My service was excellent. Randall took care of my car and got my on my way. Wish they had shuttle on Saturday. 1 year later Back for warranty work and the service is still great. Christie did a great job taking care of me. Still no weekend shuttle.

I got a great deal at a great price. Ken is awesome! I was just here to have my car serviced for the first time since I brought it, I had an 8:30 am appointment i didn't get out of there until 11:30 . That was for an oil change and tire rotation, I asked them to change out my turn signal light on passenger side in front and I also purchased the bulb . They did it but charged me right at $31.00 to do it !!! Never again, that was outrageous for that . I am not happy with them at all .

My service advisor-Jim is awesome. He was able to get my truck serviced in a timely manner and kept me informed of what was going on. James the Courtesy Driver is very courteous and friendly; we always have a great conversation while he is driving me to the dealership or to my home. I highly recommend JT's Jeep/Ram in Lexington, SC.

My salesman, Bill Pruette was awesome! He truly is a person who cares about his customer. I was pleased with my 2021 Jeep Compass until they patched my tire and nothing is the same with my car. Most of the men belittled me I’m assuming because I’m female. Totally disappointed with this dealership-especially the service area with the exception of Ms. Christie who went out of her way to explain things to me and make some suggestions and willing to still work on the issue if I’m not completely satisfied.
