The experience I had at Joe Myers Ford with Michelle Shepard (Internet Sales Director) and Chris Alligood (New Vehicle Sales Director) was the kind of experience you hope against and what has given car salesmen their reputation. I will not judge a company by one bad employee, but when two managers conduct business with unapologetic dishonesty and open deceit, it is fair to judge those are qualities of the culture as a whole.Hoping to capitalize on a manufacturer rebate the day before it expired, I called around to 6-7 area dealerships letting them know I would be purchasing a new F150 XLT FX4 5.0V8 (with a few other items) and was searching for the best price. Whoever gave me the best price was going to sell a truck that day. Joe Myers offered me the best price and earned my business. The price was agreed on, and just to be sure I told Michelle that if the price she quoted was the price at when I got to the dealership, I would buy the truck, and if they tried to pull a "gotcha" or any tricks/add-ons/etc., I would go to another dealership. She assured me, "That is not how we do business here... we believe in being up front and honest." I told her again my promise (you make good on the offer and I will buy the truck for that price). I get to the dealership on 7:00PM on a Monday night early in the month (meaning the dealership is empty of other customers), and I asked for Michelle. A sales rep told me he would take care of everything and would not let me see speak to Michelle (clue #1 that they were going to pull something). Next, the price was $897 more expensive than what was agreed on for "dealer added items that were already installed." Surely they were not installed in the hour between my conversation with Michelle and me arriving. Their story changed multiple times as to why the charge was there and what it was for, then when they saw I wasn't having any of it, so Chris Alligood stepped in. Alligood was even less customer-focused than the sales rep and offered to remove the tint and the bed-liner and a few other things to get rid of the $897 additional charge. Chris Alligood, the New Vehicle Sales Manager would rather remove the tint and bed-liner, which will cost them money and which they cannot reuse than give me the truck for the agreed on price. It would not save them any money to remove those, and would only take away from my experience and value. That tells you how they view and treat the customer. Selling me the truck for the agreed on price would have been a win/win, but instead they chose to be dishonest to try to get another $897 and lost a sale and I still don't have a new truck (they chose lose/lose).Bottom line - The culture at Joe Myers from the very top down is one of dishonesty and deception and one in which they would rather a lose-lose outcome than a win-win. Within an hour of posting on Facebook that I was disappointed with Joe Myers Ford, 6 of my friends in the area commented that they either heard bad things about this dealership or had terrible experiences themselves. I will not buy a vehicle from this dealership or any dealership represented by Michelle Shepard or Chris Alligood.

In the course of a week, I had service done and purchased parts for my 2005 F150, I shopped for both new and used vehicles. Every step of the way and each person I dealt with was outstanding. Starting with the service department, Joe Courtney and the service cashier (can 't remember her name) were a joy to deal with. Likewise for Doug Simpson in parts. As we have a new driver in the family, we were in the market for a third vehicle. I have been buying cars from Joe Myers for about 5 years now. I always use Joe Ramirez III, he's professional but also fun. He made this experience easy and my 5 year old was with me. We bought a very nice used F-150 XLT from Jax, who was great, in December 2014. It was precertified, so we also got a bumper-to-bumper warranty good for 100,000 miles, normal wear & tear excepted.A few months ago, the windshield wipers wouldn't turn off. Every 8-10 seconds, they wipe, whenever the truck is on. It's not a hazard of any sort, so we waited until we would be off for a few days to drop the truck off for what we expected to be a quick fix. We dropped it off Wednesday afternoon, and the service tech came out, diagnosed the problem--"I guarantee you it's a switch. Shouldn't be a problem to replace." We went inside, where he confirmed the warranty, and scheduled it for an actual service time. Friday. At 3:30. They were booked up, until then.So Friday evening, I called to check the status. I needed the truck over the weekend--that's why we took it in on a Wednesday--and must have it, Monday morning. They took my message, said they'd have someone call back. Nobody called back. It's now Saturday afternoon, and I just got off the phone with Chris, purportedly one of the managers in the Service Department. The conversation essentially went like this:I guarantee you'll have the truck Monday afternoon. --Monday?! Afternoon?? Why did we have a Friday appointment, if it won't be fixed until Monday? Because we have to check with the Warranty people. --You had the warranty information on Wednesday, it's a bumper-to-bumper, the switch involved isn't a normal wear-and-tear item, so what's the problem? Warranty people are troublesome; they may require specific voltage tests, all sorts of unreasonable confirmation. --Yes, but y'all have known about it since Wednesday, when the tech first diagnosed it, and confirmed the Warranty. Right, but then we had to actually confirm that was the problem, in the Friday appointment, and then start dealing with the Warranty folks. --Have you done that? Yes.--Great, then fix the truck. Not until the Warranty folks get back to us; we've sent them everything they could possibly ask for. --Great, then fix the truck, and if the Warranty folks turn down the claim, I'll be unhappy with them, not with you...I need the truck. Can't do it. We don't have the part. --Have you ordered it? Not yet. Not until the Warranty people approve it. But we get the part the same day. --Great...get the part today, fix the truck! Nope, can't get parts on Saturday. (I didn't ask: Then why be open for repairs on Saturday? This just doesn't ring true.) --So how about I come get the truck, because we need it, and I can bring it back Monday afternoon, when you have everything all straightened out, and can fix the truck. Nope; if you do that, you're going to the end of the line. We're really really busy, and understaffed. If we have the part Monday, and you drop it off Monday afternoon, you probably won't get it back until at least Wednesday.There wasn't much else to say, at that point. I thanked Chris for his candor, and sympathized with him about having to handle calls like this. He said he hates calls like this, too, because they've clearly failed to provide the service they should...but, even though it's not an excuse, they're understaffed and really busy.So my question for you, dear reader, is this: Why would you ever want to take your vehicle to be serviced by a Service Department that admits they're slow, understaffed, overworked, and have failed? I'd look for somebody else to do the service. We certainly will.

I had an overall good experience. Our experience with Ismail and Wayne was tense but that was mainly because we were trying to get the best deal. Wayne and Ismail were extremely professional throughout the entire sale. We appreciate their patience. The only downside was the car we purchased was not washed and prepared to a standard I thought was necessary. There was a chip in the panel (already taken care of through Wayne) and the interior was still dirty.

The folks at Joe Myers were up front as we closed the deal. They gave me hard numbers that I could evaluate and so I could see where my money was going. Unlike their local competition. I was disappointed that the shop technicians did not secure my bed cover and did not inform my salesman. I reported the issue to my salesman and to their customer service dept and both assured me the responsible party would be counseled. Otherwise, excellent experience. Tori did a great job answering all my questions as well as addressing my concerns. She showed me around a couple of other cars to show the different package deals. That allowed me to finalize exactly what I was looking for. The manager made a good deal even better to keep me from leaving in order to test drive another car from another dealer. On top of that, they went ahead and paid the $75 damage fee from the current Fusion I was leasing. Finance guy transferred my Disabled Vet plates from my old car to the new one, so I don't have to order new ones. Great service all around. This experience has restored my faith in auto dealerships.

Cedric Dave made this process easy! I cannot believe it all started over the phone. I called and started talking to Cedric 3 days before I even came in. Once I came in the dealership, he had everything ready for me. There were several options for me to choose. I have always been afraid of going to dealerships but no more. I have found my new and forever SUPER-CAR SALESMAN!!! I found myself at the dealership a litter longer than I wanted because I couldn't quit make up my mind. He was very patience and did not pressure me either way. Once I picked out a SUV, the price was a little more than I wanted to pay. He went back to the drawing board and brought me something that was more suitable for my budget. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience was awesome. I left with my SUV and a smile on my face. I thought that would be the last I heard from Cedric...I was wrong. The following week, he called to check on me and to see how I was liking my SUV. Overall my experience was great. There was however a misunderstanding with the price of the vehicle presented to us. At $35k+, we understood as presented to us by Joe Nabbs that the MPP was included in the price, along with Gap coverage, etc. When I went to finance, I was then presented with additional preferred coverage with Zaktek and Skyline for additional $3k+. I was surprised to learn the MPP was not included in the original quoted price and that my final finance price was $3k higher than I expected. It should have been presented to us as, "Our offer is $35k+, and MPP, Gap coverage, etc. are additional costs." That was one of the deciding factors of us purchasing, that the $35k included the MPP. We even stated that with Joe that we were pleased it was included, and we're never corrected until presented with contract.

Our family has always owned Fords and I just could not see another option. I was hesitate because I was trading in my 2013 F-150 Lariat for an Escape. I felt the need to downsize. I have to say that Robert made my experience so easy. I was very anxious about the experience because I just was not sure if I was making the right choice and of course I wanted to get the best deal possible.From the minute that Robert meet me in the parking lot and shook my hand I knew I was in good hands. We sat down and discussed my options and he asked me questions. He really took the time to understand why I was trading in and helped me choose the best option for me. Mr cook the director of the body shop called me a liar today. After they promised to cover my rental on my last visit, they never did. For him to be the example of the body shop and the leader, he sure did a horrible job in taking care of me. He would rather lose a customer that pays thousands and a customer who can recommend other customers to make even more business for the dealerships. He'd rather lose a loyal customer who's came 3 times to get work done and paid thousands than cover the rental charges he promised. To me that's not a good example and I'll make sure everyone I know including social media knows of this worst experience ever.

i setup a time to look at a 2013 Mustang Boss 302. I am a serious buyer with financing in hand. I get to the dealership after having to fight the fact that every road leading to this dealership is closed and you can only get there from the back door from the direction that I was coming from. The car is pulled up at the front and I am thinking they did it so i could look at it since i called and setup the appointment. i am looking at the car and a salesman comes and gets into the car while i am looking under it. he gets in a starts it up and i ask what was going on. He tells me that it is sold the day before, the same day i setup the appointment and very quickly slams the door and drives off. i fully understand that the first person with the cash wins in used car sales. All i would have wanted was a courtesy call BEFORE I spent close to an hour getting to the dealership since they knew for at least 12+ hours that it was sold. Maybe there was another car on the lot I would have been interested in, but since they did not offer common courtesy, I feel no obligation to buy anything they offer or an obligation to write a "nice" review of their sales. i did give them an additional star above the 1 star rating they deserve from a sales tactic because I have had excellent experiences with their service department and will continue to use them for service, I just won't buy a car from them.

Overall my experience was excellent. Everyone was very helpful and was very attentive to my needs. Only one minor irritation. During my first visit to the dealership, I was quoted a price that was quite a bit higher than the price listed on their website. Once I showed them the internet price, there was no pushback and we made a deal very quickly. It's not a big deal but I would prefer to not have to play games. But having said that, I am very happy with my car, with the price I paid and with my experience at Joe Myers. Just make sure you do your homework before you make a deal.

After searching through the inventory of several Ford dealerships in San Antonio, Dallas, and Houston, I was able to find a few dealerships that had the color, package, option and features I wanted for my Mustang. I initially found a vehicle at another location but decided not to purchase my vehicle through them because of poor customer service and their unwillingness to honor the discounts they promised over the phone.I went to Joe Myer's and the difference was night and day. Everyone from sales to finance provided some of the best customer service I have ever had at a dealership. I received almost a grand more in discounts than most other dealerships were offering and almost a full percentage less on the loan interest rate than my bank. Because they have treated me so well (before and after the purchase) and gave me a much better price than the other dealerships, I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Joe Myers!

I specifically requested him this time because of my experience with him last time. A true Gentleman and willing to bend over backwards to make sure I got the deal I wanted on the vehicle I wanted, although he did steer me to a better deal on the same vehicle type. This dealership advertises deceptively. They advertise Ford F1 50s at $15,000 off MSRP. They will not sell you a Ford F1 50 for $15,000 off MSRP. I went to this dealership to purchase a Ford F1 50 based on their advertise pricing and this dealer absolutely refused to honor their advertising. Their general response to things such as the Better Business Bureau has been that I was never at the dealership. That is an absolute untruth, I visited this dealership on two occasions. Don't think for one moment that this dealership is a locally owned a business. They are owned by Berkshire Hathaway automotive. They are part of a group that owns over 100 dealerships. When I file my initial complaint with the BBB this was nothing more than an opportunity for the dealership general manager to insult me and call me a liar. The BBB was useless. The response from Joe Myers as typical of their attitude. The chose to call me a liar. I absolutely was a customer at this shady dealership. I have offered to show them Ryan Martinez business card and they have refused to accept that as my proof of being there as a buying customer. They cannot accept the fact thst they engage in deceptive advertising, bully tactics, and as anyone can see from their response they are rude to customers. Accusing me of doing this on behaf of another dealership is ludicrous. BTW...this site is supposed to be anonymous.....they should have no way of knowing my identity....These people are theyntype that give car dealers a bad name.

The first thing i appreciated was that that the truck i was looking at on line was the same price when i got to the dealership...no price switcheroos....I also liked that they were not pushy... I got the truck I wanted at a good price and they were very friendly and helpful.

The sales staff was not pushy. They negotiated but were really interested in arriving at a deal that was satisfactory to me and not just to them, asking along the way, whether I was satisfied with the deal I was getting and if not what could they do to close the deal.

After much internet shopping we found the vehicle we wanted. I made a phone call to the dealership to verify the truck was still available. The lady that answered was very courteous but all sales people were helping other customers. She took my number and said a salesman would return my call. At this point I know I'm not going to going to get a phone call (the pessimist that I am about dealerships). Within five minutes Nick called verified the truck was still available, answered my questions about pricing and made an appointment to see the truck the next day. We bought the truck. Very pleasant experience from start to finish.

My wife and I really appreciated the no-pressure, relaxed, professional demeanor of our young salesman, Michael Henderson. After doing much research on pricing, I was pleased on the negotiated deal we reached. This was our second vehicle purchase through Michael in the past five months. We look forward to an equally great customer service experience in the coming years. Past experiences with some other dealers was very lacking in the service department. The general public's perception is that service through a dealership is much more expensive than a certified auto repair garage. My understanding is that dealers have become more competitive in the service area and for that reason we are looking forward to using Joe Myers Ford for our vehicle service needs in the coming years.

I have been looking to buy a Ford Edge Sport since 2014, but decide to wait for the new model to come out this year. I must say it was worth the wait, I did a lot of research into pricing and compared prices for a black on black model from dealerships within a 200 mile radius of Houston. The best price by far was Joe Myers. They were even lower than the True Car price. I arrive at the dealership late but I already had in mind what I wanted to purchase. Alex Morales was very fast at setting up the test drive even though it was an hour before closing. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle features and specs. He even offer tips on how to increase gas mileage. The deal I received on the Edge was great, there was no haggling back and forth because price was already agreed upon before I arrived at the dealership. IT WAS A GREAT PRICE. The paperwork for the vehicle was done smoothly and fast. When everything was completed the dealership was obviously closed, but Cedric Dave was still enthusiastic to give me a step by step demonstration of all the features I was unable to explore during the test due to the time. It was 10:30p and he is still willing to showing me how to use the parking feature, cameras, added safety features, and even offer to set my phone up for the car. I passed on the phone setup but was very impressed with the dedication the sales team had for their buyers. When people see my new Edge they say nice car and where did you get it from? I tell them Joe Myers.

I was in the market for a new truck and did a truecar search. I was given several options with 4 Ford dealerships in the area. I went to Joe Myers due to location to my house. The dealership gave me a contact person, Tony. Tony did call and email me about information about the truck I might be interested in. I went to the dealership to look and feel what a truck would drive like. I really fell in love with the truck I test drove. With the many rebates and incentives that was being offered, I felt like the price was right to make the purchase. All of the paperwork took about 2 and 1/2 hours to complete. Very happy with my new F150. All of the salesperson were very nice and greeted me each time I visited the dealership.

I called Joe Myers Ford this morning and told the sales guy the stock number of the vehicle I was interested in and he said they had it and had the keys. I was pressed for time and drove there with my trade in vehicle. I met the sales man that I spoke with , gave him the keys to my trade in vehicle, and briefly looked over the new Ford Explorer that he had pulled up just outside the door. He told me he would call me with the trade in allowance for my vehicle and we could negotiate the deal over the phone. He called me in about half an hour and we negotiated a deal which I agreed to and gave him my credit card to put down the deposit to hold the vehicle till I returned which would be in 4 hours.He called me back and said the General Manager, Josh had overridden our deal and sold the vehicle to another customer that was there. I was there first and my deposit was placed 1st.... Sounds like Josh has no value on honoring a contract. I will take my 35,000 and spend it with a dealership that has ethics.

My husband called Tony and told him which truck we were interested in. When we arrived the truck was washed, serviced, full of gas, and parked up front in the shade! He had our trade in appraised then we drove the truck. They gave us a very fair deal, and we drove our new truck out in less than 2 hours! The only thing we didn't like was the bonus for financing the truck. You save $750 if you finance. It caused us to have to go through the finance department. Ford should offer something to those that want to pay cash.

Excellent service in my opinion. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to spend. I worked with Michael Henderson who was very professional and got me the exact vehicle I was looking for. The specific model I wanted had to be picked up and driven from another dealership, so Michael went over and beyond in my opinion to go pick the car up and drive it back himself to make sure nothing happened to it in the ride back to Houston. He missed out on potential sales to do that. I appreciated that very much and the fact that he followed up with me after the sale was complete to ask if I needed help with setting up my features on the vehicle. Very nice, great customer service, and professional. I would definitely buy from them again and refer a friend.

My wife bought a car at this dealership 3 years ago and left with mixed feelings after the final step of the financing process. We chose the dealership again because of the products ford has, and the excellent service department this past 3 years. Our first meeting with Tony and Robert was very professional and pleasant. They asked all the questions regarding our needs and answered all questions we asked. The product turned out to be missing an option we needed. Robert got right on the phone and found what we needed that was not far from the dealership. The price was not manipulated at all. They took a look at any available rebates available which really helped us stay close to our budget. We really appreciated their business attitude as well as their people skills. It was so nice to make a purchase with no hassle and not having to spend countless hours sitting and waiting. This is one of the best teams I've worked with in all my 58 years. Needed a 3/4 ton truck to pull the "1/2 ton towable" 5th wheel we purchased that was too much for our 2014 GMC 1500. Checked the internet F-250 specs and prices and called Nick Javurek who went over F-250 details. Nick was out the day we were there from Livingston and Alex Morales worked our deal. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and answered all questions about the F-250 diesel we purchased. This entire truck buying experience was unlike any Ive ever had. I did my homework and looked at all the Ford dealers in the Houston area and beyond. Joe Myers had the best price and offered the best price with more options. Even though I bought my previous F-150 there I still looked around. Let's face it this is a big investment. They gave me more than what I owed on my trade in (2013 F-150) and the service was great. They were not pushy at all and worked with me on all aspects of the purchasing process. Both the Sale Rep and Finance employees were friendly and didnt push anything on me I didnt want. I am extremly happy with my purchase and the service I recieved and recommend Joe Myers Ford to anyone looking for a great car or truck with freindly employees and a great price.

A long and protracted deal, in which Joe Myers at first did not cover themselves in glory, was ultimately made a very efficient process by Josh Harris and Justin Watson. Due to various circumstances, we ended up ordering a vehicle to built, and on the day it arrived my trade was damaged by a driver not paying attention. Messrs Harris and Watson made the transition from old car to new as painless and as efficient as they possibly could, and I now a happy owner of a new Ford. Craig Bosley was also an efficient finance manager.I have always used this dealership for services and will continue to do so, with Gerald Touloudis being sn excellent service advisor.

These people are the most unethical people in the car dealership business. They stole, lied, and cheated me on my trade in. Greg Martin (my salesman) is a lying snake. He made promises and never fulfilled one, he stole my trade in by inflating the price of my car to accommodate the credit they were suppose to give me on my trade. They got my truck for 14k when it was worth about 20k. They twisted the numbers and since they knew I was in a hurry they took advantage of the situation. His manager Chris Alligood, Josh Potts were also in on it. Total thief's, and Carolyn Cross is the head of the pack, I think she trained them well to be the thief's they are. Another problem that I now face, after giving me 10,000 miles of free gas that is written in my contract, they are now telling me that because I gave them bad reviews on the web, that I must remove all of the bad reviews and negative comments in order for them to give me my gas cards, that alone speaks volumes on this organization. Gene Ferow customer service manager lied also, and Craig Bosley in finance was the one that did the most deceitful act by not showing me and lying to me on the figures. Beware!!! Customer comments are there to help other consumers not make the mistakes that other made and to show if this business practices are ethical. I have every right to write what my experience was with them. How unethical can you get, they have to give me my gas cards!!! They cannot hold them hostage until I remove anything....I ain't removing crap, it is what it is. They are thief's....

Everything that they told me would happen, as far as what was going on where they were at on my old truck, whats going to happen once I bought the new, the man handling the paper work, explaning how the new truck would work, all the help they offered me even after I was leaving, told me to if I had any problems just give them a call they would take care of it. What I liked alot was I really did'nt spend the entire day there, I applaud them these guys are pros, GREAT JOB GUYS!! thanks

Came from San antonio to get a car from Joe Myers. None of the local dealers could match their offer and thought I was gonna get ripped off with add ons. That being said I was a little apprehensive, but I really had no reason to be. The only add on was tint. The deal they gave me was still the best offer by far. No high pressure sales tactics whatsoever, very easy to deal with. From what I understand some of the older negative reviews were for a different owner? And staff. They cleaned house a couple years ago. I dealt with Tony Morgan and was very satisfied. I would recommend Joe Myers to family and friends and would shop there again.

Bought a 2015 Edge from Joe Myers Ford. Had talked to other dealers who did not have a vehicle I wanted - Joe Myers did. Started via an internet solicitation by me as to what they had. They responded and continued to work with me via the internet until a vehicle satisfactory to me was in their inventory.When I went to the dealership to actually see the vehicle, I was greeted right away and everyone from the receptionist to the sales people were anxious to help me. We made a deal quickly and I drove the vehicle home that evening. I believe I got a good price and am very satisfied with the Edge, I dealt with Glen LeCamus and Fausto Andrade in sales. Both were very helpful and anxious for us to make a deal. The people I met in Service and in the contract/closing group were also very helpful.I will certainly recommend Joe Myers Ford and Glen and Fausto to anyone in the market for a new Ford product. I was not looking forward to the "dance' that goes with buying a new vehicle. The first thing that caught my eye on entering Joe Myers Ford was the "no snakes" placards and signs. I must say, they fully lived up to the no snakes promise. Mark Harris asked questions about what I wanted, suggested alternatives, but most of all, simply listened. Great experience all around.

I was looking for an Expedition in the used section but because of physical constraints my wife could not get into it so I tried a new car. Joe Simon was very helpful. We found a Taurus LTD was the best and Curtis Holliday and Josh ??? were so kind and helpful especially after I had sent Josh on a wild goose chase, he was so patient. Then Curtis worked the magic and got us the deal we wanted. An ideal experience.Only one slight niggle; the lady who checked out all the books and keys etc., was a little too rote for my liking. She wasn't rude or anything like but seemed a little bored by the whole process and it took the edge off slightly. All in all despite the distance from home I would do it again. Based on this experience Joe Myers go the extra distance to sell you a vehicle. Very happy.

I had completed weeks of research and was working with a local GM dealer who was not in the mood to deal or give me a break. I hadn't even thought of getting a Ford until I started to do research on line. I lined up three trucks (all 2014s) and called the dealership. They put me in touch with Glen Francis. I explained to Glen I was not looking to waste my time or his and asked him about all the incentives that were on line. Glen explained that some of the incentives would not apply since I was not financing (had my own) and I lacked a Kroger card-go figure. Anyway, I explained I had a trade, a very used 2010, and was given an estimate of walk out the door amount. When I showed up, Glen had the truck I had identified as my first choice. We did the usual walk around, look under the hood-dont know why we still do this as the last time I popped the hood to work on a car involved a 1980 Dodge Colt-and did a test drive. This was the truck I wanted but still wanted to get that I saved a bunch here feeling. We went inside, was offered gallons of water to drink because everyone who saw me kept asking, Do you want a water? and a tub of popcorn. Glen had my trade in evaluated and came back and made me an offer I could not refuse. Matt Miller and Craig Bosley also did an outstanding job with handling their end of the sale. I want to thank the GM dealership for not providing me the customer service I was looking for because they sent me to Joe Myers. One of the best experiences I have had in a long time. My kids will be looking to replace their vehicle soon and I told them to go see Glen. Thanks for the fantastic customer service and great deal!

Saw a truck advertised on the Joe Myers website for "$39,876 Price for everyone" Went to Joe Myers Ford to see the truck and was quoted $40,378.When I asked why the price was different they referred to the obscure "fine print" at the very bottom of the webpage that the price may not be correct. So, it was yet another cheesy bait-and-switch car sales tactic. (VERY bad)I had the salesman run my credit for Ford Motor credit to get qualified for $2500 in rebates. The salesman, Alex Morales, brought me a printout of the offer with 48/60/72 financing options. When I told him I needed to think about the deal, he refused to let me take the printed offers. When I asked why I was told it was 'policy', but I could take a picture of them with my cell phone...which I did. So I asked to see the manager. The internet sales manager, Michelle Shepard, also told me that it was policy to not let the customer have the sales offer printout. After some discussion and her attempts to try and keep me at the dealership to strong arm a decision out of me, she agreed to let me have a copy. (overall shady and bad business practice)I left the store and went to my office to review the offer and do some math. I sent an email making a offer on the truck and got a call from Ryan Martinez and we settled on a sales price and he followed up with a email confirming our conversation and deal we reached. (good) He did try and pressure me to put a $500 deposit on the truck to hold it, which I declined (very annoying take-away close tactic)I secured a $15k cashiers check and had a employee drop me and my son off at the dealership. I met Alex M again and started the purchase paperwork. He then introduced me to Phyllis Baird in Finance. Phillip was very pleasant to visit with while we completed the finances. she presented me with the loan documents and I notice the agreed 60 mo 4.9% rate was now changed to 4.99% . When I question why the rate was higher she told me the computer systems did that. I told her we had a deal at 4.9% and asked her to change the documents back the original agreement. She agreed but had to do redo the docs manually. I'm fairly certain Phyllis was trying to intentionally change the deal. If I hadn't caught this mistake I would have paid more that agreed. (good that she was happy to correct - bad that this happened cause it seemed like a sneaky thing to do considering my experience with the sales offer quote documents)Phyllis took me down to new car delivery, the young man was very pleasant showing me all the documents and service manuals. (good)The 'new car delivery guy' was nowhere to be found so Alex stepped in and gave me and my son a demonstration on the trucks features. there were some things he did not know, like whether or not the two keys were number 1 & 2 and if each key was designed to remember seat positions..... he did well considering it's not his job (good try)When driving home (at 7:30 (dark) we noticed the radio wouldn't san stations and had lots of static. the next morning (in the daylight) I noticed the truck had no radio antenna. So I sent an email to Alex, Michelle and Ryan asking for someone to call. I eventually got tired of waiting for a email response, so I called Alex and told him the antennae was missing. He apologized and drove one out to my office an hour later (very good) Overall, I would say I spent the majority of my time at the dealership in a very guarded mood. I did not trust anyone and felt I needed to be cautious and make sure I wasn't being taken advantage of. My coaching - 1st - never advertise a product or service price that you won't honor. The website presentation of pricing should be transparent, straight forward and current... not in the fine print... It's way too easy to keep the internet inventory pricing correct and avoid the bait and switch perceptions that give car dealers a bad reputation. 2nd - If you make a customer a offer, let them have the paperwork to review. Give the customer the flexibility to review the offer in a non-pressured environment. 3rd - when you agree on a deal, don't change it. being presented financial papers that doesn't reflect the agreed deal is a poor business practice.4th - make sure the delivery of the vehicle is the best experience possible..... A missing antenna is a dumb thing to miss....

I was asked what my wife and I wanted in our truck and stated I wanted many things but needed only a few. I told John how much I wanted to pay so he could match up my needs to the price. With in 2 minutes we went to look at our new truck and 5 minutes later we took it for a test drive. Not only did I get what we needed, but we got almost everything I wanted too and for the price I wanted to pay. John was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and was very sincere in dealing with us. I was so happy with the whole experience I almost thought this was too good to be true. I told John that I had an appointment that I could not miss. He and the Finance manager were very accommodating and were able to get the transaction completed in time for my meeting. I am very satisfied with the purchase of the new Expedition, Saturday. Rudy did a good job of not only getting us a good price with email, but it got even better when we go there. This was a much better deal than I got from dealers closer to us. This is the second purchase from Joe Meyers and we will come back again. I don't want to leave out Michelle. She and Rudy walked us all the way to the end. It took awhile, but we are satisfied. I would highly recommend the internet process they have. Great price and great service during our purchase.

I came out to the dealership, after calling about an auto ad . Mr LeCamus assured me that the ad was correct, excepting that I would not receive the $1500 trade in allowance. I came out, looked at t he car, and sat down to buy it. The actual price that he gave me was higher than I was promised on the phone, because he "didn't know that some other deduction was not allowed".Their ad says "no snake oil". I entered the dealership a few days ago expecting an immediate hassle or some form of problem with the salesperson. My concerns and needs were acknowledged and met by my salesperson. I have purchased vehicles from various car dealerships in the past but this process took very little time and I felt calm and in control the entire time. these people truly have customer needs high on their priority list. Really my only issue is I tried and tried to get them to include the TV on the lot in my deal. They wouldn't. Everything else was wonderful and quick. No hoops to jump through and Robert even made sure they did a little extra detail work because he noticed a spot I didn't even see.

The sales process at Joe Myers Ford was fine. Service at the dealership has been disappointing. My first negative service experience occurred when I went in for routine service. I had a slow leak in one of the tires and asked them to check it out, which they agreed to do. I told them I had already refilled the air twice. When I picked up my car and asked about the source of the leak I was told they didn't check it because it is their policy not to check tires unless they have refilled it twice themselves, which would mean scheduling visits, returning twice more and leaving my car for them to check at their convenience. Instead, the next day I went to Discount Tire. While I waited they checked the tire, found a screw, repaired the tire and got me on my way at no charge.One bad experience could be explained as just a case of misunderstanding, but two bad experiences? The second negative experience occurred just recently when the "check engine" light came on unexpectedly. I called Joe Myers Ford and was on hold for 10 minutes just waiting to speak to a scheduler. She told me their system was down and needed to be rebooted, took my phone number and promised to call me back. After several hours there was no call. I tried to book a service appointment online, but received a message that the online sytem was unavailable. At the end of the day I called Mac Haik Ford, scheduled a visit for first thing the next day, dropped off my car and had it back the same day. The repair was under warranty and all is well. They even had a shuttle to take me to work. All in all a great experience. As for Joe Myers Ford? Still no phone call. I won't go back.

0 stars - in my experience worst service in Texas. I made an appointment for Friday at 10:30AM - received several auto generated emails. When I got there nothing had been looked at, nothing booked, it was as though the appointment meant NOTHING. I was told several items needed to be looked before they could give me an estimate. The work could not be done on Friday but they would call. Monday 9:30AM I have heard nothing. I called. Someone would get back to me. 10:30AM I called and by 11:30 AM I told them to call immediately that I was certain that the truck would not be done on Monday since by noon they had not started it. Nothing but "I'll call you back" and transfers to service managers voice mails. I tell one of the "I'll call you back" people and one voice mail that they are no longer authorized to do anything but inspect the car and send the shuttle so I can pick it up. Noon I get an email and a call all at once. The estimates are VERY high. So no action on the truck until I start getting upset Mid-Monday then an outrageous estimate. 12:30 no shuttle. Service Director calls and says that because of my language they will not inspect the truck and that I owe them a great deal. They will zero it out so we can go our separate ways and because of a "storm" they have flooding and the shuttle isn't running. I live within a few miles of them. A brief shower, no flooding. Here is the estimate and then my email with "the language". Yes, it was closing time but it should not have mattered and she was rude. Kind of killed the experience. I am giving an excellent review regardless, the other personnel deserve it.

We made the 2 hour trip, Chris greeted us at the door; turned us over to Josh Harris. Both employees were awesome to work with. Sale went smoothly and we are very happy with our new vehicle. Financing was great with Craig Bosley. Everyone that we worked with were great, so easy to work with and very friendly. This is our new place to purchase our vehicles.

I had done my due diligence ahead of time so I knew what I wanted to buy (2014 Fusion Titanium Hybrid) and the trade-in value I would accept for my 2010 Fusion Hybrid. After looking at what was in stock and test driving two that I liked the colors we proceeded to the trade-in negotiations. While I would have liked more it was within my range of acceptability. I wanted the 72 months zero interest and declined the extended warranties. Drove away with an awesome new hybrid, "Dark Side" is its color (I call it Midnight Blue because telling people I am driving on the "dark side" sounds creepy. LOLJoe Ramirez, sales consultant, the finance guy, Wayne, and their tech guy, Matt (car has so much technology they have a tech guy to assist you), were great and so easy and friendly to work with. Totally recommend this dealership even though they are a dozen miles away. This is my second car from them and they just get better and better.

This purchase could not have been easier. No Pressure, No Hassle. Great experience. They had exactly what I wanted and needed. My sister in New York worked over the phone with them to get this going. I walked in and in minutes I saw the car they suggested and I was sold. I had not bought a new car for 20 years so all the new technology was new to me. They spent the time to show me everything and then again to my husband! This is the only place to buy your new vehicle.

After doing extensive research on what car options and prices we wanted we found our 2015 explorer at joe Meyers in Houston. We called and had our information ran before going down there because we live 3 hours away. The first salesman we that was handling our purchase went on vacation without telling us or giving us someone who would take care of us. After no word back for two days we called dealer ship and found out he went on vacation. Rudy, the salesman we spoke to became our salesman. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! There was nothing more we could have asked for. -timely paperwork with every line explained -Perfect price (researched it up to 400 surrounding miles) that they actually even lowered another 1000.$-Appreciation for the buyers experience (everything from not being patronizing to fully detailing the new car and pulling it up for you and taking time even two hours after closing to start you off with key details on your new vehicle. -they have a whole team to assist you, it's not just this make a sale here's your keys kinda deal. They are one of those places that become your go to place. This was our third vehicle purchase, first new car purchase, and first recommendable experience. I've never left a review before, that's not to say I have never had good customer experiences I just wouldn't spend my time writing about frozen yogurt or the place I buy my skin care products from, this experience mattered greatly and couldn't have been better.

I just bought my second truck from Joe Meyers Ford and happy to say that this time it was a great experience and not just ok. The first time was three years ago and I came in with a desire for a certain truck and a certain price and when I got there they truck had been sold out from underneath me and then I had to settle for another truck. The credit department was the real culprit in my dissatisfaction.(he was everything you don't want in a credit guy!) but this time... It was awesome.I looked online and again found a truck I wanted sent a request for a quote and got a call back from Tony and he said the truck was available and I told him I would be there at 6 to take a look and test drive. When I got there he had the truck located and the keys ready. We went over took a look and then a test drive. It was what I wanted and told him lets go make a deal. He took my present truck to get a trade value on it and then he came back and we started the dealing. BUT, I did not need to fight to hard as he gave me what I was looking for on my trade and the price was what he quoted me over the phone and then on up to the credit department. But my credit guy was great and he did not try to push a bunch of BS on me and even helped me get my credit on the last warranty that was forced down my throat! A TOTAL GREAT experience. I was in and out in a little over two hours and got the EXACT truck I wanted with a great rate on the financing and the payment where I wanted. I will be back to get my wife the Explorer she was eyeing while I was buying my truck!

I'll start by saying my purchase experience with Joe Myers Ford wasn't perfect. There were miscommunications and some work wasn't done properly. However if you give them a chance, let them know what's wrong, they will work to correct any mistakes and make things up to you. Tony was friendly and made himself very available to whatever concerns I have. He managed to get me a great price on the car since this dealership needs to move volume to make money. Finance seemed to take way longer than they should and I ended up not financing at all. The finance guy was helpful but I wouldn't say he was very friendly. When i received the car it wasn't properly washed and detailed and I noticed afterwards that the driver's side floor mat was missing. One email to Tony and he set up a wash/detail job for when I picked up my plates as well as ordering the missing mat for me. Overall I had a good experience with Joe Myers Ford and received the car I wanted at a great price. You might have some hiccups along the way but every dealership will always have some problems. Joe Myers Ford at least proved to me they're willing to fix any mistakes as long as you let them know.

Purchased several vehicle in polk county over the years. This was the first time I purchased a vehicle with out the B.S. of sale personal attempting to get every penny out of you. We walked in, and Rudy did everything possible to put us into this vehicle. Sales manager played hard to get, but that is his job. didn't take much to get his approval and the deal was done. Financing was smooth also, we were in and out in a very short time. I would like to thank all at Joe Myers foro the experience.

I can't say enough about my salesperson on the last nine vehicles (Greg Lagrimanta) since 2000. Just a top-notch guy. I would recommend that you seek him out when you're in the market.

There was never any pressure at any point to upgrade anything. Victor was very interested in what I wanted, and needed. He wanted to find the right car to fit my needs. He knew a lot of details concerning the options available, and differences between models. He was very willing to allow me to test drive any car, and even encouraged it, even if it was the same model. After decided on the car, I was never pressured to add anything to my purchase. Victor is a great listener, he hears what you say and translates that to what you are looking for in a car and what you need.There was no stress, I got what I wanted for less than I was expecting to pay.I will recommend Joe Myers and specifically Victor to anyone looking for a new car.

I was extremely wary of being misled, tricked, etc. like so many of the horror stories that are often depicted of car dealerships. All of the representatives went out of their way to make the sale happen, and to answer all of my questions. I was amazed at how easy they made a difficult and somewhat intimidating process for one's first new car lease. I would recommend them to any of my friends looking for a new Ford.

We went in to Joe Myers Ford on Friday afternoon (Thanks Bill for waiting on us) just thinking we were going to look at trucks. Didn't know what they would give us for my husband's trade, didn't know if they could get us the right price, etc...All the typical worries of buying a new truck. Bill was so great. He told us up front that he is honest and very blunt. Both my husband and I appreciate that. He took us out on the golf cart and we literally looked at every single truck that Joe Myers had available. He told us what to look at and what not to look at. EVERY. SINGLE. TRUCK. In the end, my husband picked a truck he never thought he would go with, but WE LOVE IT! We were a little worried about the price and the trade in and the negative equity, but it all worked out. When it was time to go work with financing, there was no "work". Only watching the spurs game, eating some candy and Nelson calling us back to sign the papers. He got us a lower interest rate and got us all the things we needed, for a very good monthly payment. Josh Harris was a very good car salesman. It is unusual for a dealer salesperson to know more about their vehicles than I do however Josh knew the vehicle totally and was able to suggest features that made sense to consider.He was very good at keeping me apprised of the sales and delivery processes.

My wife and I bought a 2014 Ford Expedition from your dealership a few weeks ago. It was most def. the best car buying experience that I or my wife had ever had! Victor Garcia was our sales man, which is an amazingly talented and professional individual! He was very informative as well as responsive. Chris Alligood was our finance guy which was also very helpful and informative! Carolyn Cross was also very warm and welcoming, not to mention attentive. Overall, hands down we would recommend Joe Myers over any other dealership in the Houston Area, which we had been to a few and had Horrible experiences. We went to Planet Ford a few times and had looked at the car to decide if that expedition would be big enough for our family, the third visit I had during to that dealership was in not only looking at the expedition, but as well, to look at a F250 for myself. After I had been there for what must have been 40 mins, looking at one of the expeditions from the outside of the car, a salesman came up in a golf cart with another man to look at what seemed to be the same expedition that i was looking at. He then just looked at me and started showing the guy he brought with him the car, after a moment the guy asked me if i needed something, I said that I was wanting to look at the car one last time before we bought it and that i was also there to look at a F250; the guy then said in a sarcastic tone " well if you want help you should probably go to the front" so i left and never went back. And would advise anyone not to go to Planet Ford. Before that I stopped at the Gullo Ford dealership to initially look at the expeditions for my wife. The first time i went, i was there for 1 hour and no one came out to help me, the second time i went, i was there 30 mins and no one came out. The third time i had my wife go and she sat there for 30 mins and still no one came out. I called while she was there and asked the sales manager if someone could go out and help my wife and that we were interested in buying a expedition and so he went out there, but gave my wife attitude that he had to come out there. Never went back there either. Finally, Joe Myers is our dealership now. Thank you all again for such a great experience and vehicle!

We were greeted by 2 salesmen from the moment we arrived to the parking lot and were directed to Mr. Harris which previously had contact me via e-mail in regards to my vehicle search. The sales process was the easiest, no hassle, no run arounds I've ever had. Treated us with courtesy and respect. After the meeting with him, we were directed to Mr. Garrus for final paperwork that it was so quick we could not believe it. He followed up via phone call the next day just like he promised and we were able to pick up our 2014 Ford Focus Hatchback which by the way is WONDERFUL!! Our salesman, Glen LeCamus, was very professional and extremely enjoyable to work with. We exchanged several emails and made a few trips to the dealership as we tried to decide exactly what we wanted on our F150. He was very patient and knowledgeable and offered all the information we needed to make a decision. I have never had a better experience in a car dealership and we will definitely return to Glen at Joe Myers in the future. We did e-pricing with Mr. Kenneth Hampton. He had a fast response with getting back with us to help us look for our next vehicle and since we knew already what we wanted, He made it happen for us to start the purchase process. I would definitely recommend you purchasing your next vehicle with them. Our Financial accountant was Mr. Craig Bosley. To sum it up, Glen made it really easy. I told him I didn't feeling messing around with the Dealership "Game" and he took me seriously right from the start. I had been to Autonation Ford, Carmax, Mac Haik Ford, and no end of searching on the internet. I had a trade and Glen gave me blue book value for trades right at the start, no messing around. NO ONE ELSE did this. I was really impressed. The discounts that they had on the car due to the holiday season were better than anyone else, plus the great value on my trade really helped to seal the deal.Let me make one thing very clear. Glen's no-nonsense attitude, and the GM's willingness to jump into the fray and ensure an excellent customer experience were what kept me there. Other dealerships, the GM and managers hide in their polished offices and you play dealership ping-pong with the sales staff. Not here.Glen, Carolyn, I greatly appreciate the good experience.

I was never pressured into buying a car. When I first went to the dealership I informed Tony that I was just looking and I was going to look at a Chevy after I drove the Explorer. I did just that. I decided on the Explorer and called Tony and told him I would be in the following Monday. I went to the dealership picked out the car. It was all very easy and everyone worked with my schedule. We actually found this dealership quite by accident...we were orrigionally looking for a used car...Jimes sold us the 2014 Ford Escape on his knowledge and expertise...we are very pleased with the Ford company in general...we have purchased Ford trucks in the past and were always pleased with any Ford Dealer we have dealt with...Please keep up the good work...I now own Ford Stock as well :)

Purchased new vehicle after my car caught fire and was destroyed.My first contact was Rudy Majette who had e-mailed me a price for a new 2014 Ford Fiesta. The price, as well as the quick internet response was the key to my going to Joe Myers Ford to see how quickly i could replace my destroyed vehicle. Great experience when buying at Joe Myers Ford. Glen Francis is excellent to work with and he shall keep my buisness in any future Ford purchases. Only have two complaints as far as service goes, however they are slowly being addressed. The headliner in our new Expedition rattles and a new one is on order. The tires on the new Expedition need to be balanced as they were "flat spotted" from sitting on the lot. Service claims they drove the vehicle and didn't notice the vibration. However, the vibration is there and as a repeat customer (4th time buyer at Joe Myers Ford) the service dept. should either replace the tires or at minimum balance them. At a cost of $40K+, a new vehicle should be very smooth and very quiet. I am scheduled to bring the Expedition back in (2nd time) on Tuesday November 19, 2013 at 0700. Service will replace the headliner at that time and I fully expect them to address the tire issue. If at that time the tire issue persist, I will then file a claim with Ford. Thank you.

As I stated before we were astounded at how the dealership had turned around. I found the vehicle I wanted and was purchasing through the USAA purchasing program. I knew the price of the vehicle before arriving at the dealership, so that was not an issue. However, we were trading my wifes Volvo C-70 and the trade is almost always an issue. After a little hagling we arrived at a equitable price and concluded the deal. Having looked at new vehicles at Joe Myers Ford in years past we were pleased that things had changed, what seems like 180 degrees. Treating customers with respect and professional service makes all the difference. Thanks again.

After visiting 3 other dealerships. We decided to go to Joe myers based off the radio advertisement. They were offering an end of year model discount. We were greeted by Robbie and shown the vehicle we asked for over the phone. He was very professional and well informed with the dealerships inventory. There was no haggling over price. The end of year special was true. They also gave us fair trade in value. I would highly recommend Robbie and Joe myers Ford. The over all atmosphere was professional and first class. We were in and out the door with a new car in a couple hours.. Didn't take all day like other dealerships.. Thanks Robbie!

Robert Martin was very responsive to all of my questions; we communicated mostly using text messaging and during my frequent visits to the dealership. He and Joe Ramirez were always willing to let me drive any car whenever I visited the showroom. Joe was very thorough in explaining the Roush Mustang to me. Great staff! I have worked with this dealership before in getting my first Mustang and the service was good. I recently went to get my second Mustang and the service was great. The employees are very helpful in getting the car you want even if it is at a different dealership in Houston. They will also give you the best price they can offer you for a car you want or a car you are trying to trade in. The environment of this dealership is very positive and exceptional.

Tried to purchase a used truck online, gave a deposit, received a purchase agreement later that week. I had questions about charges added to my purchase agreement. They called me back and cancelled my purchase and refused to sell me the truck !!! They said I was taking to long to close the deal ( I had 4 business days into this mind you ). I had my financing and insurance all set & was going to send everything back the next day. No place in any of the paper work does it tell me I have only so many days to send the package back in the mail to them, No one ever called or sent an e-mail instructing me that I was going to loose the vehicle because of some delay. I had legitimate issues with charges on my contract and it seems I pissed someone off. So much for putting our customers first. When I tried to call back to see why they wanted to cancel the transaction I got the run around and no one is taking my calls. I am so..................frustrated with the dealership they have no idea. I am going to tell me story to every F150 truck forum online, every dealership review on-line, I am going to contact Ford directly and tell them what great people they have selling their products in Texas and I am going to take add space out in their local papers ( just to get the ball rolling ).Stay away from these guys AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall I had a great experience when looking for and purchasing my new Mustang. Mark Harris initially contacted me via email and sent me lots of information and pictures of available vehicles. I then went to meet Mark and see the vehicles in person. He was always very professional and nice. I asked a lot of questions about the new Mustang and looked at several different cars that he had on the lot. I didn't find the right color so Mark went to work and found me the vehicle that I wanted. He got the vehicle within a couple of days. I then went to see Whitney Babineaux and he was able to get me a fantastic interest rate. At first I dreaded buying a new car thinking I would be stressed out at having to haggle with someone over what I wanted. Instead, I left with what I wanted at a good price, great service, and no stress!

My brother in law worked one on one with Rudy and finding the perfect car to meet my budget and they did a super fantastic job. I walked out so happy and satisfied. Overall this was a no pressure pleasant buying experience. Keith Davis and his fellow co-worker were superb. The fincancing was fast and easy with no hassle. The vehicle was ready and clean for pickup the next day. this has been one of my best buying auto experience since 2007 when I purchase a vehicle in Ok. The only shortcoming is I did not get an OWNERS MANUAL WITH THE VEHICLE. If at all possible, to make this an excellent buying experience I would like to have that owner manual.Sincerely,Jesse Brown

Customer service was excellent. Never felt pressured to buy anything. Our salesman Curtis never asked me to buy anything if he could "get the numbers to work". Financing manager Whitney Babineaux is the best in the business. I would not purchase a vehicle from anyone else. He doesn't let you leave unless he knows you are happy and got the best deal possible.

Joe Myers Ford makes the entire car buying experience positive. I found a vehicle on their website, I was interested in. When I arrived at the dealership the truck was in stock, for the price listed on their site. I was not eligible for a specific Ford rebate, so Joe (Fleet Sales) and the dealership assisted me by increasing its discount. Joe and Janete (Finance) were able to get me through financing, in about 15 min, which I appreciated, because I needed to pick my kids up from school. Then I went down to meet Emma (Customer Service), who delivered my truck to me, and went over some of its features. Overall, I felt comfortable at JMF the entire time I was there, and will return for my next vehicle purchase.

I had been car shopping for a few months and had some bad experiences at different dealerships. i had test driven multiple models of trucks and cars and decided on the f150. i had worked with danny a couple of months before making my decision and had remembered he had sent me a thank you and even a follow up a few weeks later. i would send my freinds and family to Joe Myers to purchase in the future.

As always Cindy makes the experience almost painless. The best part is when you realize this dealership is looking out for you and goes the extra "mile" to make sure you feel and are better off by choosing Joe Meyers. I did experience one big disappointment after trying to submit this review three times this process drives the effort right into the gutter from the extra mile to the green mile to bad. You may want to rethink this process and all the questions it does not seem Dealerrater knows rule No.1 for great customer service. Based on what I have experienced Dealerrater doesn't get it so I better tell explain. I bought a CPO car from Joe Myers Ford in Houston, TX. I arranged for the shipping and the car arrived with a tire nearly flat (filled with a liquid tire sealant) and a near dead battery (dead cell). I sent the GT 500 to my local Ford dealership for state inspection. The car failed needing a control arm (covered under warranty) and the brakes were marginal (lower tolerance than what a CPO certification allows). When I complained to Ford corporate they were compassionate but nothing could be mandated to the selling dealership. Bottom line don't waste your money on a CPO car. It is a scam unless corporate hold the dealerships accountable for falsifying the checks and correcting discrepancies. Oh yeah never buy a car sight unseen...you can't trust a dealership....even a Ford dealership.

they told me they could get me a 2013 F350 4x2 Crew Cab Lariat Black on Black loaded and quoted me a price of $49,900. That was a fair price. I told them I had seen a vehicle like I wanted at another dealer and they asked if they could "earn" my business so I would buy it from them. The price sounded good, so sure, go ahead. 15 or more phone calls later over the course of the entire day, we worked out that .. based on the 10 photos I had submitted on my trade in, that they would give me at least $20k for it. (It is worth more), so I told them I would be frank with them if they would be frank with me .. no back and forth nickel and dime... best price first time or I would go directly to the dealer that I knew had the truck. I told them upfront repeatedly that if they did not think they could make this work, then do not make us come in there as my fiancee is up to his ears in work at his company and is working 14 to 16 hr days.. Please do not waste my time. You know they did. You know they told me what I wanted to hear, and you can guess. They couldn't make it work... they needed $1500 more. Granted that is not a lot of money, BUT I told them not to mess around with the nickels and dimes and AFTER getting our social security numbers, bank name, address, etc. they can't make the deal work. WTH? I felt as if we had been set up. I fear identity theft. I think they are liars, cheats and they are bordering of "deceptive trade practices" and I will find out more about that even if I have to contact a news crew and an attorney. Stay away... far far away. If it sounds too good to be true.. you know it is. Oh, and yeah, I found out that particular truck sold last Saturday. It wasn't even available. Isn't that bait and switch tactics???? Isn't that illegal? Hate them.

First thing I noticed when I arrived and looked at cars for 15 min was that no one acknowledge me. Then when the first sales guy finally asked me if I needed any help I explaind to him I was looking at a mustang online and I was wondering were it was. He told me if I was serious in buying or just looking. After that talk was done he took me to see the car. Asked if I wanted to go on a test drive so I was like sure. Then before I could even move he jumps into the driver seat. Then he explains to me we can't go out the parking lot due to traffic. I felt very unappreciated at that point as he also rushed me threw the process. After all that I was like okay I came for the car not customer service. I had a trade in with I had done some research and blue book trade in value in fair condition was 13k their offer was 6k. Their explanation for this was a wird exhaust noise. Needles to say I grabbed my keys and walked out. Today they called me back but I'm no longer interested in their service.

Purchased a new expedition in August from Joe Myers for a great price comparable to other dealers. My wife noticed the windshield wiper blades did not work the first time she drove through a rain. Took the vehicle back and the dealership kept it for a week and could not get the truck to duplicate the issue. The very next day after we got it back the blades did not work again. To make a long story short the vehicle has been into Joe Myers 4 times and they were unable to fix the problem. The customer service in the service department is non existent, they should not be allowed to sell new vehicles if they have no mechanics capable of fixing them. After the 4th time we brought it back and 3 of the times we brought it in the blades were not working they finally told us we cant do anything for you. My wife then sent a certified letter to Ford Motor company explaining the problem and they asked us to take it to another dealership. There is nothing worse than having to take your brand new problem vehicle to another dealership were you did not purchase it to fix a problem. Please do not ever buy a vehicle from Joe Myers no customer should ever have to go through what we are dealing with. None of my family member or friends will ever purchase a vehicle from them again. On a parting shot my wife is 8 months pregnant and carries our three year old to school everyday and Joe Myers has allowed us to continue to drive this vehicle for three months knowing the safety concern of the problem.......

I give this dealership a bad rating. I would not trust this dealership to sell any vehicle. I walked in with an 81-year old gentleman trying to buy a used truck. We were lied to at least twice by the saleman. The whole experience with the salesman made my friend and I so uncomfortable we left. You have a choice, stay away from Joe Myers.

Not only will we NEVER do business with Joe Myers Ford, but I will tell everyone looking for a new vehicle to stay away from this dealership. If you are looking for a new vehicle DO NOT give Joe Myers Ford your business!! My husband and I were contacting several different dealerships in the Houston area in search of a large SUV for our family. NEVER in my life have I heard of such blatant disrespect from a company where good customer service should be the primary focus. We filled out an online form requesting a quote for an SUV and a salesman (Kirk Wilson) from Joe Myers called to make contact. My husband spoke with him, and having done his homework, he gave an offer. My husband's offer was a "low ball" offer, but he figured he would start low in hopes that the final negotiated price was within the range we were willing to pay. However, instead of this being the starts of a conversation centered on negotiations, it quickly turned into a very hostile display of complete and utter disrespect. Kirk Wilson not only laughed at my husband, he told my husband that he did not know what he was talking about and called him an idiot!!! If that is not bad enough Mr. Wilson also cursed at my husband! Mr. Wilson said that he would not be doing any business with us since we gave such a low offer for the SUV. WOW!!! In a day and time when the economy has not been the most stable one would think that a business would not want to turn away potential customers. However, I guess Joe Myers Ford must not value their customers. Car dealerships are known for their general sale tactics some of which are not the most honest. Joe Myers made an exceptional first impression through Kirk Wilson. Unfortunately, it is not the type of impression that will earn them any business!! If you are in the market for a new vehicle do NOT waste your time here, take your business elsewhere. If you do not care about the way you are spoken to and do not care if you are treated like a pion, then this is the dealership for you..

I brought in my mustang for an oil change and state inspection. The service manager I dealt with was named Michelle Torre. I asked Ms. Torre to please make sure that the service techs took care to not soil my interior - I had previously had a terrible experience with the last ford dealership I went to who got grease all over the inside of my car. When I picked up my car today I found grease smeared all over the door and seat on the driver side - I asked the service manager on duty to take care of the problem. He cleaned up about half the mess - not sure what I am going to do about the grease smeared into my seat. This is unacceptable service. I will never go back to Joe Myers Ford because they do not respect me or my car.

The reason that I have given this dealership horrible ratings is due to a lack of professionalism. The sales associiate could not give us any prices without knowing how much we wanted to spend, she took personal calls on her cell phone while she was driving us across the parking lot in search of two vehicles that were never found. Too inconvenienced I guess is why she decided to pass us off to "Robbie". Robbie attempted to get us to do all of our shopping behind the glass doors inside the lobby, we weren't comfortable with that. It happened that the manager walked up and basically told us that he wouldn't price out the different price points on the different vehicle models. The atmosphere was unprofessional, the sales team looked as though they had rolled out of bed, but the kicker is when my husband told him that our price point can vary 20-60k or nothing at all that we could walk out and go somewhere else. To which the manager's response was "I wish you would". I don't know whether he was trying to make the sales team laugh or what, but it was so unprovoked and so completely unprofessional. The most disappointing thing is that we were settled on buying a ford from that dealership, that is what we had gone there for but we were turned away because no one wanted to walk out onto the lot and tell us the prices of vehicles, when other places actually have it posted on the window sticker. Joe Myers Ford makes their money off of unintelligent shoppers and if you don't fit that profile then I suggest you buy somewhere else, we did.

Joe knew exactly what I was looking for with in 5 mins of our conversation. He bent over backwards to make sure I had what I wanted for the price I could afford. Nothing is worse then dealing with a pushy sales man. Thankfully Joe wasn't anything like that! He was very educated an knowledgable on the product, nothing beats a GREAT car buying experience!

I took my car in and they informed me that I needed spark plugs changed. They ended up changing only two ignition coils. The car has eight. They are defective from factory. They charged 600.00. I called another dealership in Katy to see what their charges would be. They said they would perform the same job for 380.00. I spoke with the service advisor and he said that all I had to do was provide him with a statement from the other dealership so he could MAYBE adjust the price. When my other ignition coils go out, they will be ready to charge me again for the labor. What a way to make their money. Not good. All good things come to an end.

I really liked a 2011 F150 at another dealership. Not only did the Joe Myers Internet sales team have one exactly like the one I looked at but had 2 to look at and test drive. They were a little higher on the initial price but when I told them they were! They beat the other dealers price. This is a good dealership to work with. Even had some hot limited Mustangs to droll over while waiting. ;-) Two thumbs up for this transaction. In and out in a couple hours with a new Truck.

The people at Joe Myers were very friendly and helpful. They only thing to watch out for is they asked for 3 months of financing payments up front as they knew I would be paying off Ford Motor Credit right away. Their prices were good and they were willing to help me find a vehicle anywhere.
