My buying process was easy, simple and without issues. I sent a request via their website for a quote on 2021 Avalon Hybrid Limited. The next morning I received it, we settled on a price via email from Reyes Reyes. He called to see if I wanted to test drive, I said I didn’t want to test drive I just wanted to make the purchase. I just needed them to wash the car, get the paperwork ready and I would be in to pick it up. I’m sure he was surprised, so the Sales Mgr called to confirm. I told him the same things. I was in the dealership for 1.5 hours to sign and pick up my car. Perfect process from my vantage point. It was a win-win. I win because I got the car I wanted at the price point I was good with but more importantly I didn’t want to be in the dealership for hours. Reyes won because he made a profitable sale and didn’t have to do a lot of extra work to get the deal done. The dealership wins because Reyes was free to work on other deals, another vehicle comes off their books and it was a profitable deal.

Felix was a great sales agent! He wasn’t pushy at all. It was a very easy and comfortable experience. He did lay on a bunch of hard to believe stories. That can be such a turn off. He was very eager to get us the best deal and met all our needs. Very accommodating! I’d recommend this dealership hands down!

Honestly I came in to Joe Myers thinking I was just going to look at cars and get an idea of what I wanted. Never thinking I would come out with a new car. Alex Reyes was super helpful. Gave the biggest smile the whole time. He’s also bilingual so it very helpful when it came to explaining my options. Couldn’t have asked for a better associate to help me out with my newest debt. 😂 I am very thankful for the help and my new car. Isabella Vega also was very sweet and helpful to explain everything we needed to know when it came to financial part of it. They made the whole experience less intimidating.

Everyone there was very nice. My salesman Huntington was very professional and listened to exactly what I wanted. He did not pressure me or try to talk me into anything more then what I wanted. The finance department was also just as great. Rad was courteous and accommodating to my needs. All in all it is a great place to buy a car. I highly recommend it.

Service Dept is the best. Tony is always a pleasure to work with. He makes sure I'm keeping the maintenance current on my vehicle including recalls and warranty issues. Last visit I had a major warranty issue which included a rental car. But my biggest surprise was when I returned to pick up my car. It had been cleaned inside and out. Talk about being one happy lady. Tony is the best. Thanks again Tony and Joe Myers
