Tom was very cool and didn’t come across as a pushy salesman. Tried to get the best deal possible. Financing process with Rob was a breeze and a very knowledgeable person to chat with. We have been loyal customers of Johnson Dodge for years and are never disappointed with our experience there. Within our family, we have leased/bought roughly 8 cars, heading towards our 9th vehicle today. The Sales Manager, Eddie, has always gone above and beyond with his professionalism, generosity, and time and effort. His number one goal is to make his customer happy, and he succeeds at that every time. We have come to know him very well over the years and consider him a close friend; there is truly no better sales manager than him and we look forward to our interactions with him every time. My daughter is purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee today and both Eddie and salesman Brett helped us out with this process. Brett was so diligent about lining up the cars my daughter wanted to test-drive so that when we finished our route with one, we were able to hop right into the next within minutes. He also did an excellent job at explaining the features of the cars. All in all, the staff at Johnson are incredibly accommodating and will make sure you leave a happy, satisfied customer. They have been so good to us throughout the years and we will continue to be loyal to them!

My 2009 Jeep Wrangler Sahara (215K Miles - awesome vehicle) lost its trans a week ago Sunday. After much thought about next steps I decided to take the plunge and buy new. Saturday - "Costco Program" connects me with Johnson Dodge. Rick Holt calls me first thing Saturday morning and immediately we connected. Rick answered all of my questions and sent me pic's of all the 4 door's on the lot and thankfully he had the Jeep of my dreams. Perfect guy to work with to buy my perfect Jeep. After a few phone calls we arrived at a very reasonable price. Rick facilitated a pleasant buying experience (first time in my life I have ever negotiated the purchase of a vehicle in less than 15 minutes.) Needless to say I drove it off the lot that day. I drove about 2 hours from Pennsylvania. They held the car until I was able to be there for a modest and refundable deposit. We're accommodating for me being held up and arriving later. Kristian helped me out and was very easy to work with. Was honest and clearly cared about making a sale that worked not just for the dealership but for the customer as well. Definitely felt like he was working WITH me, which is not how it always feels at a dealership. Left with the car I was looking at for a fair price and left very satisfied with my experience here

I had a great experience buying my new car at Johnson Dodge. My salesman Rick went over all of the specs on my grand Cherokee L, and set up the jeep wave app in my cellphone for me. I would highly recommend this dealership for a great car buying experience. I love my new 2021 Grand Cherokee L.
