I found the exact vehicle I was looking for and called to confirm it was at the dealership. I spoke with Ester in sales(Tuesday). After sending over the requested information regarding a potential trade in,I was told I would be contacted. After not receiving a call back I decided to reach back out two days later(Thursday). I was told their system was down. I explained I lived 3.5hrs away and would be in town Friday and needed to get things in order for the potential purchase. Once again I received NO FOLLOW UP. I called again Friday to confirm I was in town and wanted to get the information needed as I was ready to make a purchase. I was then told by Ester that I should have received a call but not the vehicle was sold (Wednesday). A little follow up & communication would have been professional. I could have purchased the vehicle on Wednesday had Ester made a small effort for a Customer. I do not recommend working with this dealership if this is how they train their salespeople to treat customers spending a tremendous amount of money.

Stopped in last week to look at a truck I saw on truck trader. Rodney Walker came up and we started conversation about the truck. I have known Rodney for 25 years. He is from a outstanding family. Rodney was professional and assisted beyond and above what was required. Got my money from Navy Federal Credit Union and had a trade in.

Was awesome and the staff at Thornton worked hard to complete this sale. I owe the purchase of my Acadia to my local GMC dealership here in Huntsville, AL. As they have none in stock, nor it seems does many, many GMC Dealerships, I called on Bentley GMC Buick here in Huntsville to help me out. And boy, did they ever. I am a long time customer of Bentley so I really appreciated the guidance provided by them in my search to find an Acadia in stock at a Dealership here in the SE USA. I was willing to travel to make a purchase. Thornton did have one in stock that interested me and after numerous, really numerous phone calls with the Salesman, we were able to complete a deal. Imagine then my surprise when he told me they would be delivering my Acadia the following day! Great experience for me, excellent representation of the quality GM standards in the vehicle, and a pleasure to do business with Thornton. Heck, they did all the work, I just had to sign for the car upon delivery. Thanks to all who made this possible.
