Was awesome and the staff at Thornton worked hard to complete this sale. I owe the purchase of my Acadia to my local GMC dealership here in Huntsville, AL. As they have none in stock, nor it seems does many, many GMC Dealerships, I called on Bentley GMC Buick here in Huntsville to help me out. And boy, did they ever. I am a long time customer of Bentley so I really appreciated the guidance provided by them in my search to find an Acadia in stock at a Dealership here in the SE USA. I was willing to travel to make a purchase. Thornton did have one in stock that interested me and after numerous, really numerous phone calls with the Salesman, we were able to complete a deal. Imagine then my surprise when he told me they would be delivering my Acadia the following day! Great experience for me, excellent representation of the quality GM standards in the vehicle, and a pleasure to do business with Thornton. Heck, they did all the work, I just had to sign for the car upon delivery. Thanks to all who made this possible.

What a great car buying experience and a customer experience that went above and beyond. Let me explain. Car dealerships that stand behind their used car when a problem exists and are willing to solve the problem in a short period of time are the ones i want to deal with. Ken in sales and Todd in Service made this experience possible. When the battery went dead at no fault of their own, on the car, they sent a mechanic to my residence (30 miles away) to not only jump it, but also left me a courtesy car when the mechanic took the car back to the shop. Now you tell me, name another dealership that will go above and beyond for a customer and stand behind their product. My car was brought back to my residence by the mechanic and it has run top notch since. I have trained customer service throughout the country and have to let everyone know that this is the epitome of Great Service! The team at John Thornton Buick GMC should be proud.

One of the best home town experiences I've had in a long time. Some may say women need to take their man with them to purchase a new vehicle but this team blew that thought out of the water. They were very professional but down to earth. I spent half the day with one person who stayed with me through my entire buying experience. I was never pressured into any discussions nor was I redirected from the vehicle I wanted. I was offered lunch, they washed my new truck and filled the fuel tank. Very clean facilities. I am very happy with my truck buying experience and my new truck. Thank you John Thornton team. Ya'll rock. 😊😉😁
