Thank you Brian Rasmussen for the great experience at the dealership. I called in 9AM Thursday morning, Brian answered and read me the Car Fax over the phone as well as some back story on the vehicle I wanted. I drove an hour from St. Paul to Cambridge to test drive the 2015 Yukon, I loved it and wanted to proceed with the purchase. Brian & Alyssa had me signed out, satisfied, and back on the road in under 2 hours! Great dealership and great staff.

Was early for my appointment on Monday, but welcomed in. Had issues with my new vehicle, and was given explaination on what it could be, also had an oil change that date. Service was smooth. Issues were resolved.

Sold me a lemon then lied to the BBB when I filed a complaint. Don Brown, Neil Swanson and John Hamer are con artists. On top of it all, they continue to harass me by mail every year and calling my phone asking me if "I am still enjoying my vehicle." I have repeatedly asked them to stop sending letters and calling but they refuse to do so. Very unprofessional in their language towards customers as well. I hope no one has to have an experience like I did.

Thomas was very kind and patient with us. He has helped me with a very important item I couldn't find, and just a wonderful person. Thank You Thomas. There was another man, who was also wonderful to us, and I do apologize cause I can not remember his name, but hopefully he knows who I am talking about.
