Doug Schmidt, in the service department, was outstanding. I had a warning come up on my dash on Monday. He said he would be able to work the vehicle in early the next day. I dropped it off Monday in the early afternoon since I was not planning on being in town on Tuesday morning. By 3 pm Monday afternoon I received a call letting me know that my vehicle was finished. I am not used to this type of customer service. I appreciate the service I receive from Doug and all of the departments at Jones Chevrolet in Richland Center Wisconsin!!!

I don’t know if you could ever find another dealership that Ensures the best possible customer experience. From Collin in sales to Doug at the service desk what a pair of champions. Ryan has an All-Star team throughout the dealership. I have shopped there for many years and my family does as well. You really cannot find a dealership that truly stands beside their customers like Jones Chevrolet does.

Awful! Bought a used vehicle from Collin. First-no conversation about the vehicle at all. I asked about getting a roof rack and he said we should be able to buy one, however the vehicle came with a built in roof rack that he obviously had no idea about. When we went to buy, it turns out that he did NOT include the tax in the quoted price. Per the guy in the finance department it is an ongoing problem that employees know about, however, it was not caught and was our problem not theirs-so cough up another $2,000. Also our vehicle had a pretty serious chemical spill inside that was not disclosed at the time of sale and our car REEKS of laundry detergent-it gives us headaches and make us nauseous. Despite repeated cleanings, there is no getting rid of it. I have never regretted a vehicle purchase or an encounter with a dealership so much in my life. Stay away!!!!

Top notch sales team & out of this world customer service! We had looked everywhere & for months for our new SUV. With the market as competitive as it was, we were beginning to stop our search until we found Tyi at Jones Chevrolet in RC. We knew we'd have to be creative to get there as we live about 1.5 hrs from their location. After 2 failed attempts for us to get to RC, Tyi offered to bring the vehicle to us for a test drive with no obligation! We ended up loving it, and completed all necessary paperwork in the comfort of our home. This was still the height of the pandemic & she was professional & respectful of the recommended guidelines. Tyi & the entire Jones team went above & beyond to make sure it was clean, and sent us Jones swag a few days after. Everything about this purchase was convenient, efficient, and focused on our needs. We've had our new SUV for 4 months and continue to love it & share our experience!

I saw the truck listed on social media. We are went to the dealership to just look at the truck. The salesperson was able to go to the management and get a quote for us with in 15 minutes. We accepted the offer and had a new truck by 5 pm that afternoon.

I have always been happy with the service at Jones Chevrolet. The salesman go above and beyond. Then when it comes to finalizing the sale the financial guy makes everything so easy and clear to understand. All the staff is very welcoming and willing to help. A big plus is they are not pushy for a sale. I like that alot.

We can't comment enough on the fantastic A-1 service we always get from Jones Chev. and Staff! It's always more like visiting family than a business! We would highly recommend Jones Chev. in Richland Center, WI to anyone, even they don't ask! As far as our vehicles are concerned, we'd never take our business elsewhere, but it's also enjoyable just spending time with them. We can depend on good, quality service, and that can be rare in these days. Wouldn't take our business anywhere else, even if it is almost a four-hour round trip!

I came in to have brakes checked because rear rotors appeared to have grooves in them. 2.5 hours later I drove away with complete replacement of pads and rotors on all four wheels. Someone stayed late to see that my needs were met. Very impressed with concern for their customers.

Although I paid about 4 times as much for the air filter installations (cabin and engine) compared to if I had done it myself I am confident in the knowledge/experience of the techs working there. Routine maintenance is overpriced, and is better handled by oneself. But for the other more complicated, time-consuming repairs, these guys do great work.

Dealt with Jim Layton and had a very good buying experience. The only thing I could say that they could improve was their detailing work. I had to go back over the car when we got it home and do a more thorough cleaning of the interior. Other than that we were very satisfied with everything! I would recommend them.

Purchasing a vehicle goes beyond the price of driving it off the lot. Experience has taught us that buying at Jones Chevrolet, Buick and Cadillac also means getting the service and consideration when it's time for repairs, whether routine maintenance or an accident. This recently was brought home to us again when on a stormy April night we hit a road hazard damaging our grill, radiator and cooling system. The service members at Jones' again knocked it out of the park with their professionalism, quality of work and keeping us going with a loaner while the work was being done. There is a reason we have been loyal fans for over 20 years: When you buy at Jones', you become part of an extended family. We could not be more pleased.

Horrible. We drove 3 hours round trip to view a vehicle. Before we went to see the vehicle I asked the internet manager to go view the car and let me know about any defects so we didn't have any surprises. (10 minutes of his time so we didn't waste the trip.) The manager let me know about a few little dings which I expected on a used car but when we got there there was nasty stuff on the seats (Maybe where a car seat used to sit?). He said he was surprised, maybe they forgot to clean it he said? (What? I asked you to view it and you said you did AND test drove it for me?!?) Upon further inspection (After he walked away.) we noticed the ceiling was dirty too, a piece of the back of one of the seats was missing and under the hood there was a LARGE crack in the front radiator cover, none of which was disclosed over the phone. Another sales guy came out when we got back from our test drive and we showed him our concerns, he apologized and said he was embarrassed we saw it in that condition- it shouldn't have been on the lot like that. (Nice guy.) Overall, it was a wasted trip for us, a huge disappointment and I would question their honesty- if they can't disclose things that are apparent, I'd be afraid of things that are hidden. Too bad, we'll keep looking.
