This dealership seems to be grounded on the principals of honesty and integrity. I told them what I needed, how much I could spend and what I had to trade-in and they made it happen. When,after the purchase had been made, and a small situation (low tire pressure light) was being taken care of by them, a major and costly problem was found,(2 damaged wheels and tires) they did not hesitate to replace the damaged wheels with factory replacements (aftermarket wheels were $100 less each), and new 80k mile warranty tires. Scott, Jerry and the crew of Jordan motorcars are true car people and what I would call "a class act"

I bought a truck from Jordan Motorcars a few weeks ago, and had the best sales experience i've had in a really long time. Not only do they have really cool cars and a real nice showroom filled with antique gas pumps and coke machines, but the staff is very down to earth and never once pressured me into buying that day. Upon purchase, I spoke with the service manager about getting a spray in bedliner,window tint,grill guard,and some other accessories. I set an appointment with him and dropped my truck off in the morning. They took care of everything I wanted all in the same day.(Which saved me driving all over town to get it done!) I can't express enough how pleased I was and will not be shopping anywhere else. and on top of that, they will be doing my first oil change free of charge.

I recently purchased a Porsche Cayman S from Trey at Jordan Motorcars and couldn't be happier with the condition of the car and service provided. I drove from Houston to San Antonio to see the car and found it to be even better than advertised. Their pricing was fair and the entire staff at Jordan Motorcars were friendly and professional. I have done many car deals in my 40 years of life and I must say this was the best experience I ever had. I traded a 2008 TL Type S for a used Shelby Mustang at Jordan Motorcars and they were all too happy to address every single issue the Shelby had and never once brushed me off stating that it was a used car. They took no issue with my taking the car on multiple test drives and my combing over the car with a fine tooth comb to identify all the issues I could find and welcomed all of my feedback. I worked with Trey Day (Sales man) and Jerry (Management) and the professionalism and attention to detail they offered was by far second to none. As for the prior posting on here, all I can say is that most realize that car modifications or upgrades are not usually factored into the price of a vehicle when selling it unless it was built that way from the manufacturer. In fact with specialty vehicles being modified it will normally devalue the vehicle. I would recommend that anyone and everyone looking for a vehicle should give these guys first consideration as these folks are the best car dealers I have had the pleasure of working with.

I never talked to Larry the salesman until we arrived. Daughter contacted Jordan MotorCars on Saturday (1/18/14) morning after seeing the vehicle she wanted on a website. Things progressed via phone calls with Larry and then she went to work and could not talk on the phone. She made the deal via text messaging with Larry and we went to pick the vehicle up with her. We were coming from Houston area and this dealership was in San Antonio. Were we (her parents) a little unbelieving? Yes!! However, we got there and EVERYTHING was just as he said in the text messages. She knew before she got there, what the exact terms of the loan were and it was so different from the experience that her and I had the night before from Peacock Nissan in Houston (see review of that place) that I just have to say, Thank you Larry!! You have made our daughter's first car purchase a wonderful and memorable event, instead of what it could have been. She is totally in love with her Mercedes and believes that it will have a great home with her. Larry went over and beyond what I have ever seen a car salesman do and plus..this dealership is just too cute. Loved the ambiance--made me think of a old fashioned down home car place. Loved it. Would highly recommend...her dad and I are still laughing over our daughter making a deal via text message!!
