This was my first time buying a vehicle and I had a great experience. I worked with Jesse and he was very polite. I went in to this thinking I was going to spend my evening arguing with an annoying salesman and that was not the case at all. No on was pushy or rude and that was great! And I still got and awesome deal on my new car!

My car was on it's last leg, I always drive my cars did they croak, for financial reasons (rather spend my $ on travel) and absolute abhorrence of the car buying process. I called John Vance after seeing a car on the website, I'd already narrowed down my car preferences. My salesperson was Joey Harper and she was knowledgeable, professional - available to chat with at the dealership and by text/phone. I really appreciated being able to work with her and I would recommend that you ask for her when looking for a car! She's a sharp gal and I also like John Vance Motors.

I had a great expereince buying my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 from Jessie. He was very friendly and very helpful. I told him exactly what I was looking for and we test drove one truck and I was sold on that truck. That very truck that we test drove is the truck I left John Vance with. He knew exaclty what I wanted and answered every single question I had about the truck. When it came down to making the deal Jessie worked with me in every regard. He was able to get me the price I was looking for and worked with my on my car I was trading in. Jessie's proffesionalism and friendliness were above and beyond what one would expect when walking onto a car lot. He explained to me the service that John Vance provides on the lifetime of the truck. It was very important to me because I drive more than the average person for my job. He told me anytime I had service work done on the truck they would give me a loaner to get back on the road as qucikly as possible. I cannot recommed Jessie enough to a future buyer. He was everything you want in a car salesman: Knowlegable, not pushy in any way, friendly, and very easy to work with when it came down to talk prices. I had an excellent experience at John Vance in Guthrie.

I had an overall excellent experience purchasing a new 2013 F-150 truck at the Guthrie facility just over a year ago. The salesperson, Joey Harper, provided exceptional assistance in the purchase process. Since the purchase, I have used the service department at Guthrie for regular maintenance and have received the same courteous and knowledgeable assistance. I will consider coming back to John Vance for future purchases.

This was the best vehicle purchasing experience I ever had. And what makes it so special is the service provided by Joey Harper at John Vance Auto Group. Everything was coordinated over the phone or email, she answered all my questions, and had the vehicle delivered to my front door. I mean it was good ole fashioned customer service. My husband and I worked with Ron Clark to buy our 2010 jeep grand Cherokee limited. We are so happy with the whole experience. We had only ever bought one other car from a dealership and in the end it turned out to be a bad experience, so we were very hesitant and nervous about buying another car from anywhere. When we read the reviews for John Vance we had a good feeling about them and we are so glad that we went with them. We were treated with the utmost respect and they worked with us to get the price and payments we wanted. I'm still in shock that buying a car can be this pleasant and easy. Cory Allen was very helpful. I found the vehicle I liked on the John Vance Auto Group website, so I simply called to confirm its pricing and availability. When I got there Cory was prompt and accommodating. When buying a vehicle I always arrange financing prior to visiting the dealership, so between my prepared paperwork and Cory's professionalism, the entire process took one hour. One hour from test drive to delivery. I would definitely car shop at John Vance again.

My last 4 new vehicles have come from another Ford dealer here in Edmond OK. The salesman who I had been dealing with for years retired. I had to look for someone to take his place. When looking for a new F150 I went looking not only for new dealer, but also for new salesperson. After a long hunt on the internet I ended up on the John Vance web site. I found the new truck I had been looking for and I also talked with Joey Harper. This lady made sure they had the vehicle I was looking for at the right price. Most pleasant purchase experience, without pressure. Impressive willingness to structure your purchase to best fit your needs. Corey Allen was of particular help. He knew his product, was always most courteous, returned phone calls, and arranged many details for a nice and efficient purchase experience. Definitely recommend giving them a chance. My positive experience began with an amazingly fast response (minutes) to my internet inquiry concerning my interest in a Grand Cherokee. I sent my request to 3 delearships and the response from Joey Harper was literally hours ahead of the other two. I made arrangements for my appointment and never looked back. Excellent help from Joey and a very calm and no pressure environment to buy my car in. Joey also helped me with the other vehicle I was considering - Explorer. I will definitely remain a customer of John Vance. As good a buying experience as I've ever had.

This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. We purchased a 9 passenger conversion GMC Savana with all the options. I've bought vehicles in Norman, Edmond, and Midwest City and this was the best experience. Corey was relaxed in getting to know us first before he started the sales pitch which made me feel like he cared about us. He allowed us to shop as we wanted and enhanced our experience which gave me the room I needed to consider this purchase. I had already completed my research and was just looking for the easiest place to get a van. We were looking at a custom made but saw the price and got more than we would have with custom. Cory Allen was our salesman. He did a great job. I had contacted him on a different vehicle about two weeks before we decided to get the vehicle I purchased. He helped walk me thru the purchase. Got everything ready. We were at the dealership about an hour and a half. Better than the 4 hours spent at a dealership in OKC. Thanks, Cory!

John Vance was the promoter of Car Give Away for the 2012/13 season for the Oklahoma City Barons. The quality of the promotion and the vehicles presented had a major impact on the decision to check out the dealership. Anne Maxwell and Cory Allen in Internet sales followed my instructions and found the vehicle that fit the criteria outlined and made arrangement for it to be transferred to Oklahoma. Their professionalism matched what was experience through the OKC Barons. While the dealership is a little distance, the experience has been well worth the time.

His customer service was exceptional and so was the finance department and the service. Gerry told me to call his personal phone with any questions throughout the ownership of my vehicle, and that kind of service is unparalled. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I had never experienced a sales person who wasn't annoying or who wouldn't stop calling. John Vance Auto Group GMC personell made it really easy to bargain on a new vehicle. The Standard of excellence shown at the John Vance Autogroup exceeds that of some of the other dealerships I have found in the the Oklahoma City area. Their sales staff is courteous and knowledgeable about what they are selling. My wife and I have purchased from them two times in the last year as well as my mom, father in law and niece (all from miles away). All of the transactions were flawless and the vehicles purchased are still owned by all of us. The service department is exceptional also. John and Joel in the GM service are very helpful in getting in and out in the shortest time possible and still allowing for quality of repairs (so far just routine maintenance and tire rotations). We had hail damage repaired there recently. Our vehicle looked as if it came off the showroom floor again. Thanks John Vance autogroup for your continued care for my family and their vehicle purchasing/care needs.

The were nice. I kind of felt like they didn't know their inventory real well, but it wasn't stressful like sometimes buying a car can be. The finance guy Josh was nice too. It was different then alot of dealerships just really low key. Nice waiting area for the kids and so much easier then going to the huge dealerships in the city. Our truck needed a new windshield and we bought the truck one week and we got our new windshield the very next tuesday.
