I had the pleasure of visiting Jordan Lexus yesterday for the first time to check out a Honda I had seen for sale online. (In years past, I've purchased several cars from the Jordan location on Jefferson, and have always been happy with the sales process and their service department.) I ended up talking with one of their sale reps, Alex Otto, who showed me the Honda, and then the other previously owned cars in their lot. Long story short, I test drove a Lexus certified ES300h and a short time later had traded in my Camry for the Lexus. The entire experience from the "tire kicking", to the test drive, to the financing and taking delivery of my new car was a delight. I highly recommend Jordan Lexus and Alex Otto to anyone considering buying a used car or new Lexus.
