Update 5 years later: I wanted to again give this car dealership another 5 stars. I bought a car here five years ago and wrote a review (below). This place is amazing. I came back here because I needed another car and was hoping that 5 years later would have the same easy car buying experience again. In fact, it was better. I would like to say, as a female, I am not good at these things and they litterly are the most honest, wonderful, trusting people to buy a car from. There are REALLY no hidden fees . This time that I came in to buy a car there were a few bumps in the road and they all worked, including the owner, hours to try and figure a way out for me to get the car I wanted. The vehicles are perfectly priced. The whole dealership and it's employees are pleasant and honestly awesome. It is a family owned honest business. If anyone at all is looking to buy a vehicle I would 100000% recommend this dealership because they're not just trying to sell you a car, they actually care. I will buy my vehicles from this dealership every 5 years for the rest of my life. I wouldn't trust or go anywhere else because most dealerships are shady.. but not this one. I can't use the word Amazing and Wonderful enough to explain my experience here. The review I wrote 5 years ago: This was a very pleasant car buying experience as a first time car buyer. After sitting at the Honda dealer where 14000 car ended up being 24000 and much frustration I was suggested to go here. This was the most pleasurable car purchase ever and the sticker price was exactly how much the vehicle costs. There is no pressure and Rick was awesome. I just told him what I was looking for and he found the right car for me. I love my new car. I had never bought a new vehicle and he made the whole car buying experience very simple and explained everything to me and some more. He went above and beyond. He also worked very hard to get me the loan as I have not so great credit. I loved this place and I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. This place is hands down five stars. I would give it 10 if I could.

Best experience I ever had buying a car. These guys are the best and I couldn’t be happier. They kept me informed the hole time and were there always to answer questions and give advice. I recommend them to everyone who wants to buy a vehicle. They are the best!!

WOW!! I bought a car yesterday from Jonathan Motors and it has been the best experience in my last 20 years of buying cars. The guys are just awesome. For example: While coming back to DE (thanks to PA roads), may be I hit a pothole or something and scratched 2 of my right wide wheels. I called Andy and he said just one line "Don't worry I will take care of it for you, I feel your pain" . Can you believe this kind of ownership in today's car market. This is what I call sense of responsibility. I am NOT going to any other dealership ever never.

Very impressive inventory and facility. I was most impressed with the owner who is humble and answered some of my questions honestly... not the typical high pressure, over inflated sales talk. I haven’t bought from here yet, but will do so when in market again.

Great to deal with from the sales associate over the phone to the owner when I picked up my car. Explained the entire process and what came with the car, including putting everything in writing. A real class act. Would go to them for my next vehicle, even if it wasnt on their lot. Brought my 5 year old son with me and they treated him like a prince. Great experience.

Rick, who i can't say enough about as a great finance manager who does his job extremely well. Mike who is an awesome service manager , probably the best, and then Andy the owner and his two sons who are extremely polite, helpful and so much more. Lovely family. I have purchased two CPO cars from Jonathan ( Andy ) and I must say that both experiences were great. the first vehicle was a 2005 BMW M3 Convertible. The second was a 2011 Mercedes Benz E350 4matic with very low mileage ( 14K ). Jonathan should rename the dealership as " Andy's Candy Shop ".... As long as I am working and can afford to purchase cars I will always come to Jonathan Motors...

I found the Black 2009 Audi A5 with the S-line pkg at Jonathan Motorcars and secured the car with one phone call. Andy, the owner was very helpful in making sure my visit to their dealership, and the transaction itself was very smooth. I flew in from out of state and was picked up at the airport. When we got to the dealership, the car was better than I had anticipated, and more beautiful than imagined. This is my first purchase from them, but would not hesitate to buy from them in the future. As a customer, it is very nice to know, that after having made flight arrangements and taking the time to fly 900 miles to pick up a car that you have only seen on screen, to have the car look better than expected and get exceptional service from the staff.
