So, bought a ,$16,000 Tahoe here about 3 weeks ago. With all the rain we have had here, a pretty bad water leak has shown itself. This is not something you can check on a used vehicle. Called them and asked if any kind of help could be given to repair. Have not even made the first payment yet. Inside of vehicle on 3rd row seating gets real wet. I was told, sorry nothing we can do. You bought it as is, you signed the paperwork. I just wanted some help to even find a repair shop that they could recommend. But no, sadly like every other car lot... you bought and now it's yours. I thought this place was a different kind of lot. But, boy was I freaking wrong

My son bought a truck from this place Joles auto sales one week later the whole transmission went out put it in the shop and Joe’s refused to help him I got on the phone and the man was very rude and cursed me out I will buy a vehicle from this car lot my Brother also bought a vehicle from this car lot a couple of months ago same problem transmission went out two days later and they were responsible to fix the vehicle with no help from them
