I have purchased two cars from John a - 09 Touareg and a 12 A4. The clutch on my A4 went bad a few months after purchase and after I tuned it to stage 1, and they replaced it at $0 labor. They were under no obligation whatsoever to do this repair for free. I had both of those cars serviced over the years, and have taken other cars there with great results. Taking my S4 there for repairs quoted elsewhere for almost 2x as much. Good people, fair prices, can't recommend them enough.

We were searching for a very particular edition of a Volkswagon Beetle convertible and found one about 3 hours away in Pennsylvania. The dealer was very friendly, and even offered to hold the car without a deposit for several days until we could get out there to look at it. This guy absolutely knows everything about German motors and just from talking to him you know he loves cars and especially German ones. Car was in immaculate condition and he had repaired and replaced many parts.... with over 90,000 mile on it, it runs literally like new. This guy is honest and we had an easy and very pleasant buying experience with him.
