I called last Tuesday to schedule a recall on my car because the headlights stop working intermittently. The lady in service told me she created a ticket and ordered the part and that they’d call me to schedule an appointment once the parts arrived. I didn’t hear anything for 8 days so I called them back. A guy answered this time and said he couldn’t find me anywhere in the system, then he put me on hold. 15 minutes later he came back on and told me they had the part and they could install it the next day. I dropped off my car the next morning and put my keys in the drop box. I called them at 5 and they told me it wasn’t ready. I caught a ride there and took my car back home. How incompetent can they be?! So now my car still can’t be driven at night over a week later. I guess I’ll try another dealer or just buy the part and put it in myself.

Better have a pocket full of money to get anything done here. I just had to pay 311.17 for an oil change. It is for my05 F350 with a 6.0 diesel and did change fuel filter but did not grease or check anything else
