Fantastic Service Department. Had two tires needing emergency replacement. I was able to tow the car to them at 8:30AM, and it took them all of 3 hours to order 4 tires, get them delivered, replace them on the vehicle, balance and align the tires. Their parts rep understood my dilemma, and really worked to get me taken care of. Their service tech explained to me what he saw was the cause in plain English and how the ensured it wouldn't occur again. I was prepared to sit all day, and they made sure I didn't. Kudos to all those involved in helping service my emergency.

Customer service: Very good. Shannon did a very good job updating me on the status of my vehicle. Only issue was having to ask. Provided a discount for not meeting timeline (Exactly what a company should do!) Quality of completed work: Good. No issues. Pricing: Price on parts were a little high but the discount helped ease that pain. Timeliness of work completion: Went a few days over but that is expected in this current COVID-19 environment. All and all, a good experience. I will definitely return for regular service.

We purchased used car at this dealership and our experience was great! They provided good prices as well as good deals in regards to additional services like for example licenses plates registration. Also we would like to point out salesperson John Sampson who is just great, very attentive and patient with our zillion crazy questions, he took great care of us!

Best service I have received in a long time. Jesse and Kaitlyn actually take the time to call to make appointment for recalls as soon as the part come in without you calling them. This never happens. Everyone I have come in contact with "Greets" you with a smile and make you feel they appreciate your business. Jesse has the best attitude always smiling just so extremely nice!! This is so appreciated. Thanks!!!
