Wow. What an incredible experience. This was my first time ever purchasing a car & having visited several dealerships before stopping at Johnston’s, the whole process seemed like it could become pretty daunting pretty quick. Firstly, the second you walk through the door the whole atmosphere at Johnston’s is professional and inviting. The entire staff makes you feel welcome and off the bat you just feel like you’re in the right place. Most importantly though - I really can’t say enough about the gentleman who got me behind the wheel of my first car. Brian Ruperti was through and through an all star every step of the process. He was super patient with me, talked about every possible outcome of multiple scenarios, showed me different vehicle options, and really talked to me and treated me as a friend rather than someone he was just trying to sell something to. He listened to all the things I was looking for in a car and really tailored the whole experience to my desires and gave me super valuable input throughout my entire decision making process. He even went as far as to budget out my lifestyle to see how much it would cost for each different car option I was interested in. I really felt comfortable making a deal at Johnston’s because of the attention and quality of service I got from Brian. In addition, I wanted to spend my money at Johnston’s directly because of the way I was treated by Brian. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase and will also be referring all of my friends and family to Johnston’s Toyota! Thanks again!

Johnstons Toyota was simply amazon to work with. They went above and beyond to help us get the financing that we needed to make our deal work. We owed money on our trade in and they were able to help us trade it in still. We absolutely love our new minivan and couldn't be more grateful to the team at Johnstons Toyota for helping us get approved for a new loan. Travis was a great salesmen, no beating around the bush, honest, and caring to our current situation. Brandon in finance was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us get a loan we could afford.

I very rarely share reviews. Being in the automotive business myself, it could even be a little self-deprecating to leave a good review for a competitor. However, I always give credit where it is due. Aaron Davis at was attentive and even came in on his day off (July 5th) in the morning just to get me my truck. The whole staff was personable, and accommodating. They were incredible, all the way down to having my registration transfer already done by time of delivery, which is rare. I love my Taco, and the service I received at Johnston's Toyota. He, and they, will definitely be my go-to referral people from now on, knowing that they will treat even strangers the way they treated me. Thank you.

If you are looking for a new Toyota, I would recommend you call Erica Santiago. Erica made our purchase of a 2021 Tundra so easy. Although we are a Toyota family, Erica answered all of our questions long distance and had the vehicle ready for us to pick up when we arrived. Looking for a new vehicle, look no further!
