I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata 4 years ago from Kirk Patten and was blown away by his exceptional customer service and the seamless buying process that they have going on over at Jones Motors. I bought the car with 7,200 miles and it currently has 52,000 and still runs like the day I bought it! I submitted an online inquiry after hours and fully expected to receive a call from them on Monday but Kirk called me within the hour and came in on his day off the following day to show me the car. He took care of the entire transaction and didn't have to "speak to his manager" to bring the price down a bit to fit my budget. He was upfront about what he could do and we worked out a deal that was mutually beneficial and I was 100% satisfied. I know I am 4 years late leaving this review but I am now in the process of buying a brand new car at a new car dealership and I couldn't help but remember the experience I had with Kirk and wish they sold new cars so I could use them. If you're in the market for a used car that is reliable, has low miles, and is in excellent shape, then I would use Jones Motors as they are honest, hard working people that really care about their customers.

I had such a great experience! The customer service I received really made purchasing my vehicle so easy going and it Really meant so much to my family and I to have someone like Kirk so Helpful and attentive to our car buying needs this was unlike any dealer I have ever been to and because of that I Plan on coming back and also encourage others to do the same! :) you wont regret it!
