I had air condition fixed and my car came back afterwards shaking. It never shakes before they repaired. They tried to say it was motor mounts but other dealer in Ft Pierce said it was not. The manager was rude and made me feel like it was my problem. The air is not working again and I know have to take it back after 9 months. I am regretting the experience because they are not nice. If you pay the money you don't want your car fixed right and not to have rude service from manager or service workers. I hate to go back.

I had recently lost my car to an auto accident. I was not sure what I wanted to purchase, I started shopping around. I went to the dealership across the street from Honda, liked a SUV there, and decided to put a down payment on it. The salesman and finance person promised me to get the price I wanted. Three days go by and I hear nothing, I called them they didn't know who I was and when they figured it out it was $8,000 more than I wanted to spend. I took my money back and went across the street and met Mark. He was kind,and honest. He did not force me to purchase a car, and worked with me on the price. He made my experience enjoyable. I am thankful that I have met him, I just love my 2016 Honda CRV.

Mark came through for me. I knew what I wanted and willing to wait until he can get me the Accord I wanted. There was no sales pressure only suggestion to get one on the lot. To my surprise the car arrived on the lot in a couple of days. I was under the impression it would be longer.

Just bought a great Honda Accord from a great dealership. Ray and Rick in sales and George in the Service Dept are the best. I believe that I got a beautiful car at a fair deal. I actually felt good about the experience and will definitely go back when the time comes. They are a fine group of people that realize that you did not have to walk through their door because of all of the choices in the market. *Best Auto Purchasing Experience of my life* Honestly when I began my journey for a new car and spoke with Mark Evans in Internet Sales my second week in, I got my hopes up, thinking I might be celebrating too early. My credit was "ehh" at best and I had a small down payment. He truly looked after me, the safety of myself, my daughter and budget. Another dealership had tried to rip me off the week before. When I walked into Johnson Honda, between Mark, the Sales and the Finance team, not only did I get what I went in for and they told me they could do, the price and financing ended up lower -beyond what I ever believed possible. I went to see Bill Ray a few weeks ago at Johnson Honda in Stuart.I need a car badly, couldn't afford a brand new one but Billl helped get me into great preowned vehicle.Bill didn't BS me around with you need this and this is what you can afford. He didn't talk AT me, but we had a conversation about what would fit me and my budget. We talked about quite a few things actually but he asked me what I was looking for and helped narrow it down to something that I was comfortable in and liked, not what he thought I "should" have.Bill, Roy and Dragan worked very hard to fit into my budget not theirs.I ended up with a preowned Prius and it fits exactly what I needed especially with all the miles I drive.This is the 2nd preowned car for my wife and I. She LOVES hers.Both have very low miles, are spotless and drive operate without any problems.After purchasing 2 used cars I am convunced that they will not sell a used car that is not top quality.I have already told friends to go there who also need vehicles and my wife and I will go see Bill again when we need to buy another vehicle.It was easy, no hassle, no BS and actually a fun experience.Thank you Bill! :)

We were getting rid of our eight year old Toyota and wanted to try a Honda Odyssey, our first Honda. Bill Ray sold us a two year old one which looked like new. It has all the "bells and whistles" that we wanted and after driving it for a month, we love it. I went back twice for information about it and both times were treated with courtesy and received the help I needed. The only downside was the harrassment about buying an extended warranty, and that was NOT from Bill. The man we dealt with the day we bought the van was not pleasant when we said "no" and we received things in the mail for two weeks, urging us to buy the extended warranty. Otherwise, our dealings with Johnson Honda have been very positive.

We were in the market for a newer vehicle and currently own a Honda. We test drove a used car and then decided to look at a 2016 CRV. We were attracted by the knowledge of our sales person,Mark, but most especially by his soft spoken manner. Never once did we feel pressure .He took us for a test drive and then suggested we think about it to be sure we would be happy! We were so thrilled to pick up our new Honda the next day and Mike Priest helped to make everything seamless. He is friendly, very helpful and very accommodating and very knowledgeable.There was no car sales BS with Bill. He asked what we were looking for instead of telling us what we need. After contacting the dealership on line we were invited to take a test drive. Once we arrived we spent some time looking around the lot at the 2016 CR-V's before we were greeted by our sale agent. We test drove the EL and the EL-X and liked them both but the EL-X fit our needs a little better. After fair negotiations and no hard sell from the salesmen or the manager we ended up returning the next day to purchase our new vehicle. We were very satisfied with our experience.

We were in the market for a SUV to replace our 7 year old full size one. We had done some homework and decided that the Honda CRV best suited our current needs with the style and fuel economy we were seeking. Our son recommended Johnson Honda and Bill Ray as he had helped several friends purchase vehicles. We have never been more satisfied with a car buying experience. Bill sat with us and discussed features and styles to determine the best trim package and then showed us his inventory and had us test drive one of our best fit vehicles. Meanwhile the staff had reviewed our old SUV and had a trade in price calculated. A short time later we agreed to a final price for the new CRV and the Finance Manager had the balance calculated at an excellent rate. In and out in less than 90 minutes. It was a quick painless process that exceeded our expectations in both service and final cost.

ATTENTION CORPORATE CUSTOMERS - This review is for you.In January my corporation bought a new Honda Odyssey Van. We were clear with the Salesman, the General Manager, and the Credit Manager that did the paperwork that this was to be purchased by the corporation and not to be on my personal credit (other than me personally a guarantor for the loan, which wouldnt show up on my credit report unless the corporation were t default on the loan). Of the many vehicles the business has bought, only one other company had screwed this up and we exhaustingly described exactly how it should be done to avoid this issue happening again. Everyone there said well, we would never do that to you. I would have preferred to use my Business line of auto credit with ALLY to avoid any issue, but the salesman, the manager and the credit manager all assured me this would NEVER happen with them, and convinced me to use Hondas financing. Well today I pulled my personal credit and there it was as if I had just done a personal loan. When I called my salesman Mark Zisk, he said I never said it would be that way conveniently forgetting how we painstakingly talked about this with him, as well as everyone else there involved in the transaction. No managers were there to talk to today, but its clear they will lie about whatever they can in order to get the sale in such a way that they get the most profit, regardless if its good for the customer. I truly believed Honda, who makes a quality product would be above the slimy lying stereotypical salesman thing, but so far, my experience does not offer me much hope. Im hoping that when I arrive there tomorrow they will have the problem fixed and we can continue to bring this dealership our business and we can amend this review, but as of tonight, I would caution and advise any of my corporate friends to steer clear and deal with a dealership that will not boldface lie to you, especially when we were SO VERY CLEAR with them as to what we wanted.

I am new to the area and was investigating the dealership for servicing my 2015 Accord. While there I overheard a man in the next office getting loud with another gentleman. The gentleman was being quite courteous and was apparently there to talk about a product he was selling to dealerships. I asked the valet that had greeted me what was going on and he told me that the Service Manager (Richard King) hates salesmen. I was perplexed because I thought salesmen are what a dealership should like and respect.For the life of me I could not understand why a Manager at a beautiful looking dealership like this would be so unprofessional and rude to someone in his same industry.I decided I could not do business with someone so rude and unprofessional and I told the valet I would not be dropping off my car. The valet was very nice and apologized for the behavior I had witnessed. If this is the way Mr. King treats people in view of the public, what kind of treatment could I expect if I had any trouble? I went to the new Acura Dealership a few miles up the road and they were awesome!

We bought a 2016 Pilot from Johnson. We informed Salesman & Manager that we "must" have the navigation feature.....a MUST have item for my wife. One of the main reasons we bought a new car. We were VERY clear. They looked at wife's phone & said "no problem, the Hondalink system works perfectly with your mobile phone. All you need do is go home, read the manual & set it up." We tried and tried and tried. My wife was really disappointed, and the Gen. Manager stepped in and worked to find us another Pilot. We paid the difference, got the model that had the features we wanted and all are happy. Johnson Honda stepped up and resolved our issues and we do indeed recommend them.

I came in for a purchase on a civic sedan. They took my credit information down, and that was it. Sure there was a couple of blemishes and I was willing to put more down, but NO FEEDBACK, just Dropped all feedback. Stay away from Johnson Honda, go to Cogin Honda, who is willing to go to bat for their customers. At Johnson the customers feel like their a burden to the sales staff. Third rate award goes to Dominick in Sales and Draggan in Finance.

My Salesman Domenic Giuffrida ,(Internet Dept) was the biggest factor from buying at Johnson Honda. His no nonsense approach, calm, professionalism and the deal we straight forward from start to finish attitude was what won my business. The (GSM) Rob Perona, was very accommodating with the deal, as we had a trade in and (Finance)Roy Moore, made sure we received a great extended warranty and Gap. I felt very comfortable with the dealings that I made when all was said and done. That has never happened from a car dealership. I wanted to make another deal for my hubby's car but he was interested in another car and so we didn't do two. I would definitely recommend doing business with this dealership and with Domenic as your Salesman you won't be disappointed. Everyone runs into issues. It's how they are handled that separates the good from the great. Johnson Honda and its staff handled our concern with excellent customer service and attention to detail. It was the best experience we have ever at at a dealership. The facility is spotless and reflects the image that is presented. I would recommend Johnson Honda without reservation and would certainly purchase there again.

I am the 2nd owner of a pre-owned Odyssey. I took the van to the original purchased dealership for service. I lost count how many times George the service rep called me by the previous owners name. Even when he called me to advise the work was complete he called me by the previous owner name. Also when you schedule a service on the internet, the prices there are totally false. They website is also contracted out. They only info that gets passed down to the dealer computer is your vehicle information, the appointment date/time and what service is due according to the mileage of the vehicle. NO PRICING. You'll find that out when you're standing in from of the service rep. The sales dept. is much better than the service dept.

The entire process was quick, smooth, and easy. Scott Zorn, Louis Peraza, and Roy Moore did everything in their power to make my friends buying experience the best possible. From the moment we pulled in until the moment we left in a brand new 2015 Accord there was not a single problem. Scott was very casual and non confrontational in his greeting. Many dealers will help you get out of the car, he didn't. He waited for us to get out of the car and begin walking before offering to help. Upon asking we told him we were looking for an Accord V6 coupe. NEVER once did he try and steer us into another option. When it came time for pricing and numbers it was handled quickly and efficiently. Roy Moore did the financing and handled the process seamlessly. The showroom was clean, and the music was soft. We would highly recommend Johnson above other dealers in the area!!! Thanks guys, we will be back soon!

I test drove a car at Johnson's, got a price and left. I wanted to find the best deal, and return to let them have the deal. I like the idea of buying within the community. Got different prices, from different dealerships. I consistently asked to be given the Out The Door price, comparing apples to apples. Once I found the price I would accept, I went back to Johnson to see if they wanted to match the price. They were willing, still had the car that I test drove, and we agreed that it would be finalized. Got to the dealership. Looked at the car, as well as another with different extras. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED IF THE EXTRAS WERE THE SAME PRICE I HAD BEEN QUOTED: YES THEY WERE! (Sales rep says "All the cars have some extras. Pick which ones you want the most.") We agreed on the car, filled out the paperwork and was prepared to pay. That's when they informed me that the "extras" on the car were another "few hundred dollars" more. Wait! That's not what the Sales Rep said! Doesn't matter. NOT the sales rep's fault for mispricing! NOT the dealer's fault for breaking the deal! So, does that make it MY fault? Pay up or walk. I actually drove myself to COGGIN Honda in Ft. Pierce where they honored the price they had originally given me. (Less by a few bucks than Johnson's agreed upon price.)Oh, by the way, the same "extras" i was to pay more for at Johnson were included on this car. "That's just the way we do business."No stars for Johnson Honda. Five stars for Coggin Honda.

Hugh Jackman was knowledgeable regarding the product line and understood the upgrades we were looking for. Before we knew which trim of Pilot was right for us, he had us test driving the very vehicle we ended up buying. He listened to our needs and put my wife in a great 2015 Pilot. She got everything she wanted and more. Negotiation was nearly hassle free and their opening offer via internet was very fair. Even though we ended up upgrading two full trims, Hugh was understanding of the difference in price and offered an even greater percentage discount than on the original base trim. I have now bought 10 cars from 6 different dealers and this negotiation was literally stress free. I know we could have bargained the price even lower but saw no need to go back beyond the second round as their price was extremely fair. Johnson Honda of Stuart will earn your business and appears to be going above and beyond what surrounding Honda dealers are willing to offer. Customer service was excellent from start to finish and Hugh is a tremendous asset to the Honda team. Thanks again for making our buying experience informative and enjoyable. My wife and I went to Johnson Honda of Stuart because we were considering buying a new crossover SUV. We were looking for something reliable, durable, and a place with great service. Our choices came down to either a 2014 Honda CR-V or a 2014 Toyota RAV4. We are so happy that we went with the Honda CR-V. From the moment we stepped into the dealership, we were treated so well. The customer service was beyond compare. Ditto his GSM, Rob Perona, who was born into this business and actually took the time to learn the importance of customer relations from a "neighborly" point of view. Roy Moore in Finance took some appreciated diligence in shopping the best loan rates and warranty plan for our new purchase; and Rick Fuss, Internet Sales quickly became our new best friend, going above and beyond to make sure our buying experience was the best we could hope for. He took the time, before the test drive, to impress us with his product knowledge of our vehicle and even invited us back for a crash course in operating some of the electronic gadgetry. They were extremely nice until there was a problem with the car immediately after purchase. I also noticed that the fine print on the contract was not what we had agreed to. When I asked about it the salesman said it was too late since the contract was signed. Then they disappeared off the planet, would not discuss it. No follow up. Nothing. We were never rude. I guess they just don't like to handle problems of any kind once the car is sold.

I contacted Johnson Honda by the Internet for quotes on the 2014 Accord LX & EX. I promptly received 2 quotes by email from the Internet Sales Manager, John Tuck. This was later followed by a phone call and invitation to come in to test drive the Accord. From the moment my wife and I arrived, we were treated in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. I enjoyed every facet of this car buying experience and the beautiful facilities of Johnson Honda. I also appreciated the honesty and integrity of the finance manager, Roy Moore. We went to Johnson Honda to test drive a Honda Pilot and trade in my wife's CRV. We were treated so well, recieved a great trade in value for the CRV, and great value on the Pilot we ended up buying the Pilot. Other Honda dealerships were disinterested in our business, Johnson was interested and received it. They are worth the drive, even from Palm Beach County.

We drove 45 minutes north to Stuart to test drive a Honda Pilot. We received a great trade in price for our CRV and great price for the Pilot we could not walk away from the deal. It was too good of a deal to pass up. We were treated respectfully by the sales team, I was able to handle the deal while my wife took care of our kid. It was wonderful. They are worth the time and the drive. Palm Beach County Honda dealers are aweful and not interested in selling cars. Johnson Honda wanted our business and they got it.

My husband and I went to Johnson Honda because my brother and my mother have Hondas from there. Nick helped us pick our dream car, the Honda Crosstour. When we went in to purchase the car we found out that Nick had been in a car accident so Rick helped us along with Rob and Roy. We wanted the car with leather seats but found out that it was no longer available. That's when Rob and Rick started calling to different dealerships trying to find us one. When they couldn't find one, Rob said he would put leather seats in the car. Steve from the service department took it from there, he put us in an awesome rental and two days later we had the car we have been working so very hard for. I cannot even begin to thank everyone at Johnson Honda! I have used Johnson Honda service for the car purchased there as well as for the car I brought with me from New Jersey. They are, in one word, professionals. Appointments are taken on-time. Waiting area is customer friendly. Explanations are provided for work recommended. Unnecessary work is not done; in my first visit for an oil change, they informed me that it was too soon, but they washed my vehicle free of charge nonetheless.

My first time ever to buy a NEW car...my family suggested shopping online to get started. Selected a Honda Civic and got responses from a fe dealers. Jay McConnell from Johnson Honda of Stuart contacted me by email in New Year's Day, the very next day after I searched. I returned his email and he very kindly contacted me by phone the next day. We made an appointment, I went in, told him exactly what I was looking for, he could tick off each of my requirements. He showed me a Civic, we test drove that baby and that was it. There was no pressure, everything was as advertised, he and his colleague both assisted me so I was not left waiting. My family could not believe I did this without one of the experienced members along. I was very comfortable in this situation because Jay and his colleagues treated me with respect, no pressure, no gimmicks, no trying to upsell me. Merely respect for my wishes. I am a delighted Honda Civic driver and a delighted Johnson Honda of Stuart customer. Highest recommendations! A real plus - a year's worth of car washes and mini detailing. I enjoyed dealing with Nick. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, a very nice experience until we got to the buyers order and the dealer had added $699 DEALER FEE! No where was it stated, referred to, listed, advertised. It wasn't asterisked in the advertising. I'm new to Florida. So, maybe its my fault. I should have started with "What is your DEALER FEE"? OR, Maybe, the State should pass a law making it a requirement for the dealer to show his fee on a big board like gas stations do. The manager did reduce the sale price by nearly half of the fee. But...What a way to ruin an otherwise good experience. PS, I charged the max $5000 to my credit card so that probably cost them another $200.

I was at the end of a lease (Hyundai vehicle) and decided that I wanted to purchase rather than lease another vehicle. I just took my dad to lease a 2013 Honda Civic to Johnson Honda of Stuart and the entire experience was fairy tale perfect. Why did we drive 1.5 hours from Miami to Stuart to lease a Civic? Because I wanted to see if the high degree of professionalism and transparency I experienced while dealing via email and phone with their Internet Salesperson, Rick Fuss, would carry over into the face-to-face meeting. It was worth a shot, given the horrendous encounters we had in the past with traditional car dealerships and salespeople. To make a long story short, every car dealership should attempt to emulate Johnson Honda. This is the second time I've purchased a new CR-V from Johnson Honda and from Rick Fuss as my salesperson. Most recently, in August 2013, I went to just "look" at the 2013 models and see what their "big sale" was really about. I had dealt with Rick over the internet and phone in 2011 when i bought my 2011 CR-V from him which included a personal airport pick up when I flew down to sign the papers and pick up my new vehicle. I loved my 2011 CR-V and wasn't really planning on trading it in. Rick and the gentleman from Honda Corporate did a wonderful job and worked a deal on my trade in that was too good to pass up. All this was done without being pushy and they worked hard to get me what I wanted at a price that I was very happy with. I have had wonderful service appointments with Tony Cruz and really trust the staff here. Rick is a real people person inspite of doing his sales job very smoothly and efficiently. All this was done within a few hours of entering the dealership and we drove out in our beautiful 2013 CR-V. I feel totally comfortable in recommending Rick and Johnson to anyone and know that they too will be happy with their great service and a great product. I went to Johnson Honda of Stuart looking for A 6 speed manual 2013 Accord sport in modern steel metallic and was told they did not have one on their lot. Their sales team took the time to locate one for me and had it brought in right away. I could not be happier as the service I recieved from them and the new 9th gen Accord is just fantastic . Their service department puts all others to shame as it is spotless and very spacious. I would call them as you will be glad you did . Rick Fuss was my salesman you will not find better them him as he is one of the best out there.

we were looking for a new accord, and just wanted to check cars & prices online, after submitting a request online, rick answered back within a few minutes with a quote on a new accord(sport model) the quote was very accurate & complete , listing all fees taxes etc..... & rick fuss followed up with a phone call, he wasnt pushy or aggressive, answered all my questions & invited me to come in for a test drive, my wife & i did so the next day. rick met us in the lot & again was very helpful. he knew everything about the car we wanted, even al the techno stuff.johnson honda gave a good deal on our trade in also, we didnt have to argue about anything, & the price of the new accord was great less than we expected. we also financed the veh there at a great apr i dont remember the name of the gentleman in the finance office, but he was also very experianced & helpful. this is a great dealership, we plan to have all our service done there & would happily buy another car there.

While shopping for a car thru the USAA buying service for veterans, Johnson Honda in Stuart came up as a participating dealer. There are at least 4 dealerships closer to me than this dealership, but based on selection they had available I decided to give them a call. Johnson Honda was not the closest Honda dealer to me, but after shopping dealerships in person & via the internet, I decided to take a drive up from WPB and meet the sales person whom I've been communicating with over the internet & telephone. I made an appointment to meet with Rick Fuss after a brief phone conversation. We met for the first time and he delivered everything he said over phone, no backtracking or gimmicks. He was straightforward, no BS, and we quickly agreed on a color for my new Accord, and that was my first face to face meeting with Rick, and I left with my new Accord. This is how car buying should be, no smoke & mirrors, no gimmicks, very straightforward. Rick was fantastic, and is a huge asset to Johnson Honda. I have leased 7 Honda Accords since 2001 and my experience with Rick Fuss and Johnson Honda was by far the best. I am a loyal Honda customer and if all my future buying experiences are as good as this I will continue to use Johnson Honda as my Honda Dealer. Drove 5 hours to buy a used vehicle that the dealer told me they would hold....texted the salesperson all the way down from Jacksonville....40 minutes away from the dealer they called to tell me that it was sold and "down the road"...I went to the dealer and saw the vehicle still there...I tried to purchase it and they said it was sold...asked Dave Glover (used car manager) if there was a manger above him that I could speak with, he said "no"...although the General Sales Manager was there...fast forward and the GSM said they do not hold vehicles, even though it was agreed that their sales person DID promise it to me...(I had offered to pay a deposit or give them the check number from my finance company before I came down)... 7/10/13 - update - I called their home dealership in NC and asked if they would hold a vehicle for me...I was told that they could, no problem with a small deposit....

Called about a pre-owned that we wanted to purchase because we live in Jacksonville....they said it was still there and I offered to put a non-refundable deposit down... Jay said "no problem" I will pit a sold sign on it and put it in the back.....fast forward 4 hours into a 5 hour drive while Jay and I have been texting, with me providing location updates on my way down...Then 40 minutes until my arrival I get. Call from Jay who says they sold it while he was at lunch (lie #1)....I said (half joking but very mad) to get the vehicle back and he said it was too late because it was gone (lie #2)...I arrived and saw the vehicle in the back....went in and asked for Jay....they said he was busy (lie #3)...was waiting for the manager and had to go the find them because they were not very focused on helping...spoke with David...he said the vehicle was being sold and could not answer why it could not be stopped since I was promised by a Johnson Honda employee that it was mine to buy (I was paying full price and no negotiation)....i asked if there was a more senior manager there to which David said there was not one, he was the most senior (lie #4)...I could go on with the rest of the story but am not right now....Suffice it to say that these people are liars and I would not do business with them....ever....go to Ft Pierce if you live down here....Update - the salesman (Jay) was trying to help me and was being told what to do by the used care manager (Dave Glover). I would not trust Dave Glover for anything, proven liar, told Jay to lie that the vehicle was gone and down the road....also said he was the highest level manager there....when Rob Perona (his boss) was actually there...7/10/13 - Update - I called Johnson Auto Group in NC and asked about a vehicle they had listed. I asked if they could hold a vehicle for me and their answer was, yes. All they would require is a small deposit. I offered a deposit to Johnson Honda and they said none needed, it would be held for me...so let's add another lie to the tab....go to Coggin Honda in Ft Pierce....

I was so pleased to buy my first car here. I was really dreading this whole process, but from start to finish it was nothing but pleasurable and reassuring. We first found the car on the internet because we live in West Palm Beach. Rick was very prompt in returning my email inquiries that I was on my way the next day to check out the car. The only service we needed was oil changes & car washes. I applaud the service department for their service. I am a very particular person with my CRV even though I lease & don't buy. I had been in touch with several Dealerships and their Salesmen for the past several months since my move to FL. I studied several makes and models and requested various Salesman from several Dealerships, to send me pictures of and information on certain vehicles and models, new and used, in my price range. I test drove a couple of vehicles and I found many of the models I test drove ended up either not meeting my expectations or were just too much car for my needs. One Dealership even had me test drive a car that was not cleaned inside or out! I was beginning to dread my car buying experience as a single, older woman. But it became quickly clear, one Salesman stood out above the rest, hands down. It is Rick Fuss from Johnson Honda of Stuart. He tirelessly answered my requests and answered any quesions I presented to him over several months. He always handled each correspndence with professionalism and patience, and never put any pressure on me in any way. We finally met for the first time yesterday for me to see a used Honda model I had selected to test drive. Rick provided a very helpful service to me by picking me up at my home, since I did not have a means of transportation. He used his personal Honda Civic to pick me up and I was so impressed with how it handled, its performance on the road and how quiet the ride was. It was quite obvious to me that Rick truly believed in the products he was selling, that I easily abandoned my original plan of wanting to test drive the used Honda vehicle and became only interested in test driving Honda Civic, which included impressive standard features such as the backup camera system and the Bluetooth feature! Johnson Honda was the best dealership I have dealth with my entire life. I inquired about purchasing a 2013 Honda Civic over the internet and was soon contacted by Nick Gagliardo. After sending a couple of emails to Nick I realized by his responses he cared about making his customers. Nick and I agreed on a price online and was told the vehicle would be ready to be picked up at the end of the day after I was out of work. When I got to the dealership I was sent over to Nick who had all the sales agreement documents and the vehicle ready for me. All I had to do was sign the documents. The documents reflected the exact price we had agreed upon in our emails. There were no hidden costs, no extra charges, etc. Nick spent his time going over all the paperwork with me and giving me a tour of the vehicle. Not alot of people would spent their time in sales going over everything because they want to jump over to another customer. This was not the case with Nick.The most memorable of the entire deal was the fact that I was treated like a human being instead of a sales commission. In today's society it is hard to find businesses that still care about their customers. I understand businesses are in it to make money but you can still make money and care about your customers at the same time. I told Nick that he has a customer for life now. I would not hesitate to send my friends, relatives and or clients to purchase a vehicle from Johnson Honda. I will be seeing Johnson Honda next time I purchase a new vehicle.

I had gone to a few other Honda dealerships, knew I wanted a Honda. My choice to stay with Johnson Honda was because of the sales people. They were not pushy like I experienced at other Honda dealerships, which made me uncomfortable.My salesmen was Rick Fuss, he worked with me through the whole process of which Honda I wanted. Told me everything I needed and wanted to know. Very polite and understanding of what my needs were. Not pushy at all. I got 2012 CRV and love it. I have had it for just one year now.Everytime I go in for any problem everyone is very kind, do not feel uncomfortable at all. I would certainly go back to this dealership if I wanted to get a newer car, someday. And see Rick Fuss.

Rick, We went to Connecticut this Summer and put 8,541 miles on our new 2012 C-RV EXL 2 WD.The mileage was so different from what you said it would be I felt that I had to contact you.For the Highway you said I would get 31 MPG, this is not even close! I typically see 34 to 35 MPG or more for the Highway. In fact for one section on the way up to Connecticut from Florida, for 406 miles between fill ups (yes you can easily go well over 400 miles on a tank) with 40 or so miles of city driving I got 37.0 MPG!For mixed highway/city you said mid 20s. Internet department at Johnson is great - I cannot imagine having to haggle to buy a car in this day and age.The process at Johnson was very streamlined...we picked out a car fro their inventory online, sent an on-line query, got an online price back immediately, went to the dealership to test drive the vehicle, filled out paperwork (there is still lots of that but Mike the finance guy is super efficient), and drove the car home. We were buying a Civic and have bought a couple of them before so we didn't have many questions (because you really can't go wrong buying a Civic!). We had sent similar queries to other dealerships and Johnsons was the best initial price. I got the impression that the other dealerships sent either initial prices that they expected me to haggle down or they actually wanted to talk to me on the phone. I hope the other dealerships are not offended - I didn't want to negotiate a price and I certainly don't want to talk to sales people on the phone. No offense, but my time is too valuable for that. The entire process was hours from start to finish...no waiting for sales managers to approve pricing....no high pressure sales for accessories or options...no 'Fuss'.

I was not considering another lease when I arrived, but with Mark's help, I ended up leaving with a new lease and an upgraded Honda. I wasn't even considering a Honda vehicle for my next purchase. I was on the Honda lot looking at some used Volvo SUV's when the sales person suggested I look at some of their new car year end specials. I drove a Pilot for the first time....really liked it as I had thought previously that it had an 8 cylinder engine in it.....glad to find out it was a 6 cylinder. Negotiated a good deal and came back the next day to buy a new 2012 Pilot. Great all around experience at a very low pressure dealership that lead me to a great vehicle.

I was unhappy with my 1st deal as I felt the car was not a good quailty used car. I should of done my homework and had the car checked out by someone. The second car that Bill sold us was a very nice car and even though we paid more then what it is worth due to the fact that we traded in a car we bought there a week ago and was not given a fair deal. I am very happy with that car.

Our experience purchasing a used car from this dealership was wonderful. I told the salesperson (Rick Fuss) what I wanted to pay for the vehicle I was interested in (after trade in and including all taxes and dealer fees). Within an hour he called me back and told me that we "had a deal". It was too easy. My previous experience in dealing with car dealers is that there is a lot of back and forth and stress involved. Not this time at this dealership.The dealership is clean and bright, and the environment made me feel very comfortable. Everyone who works there seemed very friendly.My one complaint (and I still feel this is very minor in the whole picture) was that when the car was delivered to me, it only had about one quarter of a tank of gas. That surprised me. For a dealership that wants to make itself outstanding and has such a great building and comfortable environment, this seemed very stingy and unusual.

He did not push us into buying any car but explained all the wonderful feature. We than spoke to Mario Castillo, General Manager. He also made us feel good to be at your dealership. When we decided to buy the car we met with Roy Moore. He did all the paper work and also explained about the extended coverage, which we did purchase. He was veryconsiderate and nice to deal with. we have been extremely happy with our Honda and Im sure we will be Honda customers from now on.

My husband, my 82 year old Mother, and I went to Johnson Honda this week to look at the new Honda Odyssey. The sales representative, Kandy Oliver, was very kind when she approached us to show us the car. She was extremely knowledgeable about the car, and she patiently demonstrated the features thoroughly. She was very careful to try to match our personal needs with just the right type of vehicle, and the Odyssey seemed perfect for us. Kandy also called us at our home the day after our purchase to inquire how we liked our car. She made an appointment for me to return to have a tutorial with her for the many technological features the car offers. I've learned how to operate many things due to her help, including the car phone and navigation system. Kandy Oliver is a fantastic representative for Honda! Kandy also processed the paperwork swiftly, and she then sent us to the Finance Director. Dragan Barbarich streamlined the paperwork and helped us retrieve a refund of a remaining maintenance agreement from our former vehicle. He was very pleasant. Thank you to the Johnson Honda Team for a great experience regarding the purchase of a beautiful car that we'll enjoy for a long time to come.

I reside in the Space Coast area and frequently assist friends with auto purchases. I recently helped a friend, who is a math professor, sort out differences between a Honda CRV and Toyota RAV. My overall experience with Johnson Honda was great ! Our dealer was Rick Fuss. We were received very courteously, the dealership discussions went on very smooth and precise. He was not among the ones who would lure the customer into fake deals going round about on unworthy discussions. We got tremendous help and suggestions also from the financial department on some problems we were facing. Rick was courteous to help drive to deliver the car at our very own residence and I dont think any of the other dealers would do it.I would totally recommend Johnson Honda.The only drawback I thought was they did not do very well with giving us a best deal on the car. The price was just fair.

I first became interested in purchasing a new Honda in the spring. However, I did not look forward to the process involved because I do not respond to heavy handed salesmanship. Rick was consistent with his follow-up to my initial questions but in a non-threatening way. When I finally made it to the dealership, I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff as well as the overall appearance of the site. Although it took a long time for the "deal" to be made because of several variables involved, the experience was more pleasant than I had anticipated because of the way the Johnson Honda employees treated me. I would most definitley buy a car there again.

I had been looking for a Honda Crosstour for about three months. I stopped in to Johnson Honda to look at a 2010 that had recently been reduced. I was greeted by Nick and immediately offered to take the vehicle home overnight to allow my wife to spend some time driving it. When I returned the next day Nick had all the paperwork and deal put together for me as per my requested amount and payments. The deal was processed faster than any dealership I have ever dealt with. I had a couple of additional requests like a backup camera, a couple scratch removals and two small paintless dent removals. Nick had them all completed for me as requested. Every time I have visited the showroom or the parts department I have been greeted kindly and treated like a customer should be treated. I now own two Honda's. One Honda Pilot which I traded a Cadillac SRX on due to numerous amounts of costly repairs and costly maintainance. One Honda Crosstour which I traded a Mercedez Benz on due to costly up keep and very poor dealership service from the dealer I purchased the vehicle from. I would not hesitate to send any friend or collegue to Johnson Honda because I believe that they would be treated with the same respect I was. Nick made visiting a car dealership pleasant which is not what most people think when deciding to purchase a vehicle. Thanks Nick!

I had a pleasant car buying experience. my salesperson and the finance person were outstanding. I was prepared to spend a long time negotiating my trade in value and was pleasantly suprised when I receive the decent offer.

Nick is one of the best car salesman that I have worked with in recent years. I have purchased 3 BMW's since 1996 and this was my first Honda purchase since I bought a Civic back in 1989. I can say that I am very happy with my 2011 Pilot, and the after the sale service that Nick and team Johnson has provided. I'd rate it as outstanding, far better then anything that I experienced at the BMW dealerships over the years. I strongly recommend this salesman, dealer and product to anyone interested in a new car or truck..

My husband and I stopped in Johnson Honda to check out the new Honda CRV's. We were approached by Nick Gara, my husband says were just looking and Nick said no problem! Would you like me to show you one, I said sure...He did not put any pressure on us, he was very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. He went over every detail of the car. Best experience we have ever had in all the purchases we have made! Well, we fell in love with the new CRV, I was deciding on either the Honda CRV or the Mercedes GLK. The Honda was a much smoother ride and much more comfortable, SOLD. I highly recommend Johnson Honda.....and definately recommend Nick Gara to purchase your car from! He is very friendly and will do all he can to make you happy. He was so patient with me! I had to call him a couple times to help me with the Bluetooth and he would talk me through it. Now, if I were to stop in Johnson Honda....he greets me by name and with a smile. So.....go in and see Nick Gara, you won't regret it!

Mr Gara has been helpful throughout the entire process of our new car purchase. Even after the purchase he has met with us several times to explain and help with the operation of the vehicle..specificly the operation of the Blue Tooth system. He is knowlegable and patient as we have never had a system like this before.The latest problem involved a mistake with the title which he guided us through and which was resolved this week.

I was recently looking for a new car and remembered my daughter commenting on her car buying experience when she bought her Honda civic a little while back. So I asked who did she deal with. She told me about a guy named Rick Fuss at Johnson Honda in Stuart. I went online and looked at several cars and put in a request for a quote on a new accord, it was late Sunday afternoon but got an almost immediate response from Rick. I didn't call back that evening because I was busy finishing weekend chores. The next day I got a follow up call from Rick who told me of a very good deal I might be interested in if I would like to stop by after work. I made an appt to stop by after me and my wife got off. Soon after we got to the dealership we met up with Rick and right away were taken by how easy going and genuine he seemed, he show a good selection of accords and we took one for test drive and were very impressed. We quickly came to an agreement and after only being there a couple of hours from start to finish we were happily driving home in our 2012 Accord. As I commentened to Rick when he calledthe next day to make sure we were happy, it was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. The whole sales process was great. Most of the information I needed to make my decision was handled via email. I am a busy person and email is very convenient. The fact that the sales rep accomodated himself to my preferences really made a difference. The negotiation at the dealership was painless. They were direct, straight forward and demostrated that they were willing to earn my business. There are other Honda dealerships in the area that have a good reputation, Johnson Honda of Stuart in my opinion is right up there with all of them and surpasses them.

I arrived for an oil change service appointment and mentioned to Mr. Cruz that my lease would soon be over. I also told Mr. Cruz that my husband had recently passed away and I did not think I would be making a decision immediately. I just wanted to gather information. Mr. Cruz introduced me to Mr. Fuss who was very low-key in his approach. His knowledge of the product enabled me to make a decision that day. I was comfortable with the decision I made and am still happy with the decision made with the help of Mr. Fuss. I would definitely seek out Mr. Fuss for another purchase and would gladly recommend him to friends. When I come back for service, I will request Mr. Cruz. This is my first experience with Johnson Honda, although I am a loyal Honda customer. Thank you Johnson Honda for the care I received.

This was the best car buying experience I have had. All of the staff were helpful, and my wife and I were attended to every step of the way. Our salesman Rick Fuss was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. During the process Rick took us on a tour of the dealership - The garage was spotless and air-conditioned making it more comfortable for the mechanics to work - it impressed me that Mr. Johnson would pay the extra dollar to keep his employees happy. Whenever there was a lag for necessary business - e.g. Paperwork needing to be filed - Rick would keep my wife and I up to date with an ETA of how long it would take. The wait wasn't bad because the lounge was comfortable - with coffee, soda, water and snacks - and an HD TV to watch the Masters golf tournament.I would heartily recommend Rick Fuss and the Johnson Honda of Stuart dealership - for a great car buying experience.

This has been the most rewarding experience ever in buying a new vehicle. It is the very first time that I was treated in an extremely courteous manner. It has been my experience as being a woman alone that I am some times not treated as well as a man alone. But not this time! I was just as well received as any person should be. My buying experience was quick, pleasant and easy. I met with Bill Martin after comunicating with him online, I knew what I wanted and the car was not on the lot. He located the vehicle, I came back to work out a deal with Rick Fuss and a couple of days later, my car was there. I came back and Bill went over the paperwork, I signed and he took his time and we went over all the features in the car. I will definatly recomend Johnson Honda.

We traveled 2 hours from Miami to get my wife's new Honda Odyssey. This dealership was a pleasure to do business with and well worth the drive on our part. Rick Fuss was our salesman and kept his word on everything he said all through the process. We did the deal for the most part over the phone with Rick. He was absolutely exceptional! I had several similar offers down in Miami some even better ones. Even though we might have worked a better deal here it was not worth it to sit hours in a showroom, with salesman that flat out lie and are not customer focused for hours on in. That time spent in an unscrupulous dealer I can never get back! Rick's deal was very competitive and his customer service skills are second to none. Once we got up to Stuart the process at Johnson Honda could not have been better. If it was not for Rick showing us the features of the Minivan for about hour which was very informative by the way, the whole entire process from the time we walked in the showroom until the time we left would have been one hour. In the end the dealership is going to make money on you and we think we go a fair deal along the way with a far superior salesman in Rick Fuss and a wonderful dealership in Johnson Honda. If you are in Miami do the deal up in Stuart, you can do 99% over the phone take the easy 2 hour drive and get on with your life!

This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. All negotiations were done on the internet, without any pressure, and at a pace that made me very comfortable. We drove over forty miles to buy our Honda from Johnson Honda, even though other dealerships offered to "beat the price" Rick had given us. I would highly recommend Rick Fuss and Honda to anyone looking for a quality vehicle.

We saw an adfor a previously owned vehicle andwanted to check it out. After the test drive we were dealing with Rick as he was theinternet sales manaer. Rick has an easy manner which made our negotiations a pleasurabe experience.. Rick was extremely professional and made it easy for us to make a deal that was suitable for all of us. I actually enjoyed buying my car, and that is a first. This is the second car that I have leased from Rick Fuss. He knows his product and gave us a good deal on our new lease. He answered all our questions and guided us through the process of our lease return as well as the new car pick up. He showed us the new Johnson Honda facilitiy including the maintenance department and customer waiting area. When we picked up the new car, he showed us how all the features worked, even though it was pouring down rain! He was extremely professional, and we liked the way we were treated: no pressure, no baloney. He followed up after we purchased the car. We almost bought a different make car from another dealer. Rick gave us a slightly better deal and treated us with respect. That convinced us to get another Accord. The main thing that I liked about the new leased car was that we were able to get the features that were important to us without having to get a lot of extras in packages that we did not want. These unwanted extra features would have driven up the price. Mike Priest did all the paperwork with us in the business office. He, too, was a real gentleman. His courteous nature made the process easier and he was extremely knowledgeable about the financing end of the deal. He answered all our questions and we left feeling comfortable about the transaction. There were no last minute surprises and we thank everyong at Johnson Honda for making this a very good leasing experience.

We contacted about 6 dealerships in our local area. Honda of Stuart, which is 1 and 1/2 hours away from our residence had the vehicle we wanted. We spoke with Rick and he matched the pricing for us. We were hesitant at first to drive 1 and 1/2 hours, fearing upon arrival they would tack on some additional fees. Rick was great, we chose the color, and signed the paperwork. It was one of the easiest car purchases. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and offered excellent pricing!!! What more could you ask for? We had a great experience and would HIGHLY recommend this dealership.

I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a Honda. Rick was attentive to all my questions and needs via email and phone during my search time. His price was by far better than the competition in this area and he took his customer service skills to a high level by picking me up at the West Palm airport and brought me right to the dealership where all my paperwork was prepared for me to complete my transaction. He then spent quite a bit of time with me to teach me all the technology of my new Honda CR-V. He was very patient and not at all pushy like many car salespeople are. I also had a great experience with Dragen in the finance office. He was very organized and explained everything that was involved thereby making the process simple and smooth. My car was ready to go when I was and there was nothing but truth in this whole process from the email contact, to the final price, and the professional and friendly experince in person. I feel comfortable in recommending this dealership to others who are looking to purchase a vehicle online.

It was a stress-free process and was much appreciated! (It's been stressful enough dealing with all of the insurance paperwork in regards to my previous car as it's being totaled out in the aftermath of the car accident I was in.) I appreciated that you had answers for all of my questions, and tried your best to help me find a "perfect fit" for my new car. It was a big change from what I experienced at other dealerships in the Central Florida area, and I'm only disappointed that I don't know anyone to recommend you to! I'm really enjoying driving my new Civic, and it's making my commute a lot easier to bear (both on gas prices and comfort).---In addition to the great service and welcoming atmosphere, I received a great deal on a 2011 Honda Civic - my total cost with taxes and fees was still below MSRP! I am very impressed with the service department at Johnson Honda. I brought my Odyssey in for 100K service and automatic door problems. Jim was knowledgeable, respected my budget needs, and worked with me to to offer competitve pricing. My van was ready when promised and the courtesy driver was punctual and polite. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of everyone I met. My van runs like new and was well detailed. Thank you Johnson Honda.

On vacation in Stuart from NC and had a leak in the front tire of my Odyssey. Stopped at Johnson Honda and the problem was identified very quickly and repaired in a similar manner. Car then washed much more than my expectations.People were a pleasure to deal with and the facility is outstanding.If I lived in Stuart, Johnson Honda would certainly be my choice for vehicles and service.

Rick was really a great salesman. He gave me a a very informative presentation of the car I was interested in and showed me both its capabilities and limitations. This was no small thing for me as I had very limited knowledge of how Hybrid autos function and drive. Rick also gave me a tour of the dealership and service area which instilled confidence that I would get excellent service after the sale. After I was comfortable with the car and dealership, we discussed price and he made me what I consider a very reasonable offer. There was no pressure and no threats that the price was good "for today only". Since I had done my homework (on the internet and talking with another dealer) we were able to come to mutually satisfactory agreement. I have never bought a car before in such a non-confrontational atmosphere.

I went to Johnson Honda purchase a used car and trade in my current car. Found one that I liked and took it home after signing the contract. The following day I received a call from the dealership asking me to come in to sign something else. It turned out to be a second contract because the first was incorrect. I signed it because the interest rate and monthly payments were the same. When I compared the first and second contracts they had changed the numbers. The day after signing the second contract I received another call to sign a third contract. I told them no as the deal seemed shady. I was given the run around about getting my trade in and down payment back. Finally the deal was cancelled at my request. It turned out to be a big mess because they had already paid my other loan off (AFTER the contracts were cancelled) and had the title to my car. Long story short, BUYER BEWARE. Less than scrupulous business practices.

I just wanted to say that it was worth the drive down from Vero Beach to the new honda dealership . Everyone was so nice and I was able to purchase my new vehicle from a great selection of cars.There were a lot more cars and models to choose from than the dealerships near my home.I had a great buying experience with Rick Fuss.I was able to purchase my vehicle quickly and be on my way. Honda had a great financing rate that I could not pass up,better than my credit union.It was a win-win day for all. Thank you Johnson Honda and Staff.
