Everybody was so nice at Sauder's dealership. We just went to look but decided to buy and they were fast at the paperwork and in a few hours we were off for home. We would definitely buy again.

I always have my vehicles repaired at this location and am extremely satisfied with the service. I did purchase a new malibu and was treated with great courtesy. The staff did a wonderful job with the sale and ensuing paperwork. The staff was very knowledgable and helpful in answering my questions.

My step daughter and I spent several weeks looking for a used car. We talked to several different dealerships, when we explained our situation no other dealership would take the time to work with us. The individuals at John Sauders in Ephrata took that time. They were friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. We had a great experience working with the people at John Sauders.

I drove 2.5 hours each way from NJ to test drive a low-mileage used Mazda3 that I found at John Sauder Chevy on-line. My overall experience at this dealership was very smooth. The salesman and the business manager were most courteous and professional, and they helped me with my trade-in and purchase very efficiently. The Mazda is awesome and I would recommend this dealership to my friends.

I am very satisfied with my car buying experience at Sauder Chevrolet in Ephrata. The Staff are very helpful and nice. My salesman, Jim Horst, was very pleasant and not pushy, and the woman in financing, Angela, was also very nice and efficient. I will definitely shop at Sauder Chevrolet next time I am in the market for a new car.

I was happy with my sales staff and I got the vehicle that I truly wanted. There were some cosmetic issues on the vehicle, and I was not satisfied with the way the issues were corrected. I also was unimpressed with the excuses stating that gm may not cover the one issue. I also asked for the dealership logo to be removed and it was not. My salesman said he will look into these issues when I bring the car in for its first service. I really like Johnn Sauder and plan to continue dealing there. I do hope that my service issues get resolved when I come in again.

I was looking everywhere for my Colorado, and I wasn't expecting to buy. I thought I had exhausted all of my options with buying one, and hadn't been able to get a loan for any other truck. Jim was very nice, I trusted him completely, he was accommodating and helpful. I loved your dealership. I will come back again for repairs on my car.

I purchased a Used Chevy S10 pickup a few years back from John Sauder Chevrolet. The aftermarket warranty they sold me didn't cover a mass air flow sensor or a faulty transmission. I was very displeased with the vehicle I purchased from them. It took several thousand dollars out of my own pocket to resolve the issues I had with the truck. The salesman I had also promised me a full tank of gas and they only gave me a half a tank. Take caution to buying a vehicle from John Sauder Chevrolet.

I bought a used pickup truck from this dealership, the truck is a piece of junk. I have a warranty, which is fine but I need a full time job to keep up with the repairs of the vehicle. I drop it off for different repair issues every other week only to have more things go wrong. I was not treated very nice at the time of purchase, by the staff and when I contacted the dealership to assist me with the massive list of repairs to the vehicle which is a lemon. I was screamed at by the manager who did not let me get a word in edgewise. The attitudes exhibited at this dealership would make you think that you are in some fancy dealership, not a small town chevy dealer. I would not recommend this dealership at all. I purchase cars all of the time, and this has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

I purchased a Chevy product a year ago from the Ephrata location of John Sauder Chevy. I recently had an issue with the DDM (a common issue with the '02-'07 Models), yet when I attempted to get it fixed, I was told that I would have to pay them to diagnosis it (even though I described the issue) and since it was electrical, "It might be covered, it might not, we don't know". I asked them to pull my warranty information to which the service department said that they didn't have access to it. I was sent away with the advice that since I couldn't cough up 100-300 dollars to diagnosis the problem, I should work on it myself.After weeks of trying to fix it myself and just dealing with malfunctioning door looks and other electrical problems, I called again and was assisted by a sales rep and was reassured this issue would be covered(much appreciated). When I attempted to contact the service department, they said the same thing as before...I have to pay money, they can't go by what I say etc. I attempted to contact someone higher up and was met with attitude. Even though they said they wanted to resolve this situation, when I asked what the resolution to this was, received no answer, I stated I wanted the service reps to go and look for the information. I was told that I would not tell the owner how to run her business. Now I have to go to GM, the BBB and local news agencies to try and get this fixed. Poor service, crappy attitudes...don't purchase a vehicle from here. There are much better places around.

I dread looking for a new vehicle, but was glad to buy my new Chevy Impala at John Sauder. Everyone was so nice. Our sales person Mike was very helpful and the woman in finance got us a great rate and was very friendly. Would recommend this car dealer to my friends and family.
