Ryan and Mitch are the best guys I worked with there. Megan did follow up with me and just wanted to give me the chance to come in and finally get with them to start off on a new track. I had the down payment, trade in, documents and everything but income and job time was a bit short. These guys pushed and pushed for me regardless what was going to happen. I very strongly recommend going to see them. They don't care what your situation is, they will fight until they get a definitive answer. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get a vehicle. They are by far the best guys and gal I had the honor to work with on a deal.

Would love to give a better rating unfortunately all of my sales associates have been not so good but this last deal worst of all even though sales people weren't the greatest I still managed to get several good cars until this time was trying to get a car for my son they put him in a 2018 Honda fit as he was pretty desperate for a car we told them what kind of payment we wanted to stay around they pretty much doubled it but because the car seemed really nice and certified I figured it would last him a long time and he agreed to pay more and I helped him come up with more of a down payment to secure the car and he's only had it four a little over a month 32 days to be exact and has had to take it back to be fixed twice first time was on the second day of owning it and they were going to charge us for repair until I was upset and called a higher up manager to take care of this and now another $180 worth of issues with the car that they refused to cover I think they pushed us into this car because we were desperateProbably won't be doing business with them anymore!!!

Drove 3 and a half hours from WV to buy a used Tundra, was told I had to put down a deposit to hold the if it didn't meet my expectations I could negotiate price, pictures online showed a nice truck, when I got there their was holes in the bumper the size of your fist and the pictures looked shadowed online to hide this fact, they also told me it had new breaks and rotors all the way around, when I got their the rear rotors had not been changed and were rusty, the fronts had been changed, I tried to make what I thought was a fair offer but said all they could come off was $300 and that wouldn't even put a bumper on the truck, it was a total waste of time, they offered no compensation for my time or trouble, and I felt I was lied to to get me up there and they figured I would buy the truck since I made the trip anyway... they also held my deposit because magically their business office was closed so I'm waiting to make sure that gets refunded, I wouldn't recommend anyone buying a vehicle from them.

As always the car was serviced as requested and ready when promised. Jason Culver did a great job getting things done on time and fair. Just purchased a car from Matt Harper and what a super sales person he is! Hope he stays with JHH as we will definitely deal with him again and recommend him to our friends and family!!!! Great Job Matt! Within the past few years the service has suffered. Honda doesn’t stand behind their product with design issues.

Wow! Customer service experience was an all time AMAZING.....I only wish I had brought my two boys for cookies and tea in the lobby. Buying a car or getting a tune up.. your welcomed by the sweetest biggest smiling face. WELCOME Home should be on every doormat.
