My wife and I have been using Meegan since 2016. We bought both our cars from Meegan and used them for all of our service since we bought the cars. Since the merged with Dave's service has gone downhill. The last visit was the straw that broke the camel's back for us. Took my 2016 Ford Escape for inspection. They failed the inspection saying it needed new bushings in the trailing arms. They said they couldn't just replace the bushings because Ford doesn't sell a bushing kit and they would have to replace the entire knuckle assemblies on both sides. These cost almost $400 a piece. They wanted $1500 for this repair. I did a search on Google on this problem and found the bushings can easily be replaced by simply removing the trailing arms and pressing in a compatible Mazda bushing. Took it to another garage and they were able to do this fix for a fraction of the Meegan price. I get it that Meegan might only be allowed to install Ford parts, but they should have at least been aware of this alternative fix and suggested it as an option. We are regular customers and have used them for a long time you would think they would spend a little more effort working with their long term customers and not try to sell them parts that aren't really needed.

Best Deal, nice friendly staff! I have come back to add to my previous review as it didn't give enough credit where it was due. Dean Kimmick had worked with me trying to find a truck for me for several weeks. I had decided to keep my 2016 and wait to order a new 2022. Dean called and found something very close to my desired truck. Had a few extra options. I bought it, extremely happy with it. I'm glad he worked to find one for me and still did a good price when others wouldn't deal at all!

Glad they bought Davies. The Davies family almost ran into the ground a decent place
