It's been about 10 months since I bought my 2003 Jeep Liberty from Josh's All Under Ten. My wife and I were looking at purchasing a second car, at a reasonable price, and one that in a few years we would be able to hand down to my oldest daughter. Having traveled from out of state, Josh and his dad were great to work with. They gave us a great deal on our trade in, and worked out a great deal on the Jeep. I am very satisfied with the customer service that I received, they helped us work through the necessary paperwork since we were from a different state. The Jeep has been a great second car for our family. My wife and I are definitely satisfied customers, and will definitely look at Josh's inventory options the next time that we are looking at purchasing.

I bought and f-150 and hasn't been 6 months yet and it's been in the shop every other week with something new and major was wrong the list is to long to even mention but I've taken it back twice for the a/c. easy to buy and they work with you to fix the issues but I will probably never buy from there again enless they do something great to get my business back.

Just letting every one know about the Positive reviews. They are true they are not out to rip you off or try to hustle you. If you have bad credit so much they cant finance you. You need to clear it up with Experian, Transunion or Equifax. But with my experience with them was professional they are friend friendly test them and you will know and the financing like one of the review was quick and simple I bought a Pacifica which I don't know if they know that there is a recall on the transmission shifting. But also noticed after breaking there was some side movement which they fixed before I bought. To me that's customer satisfaction. I will follow up and update this review on how this goes for me call me right or wrong thanks for your attention.

We had a wonderful experience at Josh's All Under Ten today. We came home with a much nicer vehicle for our second car than I ever imagined. Chad and Bill were very friendly and helpful, and Josh came in early to write up the deal for us. Very professional and honest! The 02 Buick Rendezvous we bought is in very good shape and perfect for our needs. Big thanks to all three men. I would highly recommend this business.

I recently purchased a 2009 Smart Car to use as a tow vehicle behind my RV from Josh and his dad, Bill. I must say that the complete transaction was quick and painless. I was very satisfied with how fast their service department got the car ready including checking all the fluids, tire pressures, and changing the oil and filter. He even gave me a FREE tank of gas. I would highly recommend "Josh's All Under Ten" dealership in Elida Ohio for a good running and dependable used car.

I had a wonderful experience here at Josh's All Under Ten. Since I live out of state and the vehicle was delivered to me, I am waiting on the title to show up in the mail. I cant drive the vehicle yet until the title is received. I live in Illinois and they make they laws to benefit them......... If I lived in Ohio I could drive it without the title, since I have other license plates that I will have transferred to it.
