Because of this professional acquaintance we returned and traded our car in. The salesman, Carl, was very professional and relaxing to be around! Because of them, I returned and traded in another vehicle, meeting Bill, who was also very professional and relaxing to be around. All transactions were, in my opinion, very fair. No pressure whatsoever. I have had the privilege of meeting a lot of "employees" during my visits and everyone made me feel like family rather than a customer. In that process, we were able to get all features we had hoped for. The General Manager came to thank us for coming to Joyce Buick. All aspects of the sale from emailing back and forth to actually going in to the dealership were handled professionally. Kate was a joy to work with and would and may well do it again. From front to back on the sale we were pleased with every aspect of the dealership. Cleanliness, speed but not rushed. Never was a new car features ever explained in such detail and non rushed manner. There was never a high pressure approach by this dealership. The inventory is over the top. Prices are good.

First negative experience I have had at your dealership. Not a major deal, but it was annoying. I scheduled my Enclave in for service on Friday at 8 AM. I also scheduled a 24 hour test drive for 8 AM that morning with Tony Foos. I told the girl at the desk that I would probably just keep the test drive until the next morning, at which time I would also pick up my car. Since the 24 hours would be up at 8, I arrived at the dealership at 7:55. What she neglected to tell me was that you don't open until 9:30 on Saturdays! I sat in my car in front of the service door for a half hour. Everyone saw me waiting there. Just before they raised the door, another customer pulled in behind me, got out of the car and walked in before the overhead was raised. That customer as waited on first!

Rubber gasket on driver's door needed replacement due to wear. Service department ordered part and then scheduled appointment. Repair made in three days from ordering part and within 20 minutes while I waited. Kelly handled everything from start to finish even knowing my name when i showed up to get estimate on repair. My fuel sensor suddenly did not work. When I called Brooke and explained my issue, she tried to help troubleshoot the situation with me so that I wouldn't have to come in. When that didn't work, she was able to give me a few options on appointments based on my availability. She was able to fit me in the schedule with such a short notice and they resolved my issue with very little waiting on my part. I was quickly able to get back to work which I really appreciated!

Initially, however, I was disappointed with the level of communication and lack of follow up provided by my salesman. I was an openly motivated buyer, yet I was not initially kept informed with the status of their efforts or even if progress that was being made to find the vehicle I desired. Only after I stated that I was unhappy and would only work with the sales manager, was any progress made or information shared.

The service department did my requested maintenance on my vehicle and made another appointment for me to bring my 2014 GMC truck in for a front-end alignment. The service rep, named Brooke was very helpful, courteous and accommodating making another appointment for my truck.

Have had a problem with my L/R tire for about a year. Eah time I brought my car in, I thought it was fixed. after awhile I had problems again. This time the valve stem was replaced. I hope this cures the problem.

Was in here the other day looking for a car, I have never in my life felt as bad as I did when I walked out of this dealership. First they'll size you up. Second they judge. Third I've never met a dealership that won't work with you so I will take my business elsewhere. Bill Reagan our salesman was very professional and helpful. The 2012 GMC Terrain that I found on Cars.com had a good story and the features I wanted for a reasonable price. Within a couple of hours we had an agreement and I was driving the car home. I was subsequently contacted by the owner about the experience which I reported as excellent.

I found a used car I was interested in at Joyce Buick. My salesman, Karl, was polite and professional. He was there to answer all my questions and left me alone to drive the car I eventually purchased. I felt I got a fair trade-in on my old car. Karl and the dealer made sure my purchase was hassle-free. Karl followed up a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Their used cars are all very clean. The woman in the title department even handled my plate transfer to save me from the license bureau hassle! Thank God! I live on the other side of town, but I sure am glad I made the drive to Joyce Buick. I seldom leave reviews by the way. But these guys earned it.

From the initial phone conversation, to see if the vehicle was still available, to the test drive, to the paperwork, to receiving the paperwork, was smooth, professional and painless. The price was great, the service was great, and the vehicle is great. I've bought several vehicles from many different Dealerships, and have never had this total satisfactory experience before. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has their house in order, meaning good credit, and down payment. We worked with James at Joyce and he made our buying experience wonderful! He had the two cars we were interested in ready for us when we got there, and he stayed late for us in order to finish our purchase. Joyce was also very generous with the amount they gave me for my trade which was much appreciated. My sales associate, Karl Witt was very courteous, friendly and genuinely warm. Even though I became a bit of a "difficult" customer for Mr. Witt, he took it all in stride. He explained everything, was honest and so very patient with me (I probably annoyed him on a couple of occasions), and most of all, helped ease my stress, confusion and fears. In the past, I had never leased a vehicle, nor ever sought a new vehicle; so the process and information being fed to me was overwhelming. Mr. Witt realized this, took me through everything slowly, and took time to be sure I understood everything. Ray Miller in the finance area was also wonderful -- sincere and friendly. I had fun with the product specialist, Maricruz,who showed me the user interface of the vehicle. She knows her stuff -- even Mr. Witt learned a few things from her. The main building was clean, bright and open, very nice. But I spent most of my time in the "annex", which was very nondescript and boring. But Joyce Buick is building a whole new facility and I can't wait to see it. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Witt and Joyce Buick GMC. I have extensive experience in customer service and value those who share my high standards. This dealership seems built on the same ethics and values on which I was raised. They feel like family, and have found a repeat customer and friend in me.
