Returning customer 02-07-21. JTL is the best. Great prices and customer service is always top notch. This time around we went with a Mercedes GLK 350 for my wife. She absolutely loves the car. I absolutely love the payments :) The Honda Pilot I purchased 5 years ago is still running great. Thank you JTL. 07-04-2016 JTL was the best car buying experience! Whenever I need a car or someone I know I will always refer them here! The process itself was so simple, they always returned my calls and made sure I knew I was in great hands. JTL's sales staff weren't pushy at all and they really catered to my needs. They even offered to chauffeur on the day of pickup. I had a great experience while recently purchasing a used 2014 Volvo XC90 from JTL. All Staff is genuine, knowledgeable and fair from front-of-house to the paperwork. Rick, who drove me to Mavis Discount Tires up the road to show me the car (they were putting four brand new tires on it) let me test drive the car till I was comfortable. John (the grandson of the original owner (60-year-business!)) helped explain financing and all of the paperwork. Their inventory is strongly vetted, serviced and maintained. If you have good credit, their interest rates are unbeatable. Solid team selling solid cars. Highly recommend.

This dealership is the best I was referred there by a close friend of mine. I spent one month going to other dealerships and in one week JTL assisted me with purchasing a vehicle. From the moment I walked thru the door I was treated with respectful courteous, tentative staff. They guys/gals went above and beyond to assist me with getting a car. Carmine at JTL Auto Sales responded to my email from internet search. He took my information and obtained financing. I traveled over 800 miles one direction to make this purchase as it was such a good deal and JTL Auto Sales proved to be so effective at financing and efficient/fast. JTL got my competitive loan from a lender which had previously me down. I drove my new purchase home through NY City, the mountains of PA, WVA, Ohio and finally home loving every mile. I found a wide variety of inventory, esp since I was open to buying a vehicle anywhere in the US. Once I contacted sellers, I was hammered by SPAM. I'd send very specific Qs about the rig and never received an answer from 2 private sellers I contacted. When I sent Q to the dealer sellers, they wouldn't answer my Qs but send me financing offers and emails with pages of characters, leave voice mail every days - but never provided the info I requested. Overall, a waste of my time.

John, Edwin, Eric, Aj and the rest of the JTL staff are very professional and honest. So that is the reason i purchased a 2008 GMC SIERRA 3500HD from them. They stand by what they sell. Also the staff goes out of there way to make sure your buying experience with them is hassle free. There is simply no B's. When they tell you they are willing to take care of items on the vehicle you are buying and then some to make you more comfortable in buying the vehicle. That's over the top for me.

Reasonably priced cars with many to choose from. Salesman were all verify helpful and not pushy! They took the time to go over everything with me and walked me through the financing process. They were friendly and made me feel confident that I was buying a good car from good people. I will definitely be recommending this dealer if all goes well(just bought my suv today :))

I went to jtl auto on a whim not ever thinking that I would be able to get a car given my current situation and with not having the best credit but I was blown away by how hard they worked to get me into the car I wanted!! There was no pressure and they bent over backwards for me multiple times.. If you want an awesome deal go to jtl auto these guy are the best. I will most definitely come back for another car in the future and send people there way because I know they will take care of them to the highest degree!! SO about a Month ago I purchased a 2006 Mazda 5 from them. As stated in other reviews no pressure and willing to work with you, family business. The very next day I went back and actually bought the car. Now with any used car you are walking into the unknown, so things will happen. They put me at ease when they said we are covering you for 90 days and or 3000 miles so that I would not have to worry...Well as with any used car it had a few issues that I did not see or feel during the test drive. So the question is, did they help? One phone call and was put through to their Service Department. They took in my car and fixed a few issues and had to order another part. They said maybe (1) one week, well (1) one week to the day I received the call, bring it in tomorrow and lets get you going. So, I rarely comment good or bad to any business, however when you stick to your word, that truly deserves very honorable mentions everywhere, this is hard to find now a days. Honest, Straight Forward and they make you feel your a Customer, not a sales ticket....My automotive work will stay with them...Thank you John for your honesty!

Last month we went to JTL n bought a 2007 Chevy Tahoe! The people at Jtl were so friendly m very helpful. We got approved in no time at all n before we new it we were driving home with our new truck. We love our Chevy Tahoe! Whenever I call with a question they get right back to you n are very helpful! We were very satisfied with them n the service department as well.
