Had a wonderful experience here! My husband and I had already been to 2 other places (DEALERSHIPS, ugh) and were so frustrated. Journey made our truck-buying process easy and pleasant. Great gentlemen, great price on the truck, awesome customer service. I would travel out of my way to go back and purchase another vehicle from them!

Just bought a great mini van here! My family loves it. Zach was a great help, he was patient and explained everything we needed to know and was very thorough with our paper work, the whole staff us very friendly and attentive. Definitely would buy another vehicle from them.

Adding to before. Howard called me up a week later to let me know they had the floor mats that belonged to the car. I had been shopping for some the day before. Then he offered to bring them by my house! I can't say enough about their customer service.

We found a quality used car at Journey Auto. I found it online, but no picture. We drove over the next day and found why. They had gotten the car the day before, and we're still detailing. We took it for a test drive and then to my favorite mechanic. Good to go. Howard was friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me get the car home when everyone else was out of town. It's a small business but a very pleasant experience!

My daughter brought her SUV and paid cash Scott gave her a good deal. This was Feb 2016. She loves it and I am happy because my credit was messed up from her on a car that was not as good as the use car. Scott thanks for selling my daughter the car and we will be back to get me a Honda Accord soon. Keep being a good Christian dealer and always tell the truth about yours cars. That is the part I like he does not hide anything from his customers.

Wow if you want average quality with take it or leave it attitude then you have found your place. Clean I suppose is a relative term because what they called a clean used car is far from what we found after a visit. A photo doesn't show what you are getting at this place, and the older fellow was like yep this is book value and I don't grade anything A but this is B+. More like C man just say it. Rode hard and put up wet was this unit we unfortunately found Just sign me ... Not that desperate or gullable

I was in market looking for 2 vehicles. One for 16 year old son, another for 20 year old daughter. Different needs and wants for each. I had looked everywhere for weeks. Scott worked with us for days, selecting the right cars, giving us the opportunity to have our mechanic inspect; and gave my son the instruction and time to learn manual transmission. I am very, very satisfied with our purchases, service and process received at Journey. I purchased a Nissan Quest from Journey Auo Sales in 2009 and another vehicle, a chevy Blazer in 2010. Both vehicles are still my mode of transpoation. I habe had little work done to both over the years. I have also traceled a lot in the last year and have had geeat success with both vehicles. The staff was great and they stand behind their word. Scott and George are the best! I have bought two cars from Journey and these guys stood by me even after the sale. I was involved in an accident and Scott helped me deal with insurance company as well as getting the car repaired. You can't find that kind of customer service at any of the big dealerships so if you want a quality car at a good price go to Journey Auto Sales.
