Today we purchased a Tahoe and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. We definitely felt more at ‘home’ at John Hiester then we did at the other dealerships we visited. Travis is very personable and professional, and had a no pressure approach, which made us feel comfortable. Every person in the process was amazing, including the sales manager and financing. We definitely plan on doing business with them in the future.

Amazing Service Department! It was gorgeous to see how Rachel and the rest of the gals communicated to help each other out and ensure each clients questions were answered. Team work at its best. They called the detailing dept and they too were quick to answer how they could fit in removing my tints (came from FL where they don’t care about tints in order for me to renew my tag like they do here). Friendly helpful fast informative and organized. Loved it. Best experience I’ve had thus far.

We have purchased two cars from John Hiester. Both times we were out within 2 hours. We were not hassled at all. On both occasions we got the price we were looking for. The staff was kind and easy to work with. The finance guy was the fastest and most efficient we have ever seen. We were out of his office within 15 minutes. We never felt pressured at any point. The used Honda Pilot we bought was a much needed upgrade and at a price that was fair to the dealership and to us.
