Went looking for a car I thought I wanted but with the help of my salesperson, Joe Bragg, I found the right car and the right price in a vehicle I never thought to consider. Joe's product knowledge was exceptional and he really took the time to go over features and the benefits I could expect from my new car. The warranty's are amazing and I couldn't be happier with my new car. I absolutely love my 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. I even got a slice of pie from the finance gentleman. The entire experience at Joseph Airport Hyundai was outstanding and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle in a stress free environment with a sales staff that knows their product. Bought a Venue and the dealership was pretty good. Nice facility and easygoing staff. Sales are not high pressure and they try to find answers to any questions you could ask. Even technical sprays they will try hard to get you a answer. I have no experience with the service department yet.

Be careful with the service department! I have brought my car in several times and they told me it needed work. When I went to my mechanic he said that the repairs they suggested were not necessary. I brought it in several months before the engine completely blew. I took it to another Hyundai dealership and they said there had been a recall on the engine. The service department at Joseph Airport never told me about the recall, instead they told me my car and my engine needed several thousand dollars worth of repairs. Other dealership has replaced my engine for free, this model of Santa Fe did indeed have a recall, and they gave me a free rental car for the three weeks it took to do the repair. I’m going back to that dealership

Well I can definitely say that as soon as I drove up a lady (Becky) met me asking if she could help me. That was the beginning of a delightful encounter of buying a new car. I felt so comfortable. No pressure into buying a car. There was a wide variety of vehicles to choose from . I bought the first one I seen...A 2020 Hyundai Venue in deep bright blue. I love my car and so glad I went to Joseph Airport Hyundai. You all need to check them out !
