Greeted promptly, great manners from Ron. The great efficiency from the service staff, really cannot say anything bad about Johnson’s Motors Menomonie service department at all. That’s one reasons that we return and buy vehicles from them. They are very,very, good. Keep up the great work guys.

My overall experience at the dealership was excellent . Craig is truly one of a kind and made the whole experience great. I’ve bought many vehicles over the years through different dealerships and always dreaded dealerships until now. Craig asked great questions and wrote everything down & he really listened to what I was looking for. I didn’t intend on buying a vehicle that day, I was still doing research & just wanted to learn more about the Terrain & Acadia & possibly take a test drive. Craig did such an excellent job at explaining all of the features and the differences between those two and a few of the others. During our test drive he took the time to point out important features & explained how the backup camera worked, etc. During my test drive I decided that the Terrain was the right vehicle for me thanks to Craig taking the time to ask questions, listen to me & explain to me how all of the features of the Terrain matched what I was looking for. From Craig to Grant to Lenny, everybody was wonderful & a pleasure to work with! You guys get an A+ in my book and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

They warrantied the service I had performed earlier this year and set me up with a loaner. Their hours are conducive to my work schedule so I didn't have to take time off from work. They are always very courteous and service is top notch!

I've experienced rude, pushy, and just plain weird car salespeople in the Twin Cities while looking at cars years ago. The Johnson Motors staff was exactly the opposite, and I had a really great time through the whole process. I needed to replace the decrepit van I'd had forever, so I found the used SUV I wanted, at the best price, online, and best of all it was local at Johnson Motors. Everyone I talked to at Johnson was friendly and professional; they ran the financing smoothly and quickly so I never had to play phone tag or run around to the credit union. The salesperson, Craig, was just the best, knew the car, and was fully upfront about the car's history and maintenance. Even though I was buying used, he gave me his full attention and respect, which I have not found at some other dealerships. I bought the car. I love it and couldn't have had a better experience. When we have to replace our other vehicle, and maybe will buy new, I will definitely go back. Thanks again!

Good experience. I was pursuing a car that was quite popular and I am glad the dealership helped me be the one to purchase the vehicle. I had a lot of questions and they showed me all the documentation I asked to see. The only disappointment was a feature on the vehicle that does not seem to work. This is to be expected on an older vehicle, and it is a minor feature, but I would have appreciated knowing about it from the dealership. I would return and recommend Johnson Motors, and so far the service I have received when taking it in has been great as well.

My chevy Cruze had to have warranty work done. The staff at Johnson Motors fixed it fast and did a quality job at no cost to me. Could not be more pleased with the friendly and timely service I recieved!!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Customer service was very friendly and knowledgeable. Sat and had coffee and doughnut, checked some emails and my car was done.

Brought my new truck in for it's first oil change and I couldn't have been more happy about it. They were ready for the truck as soon as I got there and was back on the road in 15 mins. Great Job!!

When I was looking for a new truck, I had at least four of my friends recommend Johnson Motors. I did an extensive amount of Internet browsing for the vehicle I wanted. Now, understand, I'm not an impulse buyer and like to have all my questions answered thoroughly. I did contact other dealers and I'm pretty sure some of their salesmen have never even looked under a hood of a vehicle before. Actually, I'd be quite embarrassed if I were them. To make a long story short, it just so happens Johnson Motors in Menomonie had the one I was looking for. Hesitantly, I made an appointment with Craig Formoe, who was personally recommended. Now, there is not much more I dislike than dealing with car salesman, despise it actually. To my surprise, I was astonished at the professionalism of this dealership. Nobody was ever pushy, or got in my face about anything. They treated my family with genuine respect and pure courtesy. They answered all my questions immediately, if not immediately, they had the answer within minutes. Attention to detail, customer service, knowledge of the products they sell and respect are a few key points I'll give them accolades for. I could go on and on... Needless to say, by the end of the day, I was driving the truck home! Pretty sure this dealership gained a new customer for life that day!

I have been looking for a truck for well over a year at other dealerships in the area without any luck. I found a vehicle online that I was interested in and it was at Johnson Motors. I have never stopped in there before and I'm glad I did. Ben the salesman had an extreme knowledge of the tucks they sell. I know this because after a year of my own research he informed me of things that I didn't even know. They treated me great and I never felt pressured into buying. I ended up buying the truck that I came in to look at and the sales process was smooth. I will definitely do business there again. I highly recommend Johnson Motors.

Went into the dealership not expecting to purchase a new vehicle, but to look at and test drive one with the particular feature set that we wanted (incredibly difficult to find) and drove off the lot with it. Would benefit from a better children's area, but otherwise, was a nice facility. Staff were incredibly helpful and made the experience a very good one. It was pouring out and they brought the vehicle into the service bay so that we could spend some time looking over it and getting familiar with it. Allowed us to store our personal belongings (car seats, etc.) in the same area so that we weren't constantly running outside in the rain. They also provided funds for lunch since we were there for a decent amount of time and had some down time after we made the decision to purchase (trade-in evaluation, new vehicle detailing, etc.)

I went back and forth with their email customer service agent 5 times and they didn't answer the simple couple questions about the car. Each time I asked that they simply answer me and they just beated around the bush. So there obviously must be something wrong with the car they don't want to tell you about or just don't care about customer satisfaction.

Treated like a real person, not just another number. Everyone was very accomidating to myself and my 2 small children. They clearly described every step of the buying process, and gave me a great price for my trade in.
