Ever walk into a place and know that your going to run into someone you know, or that your going to be taken care of, well that was Johnson Ford for me, bought 2 cars from them and always went to them for my vehicle needs. That atmosphere is gone, I know no one, and was not taken car of. I waited 2 hours for an oil change and when I asked about it, they said I was dropping, not waiting. No that’s not what I said, and if the woman making the appointment was not rude she would have understood me. I will not be taking my car there as I’m sure there are other Ford dealer ships that will take better care of it’s customers.

I have NOT been having a good experience with my Explorer. I already have had to bring it in twice. I have a part on order and it is only a month old. I am now having a noise under my steering column. Not a great experience for my first brand new vehicle. I am editing my review to let you know that my problem is STILL not taken care of and I have to bring my car back again. This will be 4 times within a month. I was very clear on my slip what the problem was and they never took it for a ride to check it out. I have to come back again. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY FORD PURCHASE.

I worked in 33 Ford/Lincoln/Mercury dealerships since 1986 as a tech, I know and seen everything that goes on. I was looking for a 2010-2012 Flame Blue Ford Fusion with 3.0L with nav. Almost extinct, Well turns out Johnson Ford had one. Almost 2 hours travel time from my house. I want it and I went to go see it Saturday. I loved it, I got treated like a friend and they talked to me like a friend. They even gave me a tour of their service dept. We made our deal, and get this, they delivered it to my house on Monday. I'm so excited. Best car buying experience ever. I just hope Mr. Johnson knows the talent of his Used Car Sales Manager-Jim Russell and Bryan one of his salesman, and better yet reward them with more then a pat on the back. If you need a car check these guys out. I know!!!

Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful before and after purchasing a new vehicle while explaining the various options and the electronic features. Bryan did not sell us a new automobile, he helped us buy a new automobile.

for a while now i was looking for a new vehicle searching all around different dealers throught new york ands mass looking at different brands, i have been a ford fan for a while, being in pittsfield johnsons was the nearest dealership and have the best deal going. Bryan in sales was very helpful, did not pressure me at all like other dealers do, gave me the best deal for my trade in and the brand new vehicle. jay in the financing department was also very helpful answering every question i asked no matter hows stupid it sounded. if anyone is looking for a new vehicle dont go out of town go right to johnsons they have the best deals and excellent staff.

My husband and I decided to purchase locally and stopped at this dealership to check out the autos we were interested in.. Bryan Beauregard was very attentive and most helpful and gave us an auto for a test drive.. After checking out other dealerships too, we decided to go with Johnsons' and picked them to do business with.. Everyone was more than courteous and all, including the owner, were very easy to speak with and do business with.. We highly recommmend this dealership..

In all my years buying cars and trucks from various dealerships, I have never been made to feel like anything but a number. Most of whatever courtesy I got was quite obviously generated for the sole reason of getting me to part with my cash. I actually found Johnson Ford/Lincoln/mercury/nissan by an internet search accident (kept the search radius broad) while researching a new Nissan Frontier. I was contacted within an hour from sending my inquiry by a most pleasant salesperson. Other dealerships (4) took days to get back to me and kept giving me the runaround when discussing prices. The salesperson from Johnson was willing to give me attractive prices and vehicle options right away. I got the feeling that I was being taken care of and not "taken". Upon my first visit to the dealership for the "talk and testdrive" I was impressed by how genuine the staff seemed. Everyone there was very laid back and easy to talk to yet very professional. They really did everything in their power to get me the vehicle I wanted and treated me with courtesy and respect the whole time. I never once felt pressured. They even worked with a local credit union to get me financed at a lower rate than my own credit union was offering. They didn't have to do that, but did, and all with a smile. Upon getting my vehicle I was impressed by how much the salesperson knew about the vehicle and walked me through all the bells and whistles until I was comfortable with everything. She even walked me around the dealership and personally introduced me to all the service staff. Who by the way are just as great and helpful. Service is great, prompt, and done right. I drove 35miles out of my way to visit this dealership even when I have 4 others within 15min. away, and I gladly do so for my service, and I'll do it again when it comes time for another purchase. Outstanding experience! And that doesn't come lightly from me. I have since told many friends and relatives to check them out as well. Not many places like this left around.
