To get to the great deal I found at JTL Auto Sales, I traveled almost 1600 miles round trip and still saved over $2000. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to ANYONE who is looking for a used car and is sick and tired of slick salesman. The staff at JTL Auto, Inc. are warm, welcoming and they NEVER pressure you into the wrong vehicle. Jeffrey helped me find the perfect vehicle and John got me an excellent loan with my bank. He even helped me understand everything in my contract and answered all my questions.They even have a mechanic shop onsite that you can go to if you have any problems down the road! Tommy, the head mechanic is extremely insightful and very good at fixing cars.Everyone over at JTL Auto is great and they make you feel like part of their family. I love you guys!!

They left me stranded Memorial Day weekend with an overheating truck, leaking water pump and broken fan that I bought from them on March 10 2016. I called them numerous times regarding the smell of antifreeze starting 1 week after purchasing vehicle from them. Due to my work schedule I was unable to get to appointments they had available and on my days off they were unable to get me in. Finally I made appt on June 3rd took off that day before my 3 month warranty was up. On May 26th truck running hot and puddles of antifreeze under truck they still would not get me in. I got problem diagnosed and called them and they informed me that i was 180 miles over the 3,000 miles/3 month warranty meanwhile I'd been calling about it and told me it wasn't covered. Real good people. I would never recommend anyone or buy another vehicle feom them. I thought they were different considering how great they were when I was purchasing vehicle

I have waited to write my review since I've been disappointment so many times with other businesses and thought this was too good to be true.Well, they are a wonderful business. They made the purchase so easier, no sales gimmicks, they worked very hard to get us the best interest rate for our loan, there were no surprises. After a month, I had an issue with my car and it needed servicing. I thought, ok, now we'll see.Well, again, it was easy, they communicated with me keeping me up to date and when I it was ready, I picked it up and no charges and it was fixed! Amazing! It's still running strong :) This is how businesses should be. I have recommended them to others who didn't believe it also. Then I told them my experience and they say "I'll have to go their the next time I need a car. "I will definitely go there when buying my next car. Who wouldn't!

Overall nice dealership, and service center. Bought my honda pilot in January of 16. The Salman AJ was very nice and helpful. They helped me with financing and made the expierence easy. Have had to bring the truck in a couple of times for a few issues, but the service department was very good. They handled the repairs and kept me informed on what needed to be done.

John, Edwin, Eric, Aj and the rest of the JTL staff are very professional and honest. So that is the reason i purchased a 2008 GMC SIERRA 3500HD from them. They stand by what they sell. Also the staff goes out of there way to make sure your buying experience with them is hassle free. There is simply no B's. When they tell you they are willing to take care of items on the vehicle you are buying and then some to make you more comfortable in buying the vehicle. That's over the top for me.

I originally put a deposit on a Pontiac convertible . Carmine was great and dealing with him was a pleasure . Upon returning home my wife and I discussed it further and decided the car was not what we really wanted . I figured here we go , the dealer is going to stick me with the car we chose or give me a hard time . Not the case .John, the owner spoke to me and within minutes was willing to return my deposit . He didn't even try to persuade me to look at his other cars . On the way out I saw a car I knew my wife would love . I texted her a picture . After getting her approval ( the car was for her ) I returned and spoke to John and Carmine . Well, we negotiated and I bought the car , a 2009 Acura TL . That was 3 months ago . My wife couldn't be happier . We both love it . Now I'm ready to look for a car for myself . Well, I keep passing JTL to see what they have in stock . This dealership is legit!!! My fiance and i were there on NEW YEARS EVE !!! They had us in and out in 4 hrs with our car and stayed exactly within my requested down payment and monthly payment allowance...they answered every question i had with knowledge and made phone calls to doublecheck certain concerns...they made us feel safe with our purchase and even gave us a free car wash coupon and next free oil change! The buying experience was great. No pressure from the sales staff, and the sales man was very patient with letting me test drive different vehicles as well as answering any questions.When I went through with the purchase, it was very quick and they worked to get me the lowest finance rate possible.The only issue I had was with the service department and getting little things fixed on the vehicle I purchased. (windshield replaced, new rear tire, oil change, alignment). The mechanic isn't very knowledgeable. He didn't put enough oil in my car as well as put the incorrect oil. I had to do an oil change myself when I got it home. (I was not reimbursed for the cost). All in all I had to go back and forth four times to get the work done. Between the bad hours and horrible mechanic service, I would not recommend having them do any work to any vehicle you decide to purchase.

I went to jtl auto on a whim not ever thinking that I would be able to get a car given my current situation and with not having the best credit but I was blown away by how hard they worked to get me into the car I wanted!! There was no pressure and they bent over backwards for me multiple times.. If you want an awesome deal go to jtl auto these guy are the best. I was looking for a new vehicle for the past month. I had test driven over 10 different cars/trucks at 15-20 different dealerships. I was driving my dad's Toyota Tundra Crew Cab while shopping and fell in love with it. I found it's "twin" at JTL Auto Sales. AJ, my sales rep, didn't greet me like other dealerships did. I wasn't given the xxxxxx female comments" Oh, you look so good in that". " That vehicle is so YOU!" "I can get you a 4% rate..." without even seeing my credit report? AJ knew all the trucks important specs and told me everything I wanted to know about the truck. I am a very rare breed of female and scared most sales men after their xxxxxx comments! Yes, I got down on the ground-in the dirt- and shimmied under the truck. I shook the truck bed by the tailgate. I popped the hood ,myself, to listen to the engine, to check the belts, plugs, etc.... AJ knew I wasn't fooling around. I let him know my credit wasn't the greatest. Eric, the manager, ran a SOFT credit report first and explained a HARD credit report doesn't tell the whole story. We both voiced our concerns and then told them I had another truck to look at and I'd be back by days end. John, the owner, declined my deposit and said he'd hold the truck for me until the end of the day. The other dealership (my 4% rate guarantee LOL) was a BUST! I ran home, got my deposit and DMV papers ready and headed back to JTL. Carmine, another sales rep, was in the middle of a sales call to buy the truck - sight unseen! I interrupted and said the truck was sold! He finished his call and congratulated me - I wasn't even his sale... Eric explained that 6 HARD CREDIT REPORTS had been run on me this past week. Each one was lowering my credit score by up to 9 points EACH and lowered my score for the next 90 days! I almost had a heart attack! A Pre-Certified Car Dealer was so xxxx bent on selling me a vehicle, they farmed me out to everyone they financed with. I got a great lesson in credit and finance from John who assured me he would get me the best financing he could...and he did! John, AJ and Eric knew my budget, limit, concerns and worries. They even listened to my nervous babble while waiting for my credit approval. My expectations......They met them ALL!!!!! AJ was busy with the garage staff working out the "little things" I was concerned about. He even offered a set of high grade floor mats for the truck as we finalized the paperwork. I was inspected, oil changed and gassed up! The truck hadn't been detailed yet so I got a free pass for a carwash/detail from their associate, a free 3,000 mile check up and my next oil change is on JTL. We'll be in the market to buy a car for our son in a few months... WE'LL ONLY BE BUYING FROM JTL~ Thanks for EVERYTHING, Guys!

The staff is extremely helpful , professional , and honest . The first bump involved the price quoted to me . At the final meeting i was informed me that the price that was quoted to me was incorrect . The auto i purchased was actually on sale and $1000.00 less . How much more honesty and integrity could there be in this day . The second bump came when i left the dealership . A short time later various lights came on in the dash . I called , the car was taken care of immediately . I have not experienced any trouble since . My experience with this Dealership has been wonderful .

So I am a Veteran and on one of my visits to the Northport VA had a conversation with another fellow Vet. He said he was in the market for a truck a year or so ago and heard about JTL. He stated to me they were honest and straight forward.SO I did my homework...I had a plan walking in and met John one of the family of owners...He was great, he listened to me and my request. They showed me a few cars and came across a Mazda 5. They close at 7:00 PM that night but since I was coming from Brooklyn they stayed to help me out. There was no rush and they took their time with me. Again no Rush at all. So with no commitment at all I left. The best part of this is that there was no pressure at all. The next day I called John and said lets get the paperwork going. The price we agreed on was the price I received, the monthly payments we spoke about was exactly what was on the paperwork. So the Mazda has it's own issues but after driving it just 300 miles there was a few concerns. I called, and JOHN called me right back No Problem when do you want to come in....So bottom Line, Honest true to their word...Highly Recommended.

I was looking for a car for my daughter, I stopped in two dealerships in Selden both dealers wanted to sell me their car, but not what I was interested in. They were giving away ice in the winter. Then I decided to try JTL and when I got to the lot I found a car that I was interested in , and we discussed price in a non pressured atmosphere. I gave a small deposit and I picked it up ready to go in two days. Good service.

After losing 2 cars in one week I was desperate to find an SUV to replace one of them. I remembered that a friend of mine had purchased a car from JTL a few years back so I decided to go on-line and see what they had. Our experience was great from the first phone call to the time I drove away in my new 2005 BMW X5. We made 2 visits before signing on the dotted line and at no time did we feel pressured. AJ (our salesman) took his time showing us multiple cars, answering questions, taking test drives, accommodating our availability, and when finally deciding on a vehicle he made sure that he went over it with us thoroughly. John was amazing when it came to the financing. We thought our credit might be a problem, but he was able to get us an amazing rate because he works with so many lenders. He also made sure to address every minor detail we found with the car. In the end we walked out with a beautiful, quality vehicle at a great price. We will definitely not only recommend JTL to family and friends, but shop there again when we're in need for another vehicle. Thanks JTL Auto!! :)

JTL probably saved my life....literally! I was barely able to get my 1994 Ford F150 to the lot, but I left with a mint 2007 Chevy Silverado and a fantastic deal! We shopped around for weeks for a prevented suv and finally ended up at JTL auto sales on a Sunday afternoon. They were helpful and straight to the point. Didn't negotiate price because they are very fair. No hidden fees or any charges that pop up last minute. The truck we bought is great and we will definetly go back to them in the future.

I had been looking for a newer truck for a while and had stopped at what seemed like every dealer on LI. I stopped at JTL one sunday afternoon to look one I saw online and was prepared for the vehicle to look worse in person and typical high pressure sales BS. I was pleasantly shocked when it was nicer than it looked in the pics, there was no pressure and although I didn't get quite as much as I would have liked for my trade they were definitely fair considering the extremely high mileage and got me a great financing rate. If you're looking for a reasonably priced vehicle with no BS check these guys out.

Needed a dependable pickup for work. Did some online searching and found a Silverado at JTL. Now I haven't had good luck with car dealers in the past so let's say I was a little apprehensive. Car had an issue with the front end hearing a noise. I brought it to Nissan and it was going to take a week to fix plus needed to pay a diagnosis charge. Called JTL since they are local by my house. Brought it in the next morning at 8 am and the car was finished with a brand new axle by the end of the same day. No hidden charges and no imaginary extra work needed to be done. Amazing experience.

Had to trade in my truck. A.J. was an awesome salesman, and you could tell these guys actually care. JTL exceeded the trade-in value I expected on my truck, while patiently matching me with a car. I'm an overly anxious person, but their knowledgeable staff, and A.J.'s honest, trusting (test drove the car on my own, no back seat driver) and more than courteous attitude put me at ease. I didnt notice any problems when I test drove my new (used) Mazda6, just some jolting, which I shrugged off as the car re-adjusting after being stuck in a lot. JTL's staff, however found a big problem while prepping the car. Turns out the engine coils were shot! They immediately notified me and replaced them, free of charge. A.J. could of easily sold me a car with a faulty coil pack, but instead took the honest approach and fixed it. The staff still had the car ready on time! JTL auto sales has an integrity not found elsewhere. They have a family like atmosphere, work as a team, and these guys, in my experience, will not short sell or lie to get a sale. They have real, old school customer service, and a staff unlike any other I have come accross. They recognize your needs, as a person, not a sale. Honestly A.J. and his coworkers are some of the nicest, most down to earth and patient guys I've ever dealt with in a sales setting of any kind. I was, and still am completely satisfied with my purchase, and know I am in good hands. :)

Honestly in the past few weeks, i've been to over 10 auto dealerships and at just about every single one of them either everything was overpriced, customer service was horrible or there weren't any honest, friendly salesmen. Eventually someone told me about jtl and thought "oh i guess i'll give it a chance." once i got there i could tell they had a great staff, they help you find a car that suites and fits you, and honestly they do a awesome job at it. they really are so easy to work with basically any situation. they took care of me since the second i walked onto the lot, i strongly recommend this place to anyone. (also they have a great taste in cars)

Went to JTL a few times, the staff is great over there. I do not have the best credit so I knew it would be a hurdle but the manager there took care of me and got the deal done. Have sent a few people there and would recommend to anyone.
