Sales only. I was searching for a new vehicle and submitted a request online. Within minutes I had a response with available options. They were very friendly and courteous and not pushy at all. They tried their best to find what i was looking for, but unfortunately the vehicle I wanted was at another dealership so I didn't purchase from Joe Rizza. However, I highly recommend them based on my shopping experience.

Scott in the service department was very professional, helpful and friendly. He helped my daughter’s service experience painless. Service time was cut in half from what was initially expected.

Very easy and painless experience at Joe Rizza. Very friendly staff. From the moment I stepped out of my old car Cliff greeted me and my girlfriend. He helped us all the way through and was by far the nicest salesman I have ever met. He made sure I was comfortable and happy. I was hesitant about getting a new car but the people at Joe Rizza made my experience very nice and smooth! I'd recommend them to anyone!

Sarah set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. If all Ford dealerships had 5 Sarah’s, they would all run on optimum performance. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, she was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. This is not to take away from other sales people, but to stress the amount of trust I would encourage everyone to put into Sarah. She is the best! She was amazing and makes the process really smooth. She went above and beyond for me (and no doubt has and will for future customers) and she tries to help as much as possible. I will be back for sure for a second vehicle when needed!

Will never go here again. Wanted to charge me $200 to take off 4 lug locks. What a joke, took them off my self in 15 minutes. And also was told on the phone that I should have my back up camera looked at so I dont pay $4-500 for a new camera in case its a wiring issue, so I did. The result: paid them $180 just to tell me its broken and a new one is over $1,000. Zero help, zero service, huge bill. Thanks :)
