Collin Clark was professional an easy going not the haggling type salesperson most people hate. First of all they have many different types of cars, trucks, and SUVs. The salesman that helped me was very intuned to my needs and make me feel at ease even though my credit score was not the greatest. He explained all of my options and helped me decide what was right for me. He also knew what he was talking about, not a sleazy salesman like I have dealt with before that will sell you anything at a high price that you can't afford just to make the sale. Definitely would recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to go to Jones Chrysler and talk to Jason or another one of the salesman.

Took my Jeep in while still under warranty about a rattle I heard that stopped when I pushed clutch in. Was told it was nothing. Still heard rattle. Kept bringing it in, and each time it was serviced was told nothing wrong was found. A guy detailing my Jeep heard the rattle and immediately knew it was a bad throw out bearing. Took Jeep in to Jones and asked them too check. Yep! Then I was quoted $900 to repair. Either service intentionally misled me so the repair would go past the warranty or they clearly have inept mechanics. Asked them to honor the warranty from the first time it was noted was in the vehicle records. They refused. Called customer service. They negotiated with Jones, but it never should have come to that. Stand behind your product and your service if you truly believe in it.

My husband and I went to Jones jeep, refered by a friend to purchase a 2016 Jeep Rubicon. We went with 2 of our 4 children 3 weeks ago to discuss the purchase of one. We decided to build our own, we sat there for 3 and a half hours, trying to figure out the financing part of purchasing the Jeep. My husband and I thought we finally came up with what would work for with a payment. Of course as always when you purchase a new car or any car there is always the back and forth with the pricing. We put the deposit on the Jeep and they ordered it. I would call and check up with my sales person, Carl on a weekly basis. He contacted me Monday evening and said your Jeep is here. I had asked him all numbers are still good. He said we will discuss when you guys can come in. I told him we would be Tuesday around 12 noon and that I didn't have a lot of time so please have paperwork ready. We arrive at the dealership and they had nothing ready and can't even find out paperwork. After redoing paperwork we for some reason now have to do the price discussion again... At this point I am very frustrated. The financial man, Dan Alban came in and was going over interest rates and payments. I said to him that selling//purchase price is incorrect. That is not what we had agreed to pay. He said you already ordered the Jeep and put a deposit on it and now you want a different purchase price, he said you can't do that. He proceed to be very rude, disrespectful and very smart mouth. He told my husband and I we need to speak to Carl about the price. I asked him to please get him for me. I did a true car report and they wouldn't honor it, I had spoke to a different Jeep dealership 10 mins away and there price was $2000 less for the exact same Jeep. While we are trying to discuss this with Carl, Dan felt the need to interrupt our conversation and make rude smart mouth comments. Finally after about 15mins of him treating us like this my husband had said to him, do you need to be here for this part? Dan said no threw his hands up on the air and walked out, as he did he was muttering under his breath barely loud enough "don't listen to the guy who does this for a living, it's not like I don't know what I doing". Ok do at this point I turned around in my chair and said excuse me? He said I didn't say anything. We have now been at the dealership for 2 hours at this point, I am ready to walk away and not purchase the over priced Jeep. The manager Art came over to my husband and myself and asked us what was going on and what the situation was. I explained it to him, he was very nice and understanding for our frustration. He agreed to take the $2000 off the price and we decided to purchase it. Art had Kim do our paperwork instead of Dan. So after 3 and a half hours the first time there and another 3 hours the second time we currently own a 2016 Jeep Rubicon! We love it but will NEVER visit this dealership for a purchase again. The service department is and was very helpful and will purchase our products from them. I was going to purchase a 2016 Nissan Rogue SV for myself from Jones Nissan dealership but I have decided to go elsewhere to make that purchase.

Here we go again, Invoice # SZC500496 4-6-16Just over 20K on the truck, need FL and RR brake calipers replaced. Quoted $1000 to do the job. Complained that I was being overcharged! This was to also include a flush and fill for brake fluid a $200 additional charge. Now since when you replace a caliper it's normal to bleed the lines, so I was looking at $100 for EACH of the remaining calipers to be flushed. A true rip off!I was told that the prices are fixed in the computer and can't be changed even by a manager. "I cant believe he thought I would believe that"He needed my approval to do the work, I told him that since Jones sold me an extended warranty is it covered? He could not answer the question. "they never checked"Waited for an answer over the weekend and I was told it would be covered on Monday. Because I had a warranty and was not paying for it out of my pocket the quoted price for the repair went from $1000 to $642.14. My cost on the deductible was $100.The bad news was no one has been able to tell me if the entire system was flushed. My service advisor "Warren" was not available and the tech that did the work was gone as well. No one has followed up with an answer to my question.I tried to follow up with Rachael Zimmerman atX3098 and was told that she was no longer with the company. Rachael has been great working with me about my issues with both service departments!Sorry to see her go!Was the brake system serviced the way I wanted? I can't find out!If I can't get answers about the brakes that protect my family, protect yours and stay away from the Subaru service department as well. Since the prices can't be changed in the computer, don't look for the service coupons that advertise a flush and fill for $139.95 not $200. They apparently don't care to give you a fair price!The bottom line is having a warranty provided correct, fair billing and proved that the service advisor did not know his job and/ or was lying to me. And bad service continues! I can't make all this stuff up if I tried.

Before I went into Jones Junction, I called to find out if my vehicle was worth trading in with a bad transmission. I was told by William Graham, I can trade it in, and they will pay it off. When I went in, hoping to purchase a car by trading in my 2008 Aspen; I was then told my car was useless to them, since the transmission was done. My credit score was not great since I filed bankruptcy, however I did have a co signer. The salesman did not let me look at the different models out on the lot; instead he chose two cars that I can choose from. He added the second car because I asked to see another car. Since it was late, I decide to come back the following day. I received a call from the salesman the following day, to let me know I was approved by the bank, with the condition that I trade in my daughters 2011 Toyota Camry. I refused to take that deal, and by Wednesday I was told there is nothing they can do for me. I went to Country Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Oxford PA, and the services was the opposite of what I experienced at Jones. I was approved for a loan for the same car I chose at Jones, without a co signer. My SUV is payed off, and I got an extra $2000 for it. Not only was salesman from jones planning to take my SUV without giving me somewhat of what the value is worth; he also wanted to take another vehicle from me, to also try to cheat me out of that one as well. My advise to everyone, is to please be aware of corrupt salesman from Jones Junction. Jones Junction dedintely received a ZERO rating from me and all the other people that I know has had a bad experience with them. It has been the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. Unsatisfied customer!

I purchased my 2015 Town & Country from Jones on Friday. From the time I spoke to Gary on Wednesday to the time I closed the deal on Friday afternoon with John Stipsak everything was perfect. I needed a van for my parents who live in Florida and Gary was able to find the color and options my parents wanted in his inventory. I needed to purchase the van for them and have it ready for when they arrived back in Baltimore. I had some concerns because I needed to have the vehicle titled and tagged in Florida, I came in Friday and within in two hours we had the transaction completed. They were excellent. Thanks for making things easy in this purchase.

They sold us a brand new Jeep Cherokee. Had the car for two days and the break light came on. Took the car back 14 days later got the car back. During that time they were supposed to install a sun roof and failed to do so. The break are currently not working properly. I don't even think the car is safe to drive. I will have to take the car back again. This is insane for a brand new car.

Service included Autobutler, oil change, power steering issue and N49 safety recall involving tie rods.The service was done but it took way longer then promised. They released the truck to me with a diverter valve in the HVAC system that was broken that was not broken when I dropped it off! They needed to charge my warranty for it to be fixed after I was told that it's my responsibility to pay for it. They also needed to order parts for the N49 recall.Went to pick up the truck, they can't find it AGAIN!! this is the third time. I have over an hour and a half just waiting for them to find and deliver my truck. It always gets found AFTER I go looking for it!My service form said parts were ordered on 3-29-14 for the N49 recall. I called the parts department on 5-20 ish to check on them and found they have no record of anything being ordered for the recall. But,, they will order it for me! I said that's ok, if I have an accident due to a failure of the part it's on them!There is only one other dealer that I feel has service that is worse. Jones is running neck and neck with them. It's not just a one time thing with them. The errors continue to show lack of leadership in the service department. My truck gets returned to me without the antenna installed and some times they need to locate it as well. Autobutler at times looks like they just run the truck through the car wash. Dirt and stains are on the roof and the hood where it's hard to see. I have needed to have them take it back for a redo a couple of times. Then they complain about it. My wife goes to Jones Subaru just up the street. We have had ZERO issues with the service dept. for YEARS!!!I still want to post a good review of the Dodge service, they just can't deliver the customer service that we the customers expect!Maybe when my recall parts are installed when they park the truck, they can note on the key which numbered space it's parked in! It's simple, or I'll have them deliver it to me!

Gary and his accomplice in crime(lol) Paul ( I'm in Law Enforcement). did a great job on getting me a great price and a truck which fits my needs. This is probably my 25th vehicle. Because of fine people like Gary and Paul , I will always buy Jones. Oh! yes Larry Kroft is like a brother to me - LOVE YOU LARRY.I first stated at Jones when they only had one showroom and even with them taking over half of Harford County(lol) they still are the best in the business. GO JONES.

Jeep Wrangler:Beware of buying a car from this place, attempted to pull a bait and switch with me, which is illegal. And of course the vehicle they attempted to sell me cost a lot more than the one I wanted, which they assured me was still available when on the phone. I have bought a few cars in my life time, so I did may research before going to the dealership. The salesman, cant remember his name wish I could, but his desk is the very first one you see when you enter the Dodge Showroom front door, became very agitated, borderline aggressive when I did not fall into his sales tactics. This didnt go over to well with me and I walked out. If you buy a car from this place, be careful and do research before you go, or they will have no problem ripping you off. The simplest thing you could is go to kellybluebook when you find they car you like, it will give price range to look at before you go. I have never bought a car from this place and with the experience I had most likely never will. I ended up buying a Jeep from Adams Jeep of Maryland, which was a pleasant experience. Adams Jeep had no problem negotiating a price that was fair and did try to rip me off.

I own a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee which was originally purchased from Jones Junction. I love the vehicle, never the less it has had significant problems through the first three years of ownership. All the service has been done with Jones service and with the same service advisor Gary Millay. Gary is the assistant service manager and he should be the service manager in my opinion. Every time i enter the dealership he is friendly and welcoming. Moreover; Gary is a good guy and all my service work has been completed in a timely manner and with professionalism. Jones junction always provides a rental car and Gary's honesty is refreshing. Most recently I brought the Jeep in for service and reliezed the tires were shot after 19000 miles! Without hesitation Gary was able to ascertain a reasonable deal to replace the tires and went to bat for me with Michelin Tires. Gary is a asset to the Jones Junction and Chrysler family and i would not take my vehicle any where else for service. I highly recommend using Gary and Jones for your service in the future!...... Beware of salesman who's last name rhymes with "slick". I test drove a Dodge and when we came back to the dealership to work out a deal to buy a new car, I was fed lies and pressured into buying the car immediately or else I wouldn't get the supposed deal. I ended up buying my new car from another dealer who was much more honest and upfront with me. I would not recommend Jones based on my experience.

I entered the dealership with a car purchase in mind but not quite sure as to what & if a deal could be worked. I was introduced to Carl Granville and my anxiety level dropped...the longer we spoke the less my anxiety existed. Long story short he worked some magic & got me into a Dodge Journey! He listened to what I needed & put me in this car! I LOVE IT!!! I will be recommending this dealership & Carl to everyone!! Gary Hale was also an amazing addition to my experience..making sure that i was comfortable & taken care of..Daniel Alban was another awesome financial advisor. I recently purchased a Dodge Durango from Paul Newman and it was the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. He listened and cared about my needs with a vehicle. Took my truck in for several service related issues. During the time in the shop several problems developed along with damaged LCD display for backup camera. Customer service issues included failure to rotate all tires 2nd attempt, lost truck at time of pickup, paint still had spots and sap/ Tar on it after Auto Butler treatment and lost radio antenna, no follow through on problem with Rhino bed liner. 9-3-13 Spoke to Mr. Fields re: Issues on the last service appointment. He has told me that he would replace the broken LED display. Explained that I have been trying to have my spare rotated in service and was told I needed to request it to be done. No offer was made to have that done for me since I was there. Same response the last time I complained that the spare was not rotated into service. No offer was made to fix the issue then or today! It took 4 "FOUR" return trips to have my oil change reminder reset on my last oil change.Tried to explain the Rhino liner issues I am having but he looked like he was not interested. It just appears to me that the lack of follow through to correct service issues has become the norm at Jones at least for me, and are really turning me off.

Lets start with....did I mention that I would rather go to the funeral home than go buy a new car!! Well, I have now changed my mind. The Jones Dealership is like the Disney World of car dealerships...everything you want, just where you want it! My sales rep was Chris Gill, a very nice guy that is very good at what he does. Not one time did I feel like I was taken advantage of. It was a great expierence from walking in the door to driving my new Journey off the lot. There is nothing more Chris could have done to make my experience better. You go in dreading the outcome, and my outcome is I feel that I have made a new friend!! THAN YOU CHRIS!!

This is the 18th car that my family has bought from him. Art thanks for the hospitality (hotdogs, popcorn and water). The Jones for a Life Time is real and Art convince us to drive all the way to Belair, but it was well worth the drive. We purchase our Jeep grand Cherokee from Jones Chrysler Jeep, what great experience we had. The sales manager Big Art Robinson treated us with the upmost respect and took all the hassle out having to deal with the salesperson when came to negoitations. We had hot dogs, pop corn, my wife even got her nails done. I thought that it was all a bunch of bull, but Jones really does everything they say. We even got Big Art to bless our new car and have since sent him six people from our church who also purchased from Jones. With Art there was no lies and we just felt like we could trust him. Then at the end of our purchase we found out that he was a preacher that really blew my mine. Funny part when we told him what our last payment was ($744.00) he said "How did you get it so low" The guy just made it fun to buy a car. It felt good dealing with the manager and we will be back to by my wife and my son a car.

I was reffered to this showroom by the service director Larry, I was then helped by the Dodge sales manager, & Paul Newman, the sales associate, & even Dan from finance, everyone worked so hard to get me a great deal on a brand new 2013 Dodge Journey that had everything I wanted & more, & even though it ended up being a bit more expensive than I anticipated, they went out of their way to show me just how much savings I had, & gave me every discount & break they could, I know they didn't make much, if anything at all on my sale, & even though I wont be able to take advantage of the "Jones for Life" for the most part because my husband is stationed in La. right now, they still have made a new friend & a customer for life, & when I'm back in town from time to time, I will certianly stop in & get my car wash, & maybe a nail treatment to boot, thank you so much for all of your hard work on this sale.

I got called about trading in my truck so figure sure thats see what they got. after talking to sangelo about options he brought down 2 trucks for me to look at. loved tehm both but decided todrive one after driving it loved it more. Last year this time, I happened to be driving by Jones Junction on my way home from my daughters soccer tournament. I had always heard good things about Jones, and especially about the, Jones for a Lifetime commitment, so I decided to stop into the Toyota showroom for a casual chat to see whats available and what Jones could do for me.As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a big smile and a firm handshake; both belonging to Mr. Josh Schlossnagle. Not knowing me from Adam, Josh treated me like royalty from the get-go. He invited me back to his office and made me feel right at home, even serving me a pair of hot dogs and a soda. That was a great start!Josh and I soon got down to business, and he read me like a book. He didnt try to give me the standard cookie-cutter sales pitch you get most at most other dealerships; instead, Josh listened to me, what I wanted, and why. I drilled him on several Toyota models, hybrid or gas models, technology options, service plans, availability options, etc. Josh didnt miss a beat, and proved to be on point with every answer. Translation Josh knew his products, inside and out, and proved it with confidence without cockiness, and I really liked that!Josh took me on a couple of test drives, gave me some additional information about the particular cars I was driving, and answered several more of my questions. Long story short - we went back to Joshs office and I wrote him a good faith deposit check to have a particular model, configuration, and color transferred to Jones Junction for me. Within 48 hours, just like Josh promised, my brand new sparkling Toyota Camry Hybrid was waiting for me. We stopped by jones just to look around and figure out what kind of car I wanted. When we pulled up we stopped and talked to Rob, he answered every question we had and looked at every different kind of cars. We left that day without purchasing a vehicle because we was just looking around. We came back on a Thursday and test drove a brand new car, I fell in love with it and after the long process of waiting and signing I drove home in a brand new car :) if anyone asked me who the best person to work with at jones I would say rob. He did not push us to any certain car, he answered every question we had, and didn't tell us a bunch of stuff we didn't care about. He wasn't like all the other salesmen when they run up to you as soon as you open the door we actually went up to him!

i purchased my 2014 jeep compass from Jones junction. my sales person was conly debord and i cant say more wonderful things about him. he worked with me for over a week to get me into the car that i wanted. we went over other options and he was determined to help me get what i wanted and wouldn't just let me settle with second best. He was very kind and understanding to what i could afford and didn't try to pressure me. He even answered my calls when he was off work, never once making me feel as if i was intruding on his personal time. i would recommend Conly to anyone of my friends and/or family. Have been told:1. check is in the mail.2. come back to dealership. have been there 3 times and called 4.3. told them i would call attorney general. told"you have to do what you have to do"Wow. for 100.00, a 19k purchase. They didnt have to do any work. They have pens promoting referral policy. It is a joke. Will be contacting BBB and attorney general. I buy a car every year, will not send anyone to Jones ever again.

I would caution anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle or have repairs done at the body shop. I will tell you about some key issues I experienced. During the sale of the vehicle I upset the salesman becuase I questioned why the paperwork was not finalized (after waiting 3 hours) we told him I would just come back at another time to pick up the vehicle and sign the documents. The individual argued with me a little and then stood up and yelled at his sales associate (he used foul language)and threw a lemon pie at the front desk of the sales area (I should of walked out the door). It sure got everyones attention real quick. The day was a drag and I'm pretty sure I was ripped off, and overall was treated poorly but I'm the idiot that signed the paperwork. A few months and 3000 miles after the purchase the town sweeper side swiped my new Jeep causing significant damage. I was hesitant but thought "Jones for a Lifetime" so I'll have them perform the work because were "lifetime" partners with this vehicle... Big mess up... No calls from the body shop at all until I received a email asking for high scores on the survey... I thought this is weird.. I emailed them back and asked what they did.. 30 seconds later they found my phone number... We discussed the repairs and I determined the fenders were not replaced and the wheel was not replaced... I kindly asked why? The individual responded it "cleaned up". I asked how when material was removed... He then called the insurance company and a second visit was scheduled to review the damage.. The associate called back and said denied by the insurance company. I called the insurance agent and the appraiser said the associate at Jones felt the damage was not caused by the accident... Hmm.. Anyone know what the widest part of a Jeep is?? The fenders and wheels... So if its a side swipe what gets hit? They truely acted like they worked for the Insurance company. And after 2 months of fighting I accepted the vehicle.. To finalize everything I just spoke with the associate today from Jones about final payment and some workmanship / quality issues that the Jeep needed. I started to discuss the white body filler dust on the visors and noticed he was not interested in talking about that.. So the dust all over the roll cage, and top cover, under the seats, the painted door seal, the piece of tape that was painted over on the door... I was also going to tell him about the rubber seals that they re-installed and how far off the alignment is... the door handle is not like the others and overall it looks like crap and leaks air.. But they don't care to listen.. there just focused on moving onto the next "Jones for a Lifetime" customer.. oh well again I'm the idiot that trusted them. I'm only telling my story and hope you approach this facility with caution and with your guard up...

I was making several inquiries recently on purchasing a new 2012 Dodge Challenger. I had a 2008 Dodge Ram pickup I was wanting to trade towards the new vehicle. So as I was making inquiries and comparisions as to what my trade would be worth I decided I would make an appointment to have them take a look at my vehicle. Well, the person I spoke with on the phone His name was Mike (said his friends called him Big Mike), made an appointment to visit his facility on a Friday at 3pm before christmas This was a Monday. Got off the phone looking forward to some more comparision shopping on what my trade is worth. Tuesday comes, I get a phone call from dealership (800 number) left message inquiring about my experience with them. What experience??? They called me no less than 10 times in the next 3 days. Talk about high pressure sales.... In the meantime I made a purchase as I got a incredible offer on my trade from another dealership who was within 10 miles of my residence while Jones was 30 miles away and the dealership I dealt with called me 1 time in 3 days compared to the several annoying calls and hang ups from Jones. So Friday comes along and I debated whether to cancel my afternoon appointment since I was driving my new car. I decided I would contact the salesman (Big Mike) and told him sorry I need to cancel my appointment with him. He immediately asked when I would want to reschedule.... I said about a year or so as I was not inclined to inform him I purchased something already. He immediately gave me attitude and I came out and said sorry, I got a deal I could not refuse.... and his comment was thanks for nuthin and hung up on me. Way to go ace!!! extreme professionalism from these people.Fast forward 5 more days to Christmas Eve... got 3 phone calls and one said do you want to take a survey.... LMAO I informed them I would like for them to immediately stop calling me as I have never set foot in their facility and they really do not want me to give a review.... so I get on the phone with the manager and tell him to stop calling... he says they are just doing thier job and following up on things... I was none to kind at this time as getting harrassing calls 3-5 times a day on my cell phone was not imo professional and following up on things and that they need to immediately stop calling me immediately or I will report them for harrasment as I had records of the calls... Well, something must have clicked as the calls stopped that day.So buyer beware and if you want high pressure sales tactics and Harassing phone calls be careful what numbers you give to them. Due to these tactics I do not think I shall endeavor to do business with them in the future.

We had been searching for a used vehicle for my 16 year old son (first car) for a few months. I was pretty surprised that not one dealer that visited followed-up with us (visited about 7-8 dealerships). That is, until we met Conly. He was very helpful in searching his used car inventory, even brought out a vehicle that he thought my son might like. He then followed-up with us by letter and phone calls. As I continued to search online for a vehicle, I found one that was a possibility at Jones the following week. I called Conly since he was so responsive, and he had the car ready for us to look at - a car which we purchased. The only negative feedback would be that even though we were paying cash for the car, we had to wait hours to see the finance man. I would highly recommend Conly to my family/friends and would purchase a car from him again, or when I am ready to trade in my Toyota Solara.

This was my first experience buying from a dealer, so I was a little skeptical coming in. Conly was very helpful and straightforward with me, which made the buying process less painful than I had expected. The only complaint I have is the amount of time I spent waiting around waiting to talk to the necessary people after agreeing to buy. I was at the dealership for a little over 5 hours, and I don't think it should have taken that long. Overall though my experience was a good one and I am satisfied with my purchase so far.

I researched a 2012 Jeep wrangler on the internet and was contacted by Diane. we set up an appointment and then I met Conly. From the start Conly was right on helping me. Asking what my needs were and suggesting a Wrangler Sport. I had some preconceived ideas of what I wanted that would not have suited my needs, this is my first jeep. Conly explained the options and what they were for, changing my ideas for the better. At first I did not like the color of the Jeep he brought out but after a few days driving and looking at it I now love it. Diane's internet pricing is fantastic even tho the sales manager was not happy with the deal it went through. Jones Junction is a huge dealership but the people there will treat you like old friends. I keep a vehicle for a long time my last truck was 15 years but rest assured when I need my next one I will look up Conly and Diane. I am apologetic to the other members of the team that I do not remember their names. Thank you all even the unhappy sales manager.

Buying a new car from Jones Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep was an awesome experience! Once approacching the car lot I was not immediately surrounded by carsales men,which was very nice! This gave me a few minutes to look around before asking any questions. A few short minutes after approaching the lot and having time to look around a youg salesman (ON HIS VERY FIRST DAY) named Shawn Tulley approached me and instantly began being a HUGE help with finding exactly the right car for me! He was VERY polite and informative and any question that he was not 100% sure of the answer he made sure to ask somebody with more experience. Shawn was there if I had any questions threw the whole car buying process and was extremely helpful! Once I found out that this would be his very first car sales I was very impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness with buying which was my first new car! At the end of the day I bought a brand new 2011 Jeep Compass and I could not be happier! Everyone at Jones is extremely friendly and helpful! My only complaint on the new car is that it eats a lot more gas then my old honda civic :) which I guess thats to be expected! I would highly recommend Jones Junction to friends and family!!! I brought in my Jeep Liberty Renegade in after work because the rear passenger window was down and it wouldn't go up so Gary Millay was nice enough and squeezed me in to get it fixed. Turns out it was the Regulator for the window that was busted so that got fix. Then before I left Gary mention that Chrysler has extended warranties for the Jeep Liberty Renegade model and that I should call them to see if I can get one and maybe they could reimburse me for the one that I already paid for since this seems to be a common issue on Jeep Liberty's. So thank you Gary and Jones Chrysler Dodge Jeep technicians.

Gary Millay is the best service representative I have ever known. He is always ready and able to answer all of my silly questions and to find an answer for all of my Van problems. As an example-- my Tire Pressure Light was on all of the time, Gary was able to get the Tire Pressue Sensor that was bad and have it replaced. I always follow his advice when I take my Van in for it's 3000 mile check up. I have had much less trouble with my Van then any other auto I have ever owned.

I went to this dealer to purchase a bed cover for my Dodge RAM and was quite surprised to once again come into contact with Gary Millay who was the service manager at a previous dealer where I had purchased my first Dodge Ram. Jones is very customer-service oriented. I dropped off the car at the dealership and they took me home and picked me up when the repair was completed. Repair took less than 24 hours. Before Mr. Millay called to notify me of the successful repair, he had the car washed. All the personnel at Jones are always friendly and for those who wait for service work to be completed, there is always coffee in the waiting area and at lunch time hot dogs are served. My granddaughter also enjoyed the free popcorn. The only reason I gave a rating of just "OK" for the price is because I feel a charge $26.17 for shop supplies is excessive. The repair was for a power window motor and regulator.

My previous service center of 25 years recently closed. So I began looking for a new center that provided quality service and treated me as a neighbor and not just as a customer. Jones has shown over the last year that they can fit that bill and Gary has become my new service writer "for life". He has always called when something unusual has been identified during a service visit but never pressures me into having to have the work done (unless it relates to a safty concern). For postponed recommended work, he leaves a running list at the bottom of my invoices as a reminder of the work to be completed. I believe that we have developed an optimal working and trusting relationship which is very important between customer and service center.

He explained to us that our loan balance to our other vehical can be added to a new car loan so we went to Jones Junction where we talked to Conly and Brandon. They were very nice to us. Conly explained everything about the dodge Challenger and that they could find one if I was interested and Brandon located one and explained how our loan and payment would work. I can only afford 1 loan payment so Brandon made it work for us and we are now in a brand new car.

Great web shopping experience as Diane managed a continuous email connection with me in a way that was not intrusive and ultra responsive when I emailed questions. I researched this vehicle for 3+ months and she is the one that kept connecting with me to see where I was in the decision making process while also reassuring me of best pricing and educating me about ways other dealers quote Internet prices by loading up false discounts that ultimately wouldn't remain. Once again I had some issues with my 2008 Chrysler Town and Country. While overall I have been happy with my vehicle, I have experiences persistent brake problems. I bring the van in and Gary and his service eagerly repair the problem but so far it has repeated itself every 3-6 months. Prior to a trip to North carolina it started making noises, rumbled, and the whole van shook. gary urged me to bring it in immediately whenever I noticed it and he would have a mechanic ride along with me. As with many car problems it would come and go and it did not repeat itself again until a day and a half before my trip. As promised I pulled into the lot, approached Gary and he immediately brought out the mechanic who took a ride with me. He thought he knew the problem and thge next day they fixed it. Although Gary was leaving for vacation that day he made sure that several people including those mentione above worked to make sure the repair was handled. He even touched base with them and I to gurantee the problem was fixed. So far so good. gary Millay is a lifesaver for me your company and his values are reflected with everyone I've dealt with in the service department, including Dawn Mitzel as well as your greeters. If I had been treated as a pest or discouteously I would probably be pursuing some sort of lemon law complaint. Even if the problems reappear I trust that Gary will do everything possible to make me happy.

Almost cost me mone, but I happened to stop in the day after the sal and found out the did not do what they said they would and it was to late to stop thing. Sales man was great., but would not trust the rest of them. Never even got a call from management about their error. First and last time.

Good Service, Nice Sales Associates and Great Vehicle Maintenance. I purchased my car back in August, so I hadn't used the air conditioner in my vehicle yet. We didn't buy our vehicles from them, but they treat us like we did. Our Dodge has given us nothing but problems, and when the other dealers wouldn't work with us, Jones made us feel like they actually cared. Aside from a rubber pad which keeps falling off, they've taken care of everything else. They offer a loaner vehicle when the repair is going to take more than a day. They offer freebies sometimes, too.The waiting area is comfortable and clean.I have a Nissan also, and Jones has a Nissan service department as well. I have nothing but good things to say about their Nissan department, too.

If any service work can be delayed until the next oil change he will do it. I have always been given whatever discount he can possibly give me for work done. As with anytime I need service etc., Gary Millay is helpful and informative. After not being able to get into my car because of a defective key, I called Gary at the shop who gave me a number of a tow company to have it towed to the shop. Gary even took time from his personal schedule to call me after hours to make sure the car was picked up with no issues. After having the car dropped at the shop Gary called me around 10:00 am the next day to explain to me what was going on an approve the costs. I was able to pick my car up that evening, even without an appointment that day. Jones was able to squeeze my car in and get it taken care of quickly.

We brought our 2006 GMC Yukon XL in for significant service work a day before leaving on a trip to NYC. Gary Millay did a great job of getting the SUV serviced and back on the road for this family spring break get away. I have small children at home and its not always convenient to arrange transporation to drop off my vehichle for service. In desperate need of a host of issues concerning my vehicle to include an oil change, new battery, and a coolant flush to name a few, I utilized the dealer rater website to find the best option for a car service. I was directed to the Jones Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealership which turned out to be a wise decision for multiple reasons. To name a few, lets begin with the customer service this dealership displayed. I set the appointment a week early and received a courtesy email a day before reminding me of my appointment with the option of canceling. Who needs a daily organizer when you have that kind of service? Next, when I arrived I was instantly greeted by an assistant, escorted to a service representative, and seated in the waiting area in minutes. I was there for a host of issues for my vehicle that I neglected so I knew the cost would be great and the wait long. However, I was offered a shuttle or a loaner vehicle but I chose to wait, and the wait turned out great. Hey, cant complain on a Saturday when the customer waiting area has free freshly popped popcorn, fresh coffee, roasted hot dogs, clean restrooms, and television? Not to mention no car salesmen there hunting for sales prospects. Just a few hours later; to my surprise with the time on the amount of issues I had, Mr. Gary Millay a service representative told me my car was done. I had my estimates already in mind as he explained my charges on the receipt, and to my surprise my estimates where spot on until he started loading the discounts on. I ended up saving over a 100$; and to finish my visit, Mr. Gary the service representative even escorted me to the car where he proceeded to open my door, open the hood, and show me what was done. Now who needs Jiffy Lube with that kind of efficiency and quality of service? I recommend any in the area to check this dealership out, or any other certified dealer that the dealer rater website has listed in your area.

After a short period of time Mr. Millay took me back to meet Mr. Rick Steinoff the tech. who was going to be the one working on my vehicle. He showed me the problem, it was my water pump. We talked about another possible issue of concern with my coolent system which I decided to have taken care of while I was there. These two gentlemen made my visit very enjoyabe. I will be taking my vehicle back to Mr. Millay and Mr. Steinoff for future service.

Service advisor was friendly and courteous. Quality was downgraded because the technician did not reset the maintainance reminder on the dash display. Service advisor corrected problem on return visit the next day. I think labor charge was high for replacement of tire pressure monitor.

I went to the dealership today to get an oil change and tire rotation. Mr. Millay ask if I would like to purchase Jone's for a Lifetime warranty. I said yes, I did not know this was possible since my prior dealership went out of business as soon as I purchased the vehicle. Mr. Millay explained to me the values of having Jone's for a Lifetime Warranty.My wife gave me 2 coupons to use for the oil change and tire rotation. By purchasing the warranty I only had to pay for the tire rotation. The oil changes alone will pay for the warranty. I couldn't believe the price. They also went the extra mile and checked my other fluids and repleted them, checked and put air in my tires and other little things to prolong the life of my car. I took in my car for brakes and oil change. I thought I would need brakes all the way around, but they pointed out that I still had some life left to the front brakes and only replaced the ones that needed replacement, the rear ones. Great job, guys!

We purchased a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee in July and we wanted to have the 30,000 service performed. We were quoted a price over the phone, however it turned out the price we were quoted was incorrect. Gary worked with my husband and helped us get our Jeep serviced at a cost that we could afford. Without his help, we probably would have gone elsewhere the next time the Jeep needed service, but with Gary making sure we were taken care of, we definately will go back to Jones for service and will even purchase a vehicle in the future.

As a favor to my sister, I took her car in for service, and was expecting a day of reading old magazines. To my surprise, my wait included a free manicure from KC, a hot cup of fresh coffee and a hot dog on a steamed warm bun. My service person, Paul, was extremely helpful in explaining what needed to be done to the car, offering tire replacement options, and answering my questions. As you may have guessed, auto maintenance is not my area of expertise. If I lived in the area, THIS would be my service destination, but to drive here from FL would definately be out of my way. When calling to schedule the staff was pleasant and quick to offer dates and times available. They accomodated my appointment request without any hesitation. The morning of service I was greeted by a person who was courteous and professional, they were prompt in processing my service ticket for me to leave the vehicle. I was asked about a time I would like to pick up, I said by 12 noon. When the service was finished I was called and notified my car was complete, this occurred before the time requested. Gary Millay and the Jones dealership exceeded my expectations with not only the repair but completing repairs to my car before the time requested. Calvin Has been great! No Issues. Will buy from him again!My issues have been-1- I wanted to have service explain the in and outs of my truck. It was a service that was offered when I purchased my new Ram diesel truck. When I asked to have it done the service person said "What do you want to know" I never had a large diesel truck before, after spending over $40k having someone just point things out to me would have been nice. After I asked the question in #3 below I did not have that warm fuzzy feeling inside and did not push further. 2- No one could tell me the price of an oil change. What's up with that? 3- Service told me that I could not tap into the delayed accessory power to add a 2 way radio with a delayed power off function. They told me that it was not recommended even if I was using a high current relay to take power from the battery for the radio and just using the delayed accessory power to work the relay. . Per the manual they are wrong! The location and max draw are clearly listed. I was told this after the service adviser went to speak to a tech in the back. This leads me to wonder about the current electrical certifications for the mechanics. 4- Disclaimers are not printed on all advertisements such as signage in showroom, also some signs don't list the existence of disclaimers. IE: Jones for life signs.5-Multiple issues with scheduling installation of add-ons. I learned don't take delivery of the vehicle until it's complete! ****** To Jones credit, I will say that they did cover my oil change for free. I appreciate that! I have just dropped in to have recalls and oil changes done without an appointment, they have always taken care of me on my time schedule. This our second vehicle we purchased from Jones. I could have driven for 10 min instead of 40 to purchase a new truck. The Jones for a lifetime program made me come back. Even if my truck may or may not be covered depending on what sign you read. We got off to a really bad start. No issues with our other Subaru from Jones with sales or service. By the way, the hot dogs are great! The food area is spotless. Keep up the good work!

I purchased my 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 vehicle at another Dealership in 2009. The place I bought from closed shortly after purchase. I started to go Jones shortly thereafter. My first experience was in Dec of 09 when I met Gary Millay. He came out to my vechile with me and explained the Jones for life and I have been hooked ever since. Gary Millay has been keeping records for me in my manual since I first start going there. Mr. Millay has advised me of every detail that has been done to my vechile and why. I have owned alot of vechiles in my life but it always seems to me that after you buy from them you are forgotten about when it comes to service the vechile. Jones has never made me feel like that even though I did not purchase my vechile form them. Gary Millay has made me feel like family since the first time I met him at Jones. Any kind of work that was needed more then a day to fix he has set me up with a loaner until mine was fixed be it repair,warranty work,etc..etc..I brag to my freinds when I here there horror stories about there visits to the Dealerships where they bought there vechiles from. Conley was a real joy to work with and is a definate asset to the dealership. Between us and the sales manager Brandon we were able to make the deal I wanted. They were also able to locate the vehicle I wanted in Delaware and have it transported to Belair in one day. Conley was also very helpful explaining to me all of the features of my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. In fact the entire Jones family that I came in contact with made this buying experience very enjoyable. I walked into the dealership undecided about the sort of vehicle I wanted, but I knew I wanted something fun and practical, so I thought I'd look at the Jeep Wrangler. I'd gotten a lesson in driving a manual transmission and thought it was good fun, but I wasn't comfortable test driving a car with a manual. Michaela was very friendly and drove me to a parking lot so that I could try out the manual without fear of traffic.In the end I didn't buy a Wrangler (though it was a close call) because it wasn't quite practical enough for my needs, but the vehicle was great and the salesperson did a good job selling it. The dealership itself has a lot going for it as well--free oil changes, car washes, etc. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a car.* Note: I ended up with a Subaru from the same overall dealership but in a different building--Jones is very large!

I made an appointment with Dodge service to repair my 2007 Dodge Ram pick-up. Dropped off on Thursday 3/17/11 and was told later in the day that Jones needed several days to complete repairs and to come to the service for a rental vehicle to be provided at no cost. On the way home, I realized there was a problem with my vehicle. I drove it to Jones, was greeted at the door, and assisted in a quick and efficient manner. The service consultant made sure he had all contact numbers so I could be reached the following day. I was contacted in a timely manner about the necessary repairs. The repairs were completed by the end of the day and I was able to pick up my vehicle without delay. It is nice to know that when vehicles have problems they will be repaired in a timely fashion.

I bought a pre-owned car in October. When I took it in for the first oil change, Joe told me there was all this other stuff wrong. I was quite unhappy about this since I just got it less than 5 months ago. I talked to Larry Krofft and was told to come in so they can check it out. When I took it in I ened up walking out in a loaner because they were going to take care of everything. Between Larry Krofft and Gary Millay everything was taken care of in two days! They even double checked everything and fixed my breaks because they were almost worn out. This is my 5th car from Jones and it won't be my last!! Thanks for everything.

I had my oil chang today in 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. As always I was greeted with a smile and a good morning. Gary got me going right away. I was able to get my nails done while I waited. When I was finished with my nails, my van was done and I was on my way. It was nice to be able to pamper myself a bit while getting my oil change. Great! Family friendly area to wait. Took my car earlier than scheduled to help us out with schedule conflict. Checked out the car's body and car battery charge before they took it into the shop. Informed us that car was under a recall and that they would do this work as well while the car was in their service station. Provides hot dogs and popcorn while you wait. Staff very kind and efficient.

Reason for Visit: I brought my 2004 Dodge Ram into Jones for 60K service on March 2. 60K service includes oil change, change transmission fluid, change front & rear differential fluid, change transfer case fluid, replace pugs and plug wires, drain, flush and fill coolant system, and change power steering fluid. Dawns performance: Dawn Mitzel reviewed my service history with me in person when I dropped off the vehicle recommending necessary services and advising what was optional. Even though the power steering service is part of the 60K service, she found in my service history that this was completed 3 months ago when I had a boot cover replaced. This saved me over $100! She than scheduled a loaner vehicle for me to use while my truck was serviced so I was not without a vehicle. Later that day, I received a phone call from Dawn to update me on the progress and review additional items recommended by the technician. She informed me my front breaks were in need of replacement but and the rear brakes are also worn but would be safe if I wanted to wait until the next oil change. I opted to have both axles done and hold off on the plug and wire replacement until the oil change. Dawn and the rest of the Jones Chrysler team constantly exceed my expectations for service. I have never been treated with such respect by another car dealership. They understand what cars mean to people and do their best to make service enjoyable, not a chore. The facility: Jones Chrysler is a clean facility and offers complimentary hot dogs with an excellent selection of condiments, free pop-corn, and spacious seating area with Wi-Fi access if you are waiting (did not use this time but I have in the past) Service Review: All service was performed as requested and my truck continues to be road worthy. Final Comments: Even though I did not purchase my vehicle at Jones, I will continue to have it serviced here. I needed a Maryland State Inspection on my Pontiac Grand AM GT and serviced for brakes and an oil change. I called Jones one Saturday morning, spoke to Dawn Mitzel, and informed her of what I needed done. Dawn was very helpful. She told me to come on in and they would get things done that day! Upon my arrival, Dawn got my vehicle right in to begin the work; no waiting. I left for lunch and when I returned,the car was done. Jones Service Department has us as a customer for life, and Dawn Mitzel is the BEST! She was very professional,pleasant and respectful of my time. I purchased my Jeep from Jones, my experience with the salesmen was not a good one. However, i was very happy with my Jeep until the dash began to rattle. I wasn't looking forward to taking it back to the dealership and considered taking it to another dealership for service, but Gary Millay changed my opinion. The whole service team has been very friendly and respectful. Mr. Millay listened to my concerns and was very diligent in solving the rattle.It's been a year now since i bought my Jeep and I still call Mr. Millay with any problems or updated services that my Jeep needs. My first two experiences with Jones were both for sales and they were lousy. I found them unwilling to deal and in the second case I caught the sales manager in an outright lie. My rating of their sales team and sales practices is a zero! It is a shame to have such an outstanding inventory and facility and yet betray the trust of a potential customer. My experience reinforced every negative streotype of a car dealer.Due to the closing of the dealership where I bought my car I came to Jones for service and discovered that the service manager from that dealership had moved to Jones. My experience with the Jones service department has been exactly opposite of my experience in sales. While I have been treated well by everyone in service, Gary Millay is exceptional! I trust him to be honest, thorough and accomodating. He is patient when I describe symptoms and doesn't make me feeel like a fool.As far as I am concerned Gary Millay is your best marketing tool. He would be the only reason I would consider buying a car fom Jones.

I went in to Jones knowing exactly what I wanted. I filled out some paperwork, had some lunch, got my nails done and test drove a model similar to the Jeep I wanted. The Jeep I wanted was not on the lot, but Steve and the team at Jones made it happen and I took delivery of my car one week after stepping on the show room floor. Financing was a breeze and we even had some constructive criticism to offer regarding service and by the time I picked up my new car, a change had been made to cater to our needs. Took vehicle in for oil change, tire rotation. key fob problem, and engine noise. Met with Gary Millay and was taken care of promptly and professionally. What a wonderful experience! I've had a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I bought new for the past 12 years, and I loved it. In an attempt to get better gas mileage and a smaller Jeep, I bought the Patriot Sport. It's beautiful, and the people who work at Jones also made the experience of buying it beautiful. The financial advisor was funny and knowing, and Michaela was incredibly pleasant. Jones worked with me to get the price down to what I could live with, and I ended up with many more options than I'd originally expected.This is my third Jones car over the last thirty years, and this one is my favorite. This sales experience was also the best. Friendly, courteous, non-pushy people are a pleasure to work with. The next time I buy a car (in about ten years), I'll be back.

Over the years I have bought several new vehicles from Jones, the most recent of which is a 2010 Town & Country. The sales force is knowledgeable, prices competitive and they offer a huge selection. Also, if they don't have what you want, they can usually get it. If you are looking for a Chrysler product, ask for Calvin - he is competent and capable and I would buy from him again.The strength of this dealership; however, is their Service Department and in particular their Service Rep, Gary Millay. This guy knows the business and understands what customer service is all about. He makes that extra effort to fully satisfy the customer. His unique combination of job knowledge and people skills make him superbly suited for this role. If you are looking for a Service guy that knows what he's doing, you'll find none better than Gary.I'd recommend both the Dealership and Service Departments. Quality maintenance doesn't come cheap, so be prepared to pay top dollar for maintenance. That said, I believe you get what you pay for; and if you're interested they offer a variety of coupons and discounts.

Jones Chrysler has always given me good service. My PT Cruiser has been in for service very month since October, 2010. Not due to bad service, just service that it has been needed from wear and tear. The service associate that I work with is Gary Millay. He has been great. Gives very good service, explains everything well and has worked with me through my whole experience. I have one more service coming up in March and my car will be like new. I've had to have a lot of work done and Gary works with me to schedule it so it's not a too big a drain on my budget. I had an appointment for 10 am on 2/3/2011. I arrived at 9:50 am, and was greeted right away by a young lady that started the process of getting my mileage & vin number.Then the paperwork was given to Gary Millay with my keys, we reviewed what I needed done, I signed the paper and my car was taken into the garage. I went into the waiting area & started to read my book. Approximately 20 minutes later, I was approached by a lady,& was asked if I would like a manicure. What a way to make the time fly by. Gary came looking for me at 11:30, the oil change was done tire pressure was fixed. I then told him that My License plate holder had cracked & he then went a replaced that for me. I have a card from Jones's for oil changes for $19.99. So, that is what I paid. Gary walked me out & we checked the oil & tire pressure & I was told that my front tires were starting to wear & keep a watch on them. Sure enough Calvin was in the lot at the same time and is where we met. I was impressed from the start with his knowledge, patience, and sense of humor. After picking out the truck I liked with in minutes Calvin had my wife and I out for a test ride. As I drove Calvin explained everything about the inside and out in an understandable manner. We got back to the dealership and went in to hammer out a deal. We went back and forth with the price until Bo the manager came over and made it worth it to buy. I had already visited a couple of other dealers and knew what my truck was worth and mrsp of the truck I was looking for and they were able to get close enough to make a deal. The deal breaker was I was so impressed with the total experience it was worth the difference which wasn't much. I wanted some extras put on the truck so I was introduced to Jim Bishop who was the aftermarket salesman and was as knowledgeable about the products I wanted and explained all my options and priceing. Jim also was pleasant and no pressure. As I was figuring out what all I wanted they were cleaning the truck for me to take home. Made an appointment to have extras put on and already had a vision of what the truck would look like when done. When I picked up the truck the step bar just didn't look right and addressed my concern to Jim. He was like Calvin and was there to do what ever it took to make me happy. There was no problem making the change and once again he took care of scheduling an appointment and a loaner. The neatest thing I bought was auto butler. When you rub your hand over my truck it feels like silk. Dirt washes right off with hose and no water spots. Jim went over and above to make me happy. He succeeded in doing every thing he said he was going to do and more. I have to say thanks to Samantha who is Jims assistant. She was cute, helpful, and again always had a smile on her face. Thanks Samantha. I would highly recommend Jones Dodge along with Calvin and Jim who are assets to the dealership. As a result of the knowledge and commitment to service I am the proud owner of a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 Big Horn. There are other perks when buying from Jones. Free oil changes, life time on engine, loaner car if service takes all day, free hot dogs and water, shuttle to and from work, manicures and the pop corn is great also. I stopped by looking at the Dodge Calibers. Calvin was my salesperson. He know a lot about the different trim levels and equipment. He answered all of my questions, and never treated me "like a girl." He definitely treated me fairly and with the utmost respect. I also really like the Jones for Life with the free oil changes, and free manicures! They will even pick up my car for service! I will definitely recommend Jones to all of my friends and family!

I have never had my car serviced by any place other than Jones Junction. I have been in some form of the auto industry for 47 years, and in customer service for the last 35, and I know good service when I get it.The people that I have had the pleasure of having met at Jones Junction have been nothing less than professional, kind and courteous.The service reps, expecially Dawn Mitzel, keep me well informed throughout the repair process and does everything within their control to get my car back to me in a timely manner.All I ever hear at Jones Junction by any employee that I deal with is " I want you to be completly satisfied ". They go out of their way to do just that.I have recommended several family members and friends to Jones Junction in the past as I will continue to do in the future. I accompanied someone that was purchasing a vehicle and was very impressed with the service received at this dealership. I had car trouble on my way to work. I made it to Jones and walked into the service department. I was greeted instantly by helpful, friendly people all around. Gary was great. He listened to waht was going on with the car and told me they would take care of it. I asked them to change the oil while it was here. I needed a car to get to work and he instantly coordinated it for me. the mechanic came out and talked to me about what was wrong with the car and what they were going to do to fix it. The called me when it was finished, around the exact time they told me. When I returned for my car, it was repaired and they gave me a discount on the oil change. They helped me put my things back in my car and sent me on my way. i was in and out of there without feeling like I was being pushed out the door. I will have my car serviced here for sure!

I had been searching online and at local dealerships for a while trying to find a Jeep Wrangler that I could afford. I finally found one at Jones and called that day to make sure it was still available. Diane was very helpful on the phone and put me right into the system so I could get the online price of the vehicle. I drove an hour out to Jones to look at the Jeep the next day. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and Andrew was awaiting my arrival. He already had the Wrangler I was interested in parked right out front ready for a test drive. Andrew and Bo helped me so much during the buying process and did their best to get me a payment I was confortable with. I was surprised and excited to learn all the amazing services that Jones offers their customers. Our visit to Jones was completely unplanned. We had test driven a Dodge Grand Caravan at another dealership and while we liked the car, we had a horrible experience with the dealership and the salesman. While driving home, we saw Jones and decided to stop. Andrew basically met us at the door and walked us through everything we needed. He spent a lot of time with us on Saturday and after leaving Jones, we decided that we not only liked the Dodge Grand Caravan as a potential new family vehicle - but we also decided that we wanted to do business with Andrew McFall and the Jones Junction Family.As a mother of three young children (4 years, 2 years and 2 weeks), one of the major selling points for me was the pick up and delivery of your vehicle when it needs a service appointment. While things like manicures are nice for some, coming to pick up my car when it needs an oil change is a service that I think would benefit anyone in my situation. As a woman, I appreciated the way Andrew spoke to me. We had been to two other dealerships on Saturday (January 15th) and both of men we met with took the time to show me the vanity mirror. Andrew started all three of our test drives with a look under the hood. There was no discussion about a vanity mirror. No talk about how the radio works. I truly appreciate Andrew and the way he handled both of our encounters. He "sized us up" and worked specifically with our needs, wants and personalities. He didn't push us or pressure us in any way - and that is the main reason why he got the sale.

While shopping for a new vehicle I found that the employees of Jones were very pleasant. While at others dealers I felt as if I were being rushed or they didnt care if I liked the vehicle or if it would suite my needs. Calvin seemed as if he really cared about my daily routine, my long drive and hauling the kids around. He provided information on every vehicle with confidence, he didnt hesitate when asked questions (and boy do I ask a lot of questions),Which helped me greatly on making my decision. Throughout the process he was very attentive, he never left me sitting wondering what was going to happen next. Since this was my first time buying I had no idea what was going on, he carefully explained everything so that I would have a better understanding of what was going on. My overall experience was wonderful. I would highly recommend this dealership (and Calvin too!) to my friends and family.

I recently purchased a 2008 Jeep Commander from Jones Junction. From the first day, I walked into the dealership, to just get some information, not to buy a vehicle, I was very impressed. My wife and I met with Andrew McFall. He is very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles sold at Jones Junction. He did not pressure us into buying a vehicle, just gave us the information that we needed. We left and went looking at other dealers for the Jeep product we were interested in. A day later, my wife returned to Jones Junction and test drove the 2008 Commander. She loved the way it drove. I came and drove it a day after. Andrew pulled the vehicle out to the front of the building and gave us a wonderful presentation of all aspects of this vehicle. pointing out alot of things I did not know about it. We test drove it and found it to be a very sound and nice driving vehicle with all the features we were looking for. Then we test drove a Jeep Liberty. Andrew did the same presentation on this vehicle as he did on the Commander. I mention this because I have never had a Car salesman show a vehicle to me like Andrew has. We did not like the Liberty as well as the Commander. To end the story, the dealing part of the purchase went just as well. I was able to get the vehicle as I wanted. I will recommend Andrew and Jones Junction to anyone buying a vehicle.

Both, Steve Martin, service mgr., and recently hired Paul Thomas, service advisor, promptly greeted me upon my arrival and thoroughly reviewed the maintenance requirements with me. Both Steve and Paul, were very knowledgeable and professional in handling my service needs. I left with a very confident feeling that the work performed was truly needed and knowledge that it was well coordinated with the service technician. It was one of those positive experiences that does not occur to often these days. One of the main reasons that I continue to go back to Jones for service is their staff and follow-through, not to mention a nice waiting area and comfortable atmosphere. When you arrive, you are greeted with a really nice woman who gets all of your vehicle information (so the technician has all the info as they start) and escorts you to your service counter (they have 3 because it gets really busy).I generally try to work with Jim not only because he was the first technician that I met when I bought my vehicle, but he is extremely experienced, cordial, polite, and above all, professional in his explanations and demeanor. I actually trust what he tells me and can have a conversation with him where I don't feel intimidated about asking more questions (in an obviously un-car-speak manner). The service can take a bit to get done depending on when you take it in, but that honestly, is a problem with the scheduling staff, not the service center! They overbook them during the rush periods of the day. I will say, if you are able to wait, they get it done as fast as they can for you, and they let you know of the process as it's happening. And as long as it's not below freezing, you will always get your vehicle back washed, and they will go over everything they did to it outside so you can physically see the changes. Overall, I would rate the service of the entire department (scheduling included) a 4.5/5, Jim Mann a 5/5, and the other staff that I've worked with a 4.75/5. It's a very good feeling that you don't mind going through!

I recently bought my 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 HEMI at Jones. The help I got from Larry Kropff was great, he put me in touch with Brandon Rooney at the Showroom and he worked me a great deal. When there was a minor mis-hap with a wheel on my truck while they were spraying in my bed-liner, Larry Kropff then had Steve Martin assist me in correcting the issue, and that was done within minutes! Any time I call, stop by, or request help in any way, Larry and his staff at the Chrysler Service Dept go above and beyond to see that I am satisfied when I leave there. Great place to do buisness!

Over all our experience was a great one. They really worked hard to earn our business, they were not pushy, and they listened to our concerns. They knew what they were selling, and they were more then willing to answer any question no matter how big or small they were. It didnt matter if they didnt know the answer, they found someone that did, and made sure we were happy with our truck. Recently I decided to purchase a new vehicle so I went Jones Junction for pricing and ordering. They explained all of the options on the current year vehicles in stock and also tried to locate a vehicle that would match my desired options. It was too late in the year to find that particular vehicle. They ordered a new vehicle for me. Weeks into the order I changed my mind on the color and they graciously contacted the plant to change the color. They have been so very accommodating and very pleasant through the whole process that I decided to purchase another vehicle that has a limited production. The car was originally ordered without The optional sunroof. Again they called the plant and changed the order at the last minute prior to production. To me these changes are very much appreciated and that has made me a "Jones for Life" customer. Also the price for the vehicles was even lower than anticipated as I had priced the vehicles at other dealers and the internet so there was no need for negotiating.

Brought my vehicle to Jones for routine service, service writer was very friendly and helpfull, work was completed promptly. They told me my tires where worn past recommended levels so i asked for pricing on a set, the price was very good (I know because i had recently priced tires at a local tire shop) so I had they replace them. Tires were in stock and install same day. I would recommend the service here at Jones to anyone how asks.

I decided that is was time for me to get a new car. This being my very first new car EVER, I wanted to get a great deal and a great dealership to back it up. I originally went to the dealership to look at a truck I saw online. I went to look at it when the dealership was closed. I found the truck and took a look at it on the lot. I liked what I saw so I submitted a request for a test drive and an apprasial for my vehicle I was currently driving. I received a very quick response from Diane about setting up a time to come and check the truck out. The website also sent me a quote for my vehicle. I came into the dealership to take a test drive and I met Calvin. Calvin was very eager to help without being pushy. We took a drive in the truck I was looking at. It seemed nice so we went in to talk about price. After a couple trips to the sales manager, it was found that there was an error with one of the quoted discounts on the website and infact the price online was not the actual price. Slightly discouraged I left the dealership. I started researching New Dodge Rams and Emailing Calvin back and forth. Calvin was able to find a few Ram 1500s nearby in the price range. Doing some searching on my own I found the truck I wanted at another dealership about 20 miles away. I originally started negotiating with that dealership on price. After I had gotten them to their absolute lowest price, I again contacted Calvin. Calvin, along with some of the other sales staff, was able to find all the discounts and rebates I qualified for. Ultimatly I was able to save a few hundred dollars on the price by buying from Jones. What was more important was the fact that I was able to get the Jones for Life package. So, I had Calvin secure the vehicle that was at the other dealership and I bought it from Jones. Not only did I get it cheaper, I also got the Jones for a Lifetime. It also didn't hurt that Jones is much closer to where I live and they also sent a referal check to my friend for letting me know about Jones. I have had the truck for about 2 months now and I have already used the Jones for a Life time. I have got the truck washed for free a few times and I was able to get my girlfriend a professional manicure for free. All in all it was a great buying experience. I recommend Jones for all car purchases, New and Used.

9 years ago I needed two new cars. In both cases, I could not readily get a price from these people. They were determined to sell me what was on the lot and not look for what I wanted. Infact, in the case of my Concorde, they said that Chrysler did not equipt a car the way I wanted it. I went to cooks and they found the car I wanted in Pa and the price was very good. I went back to jones and they insisted the car I wanted did not exist and that Cooks was just baiting me in with an impossible offer. Well, I have been driving that non existant car for almost 10 years. Jones simply didn't know their product or maybe worse. Same year tried to buy a sebring from them. Same run around and non answers and high price. Went to cooks again. May 08 needed a toyota convertable. Shopped and compared and sales person said he'd match the price at a dealer across town. When we got there the car was washed and had temp tags on it. Then he told me he had made a mistake and the car would cost $1,900 more that he said. Here is the best part. The salesman asked for the name of the dealership across town and said he was going to call and pretend he was shopping for a car for his wife and prove to us that they could not sell me the car in question for that amount. I took the phone myself, called the salesman and went over the numbers which were in order. The sales manager promised everything and never offered to honor the price. I bought the car from R and H and it was identical to what Jones had. My experience this past week was equally disappointing. Sales person really didn't know his cars but he was new. I saw a sales sticker on one of their 2.7 300s in the morning on the way to work. I called and asked if I could drive one that evening. When I got there, they had the same car I had seen that morning ready for me to test drive. When we sat down to talk price, the sales person produced the same orange sales tag I saw that morning and said it was going to go on sale the following Saturday but the sales manager said I could have it for the price on the palcard. I pointed out I had seen that very tag on the car that morning and they just denyed it was there. So then we digressed to "how much are you willing to pay" peppered with alot of how fluff about how Jones is my neighborhood dealer. Bottom line is I got the 300 with more extras including the 3.5 for $1,700 less than what they were trying to sell me the stripped down 2.7. Father in law got his first Toyota there but last two (he buys new every three years)came from other delers. Brother in law had the same experience I had a few years ago shopping for a Chrysler.
