Anshan Glenn aka The Car Doctor was amazing. I have had the most amazing experience here!! It all started last week with a letter from Julio Jones and that birthed a new beginning for me. I made the call to the dealership and an appointment was made. Once I made the appointment, they called me back with a courtesy call and a new beginning was birthed for me. From the time I arrived to the dealership I was not only greeted, but offered something to drink and Anshan even helped my mom out of the car after he picked up her purse when she dropped it. Everyone was courteous and kind from beginning to the end of the sale. I want to say “THANK GOD FOR JULIO JONES FOR MAILING ME THE LETTER THAT BIRTHED A NEW BEGINNING FOR ME TO PURCHASE A NEW CAR “ hallelujah!!!!!!!!!!! I am forever grateful 💜God bless the Kia dealership!!! Chivas meadows just got me the BEST car! I had a great experience buying a car! The process was so easy and I am overjoyed to leave with the perfect car for me! I would like to thank Mr.Ricky for helping me get a 2021 Kia Forte. I was looking to get in a dependable car and not just a car and he made sure I was able to do it that same day I went up there. Hi Guys, I just wanted to say, We had a ''Wonderful Experience" in the Service Department ! Ms.Elisa (Lisa) was Amazing ! My Son Antonio is a customer. He had to get some minor repair work done and, We came in to the service department early one morning (8-10-20) , didn't have an appointment and We were taken care of ! Ms.Lisa and the Service Team work Us into their schedule, assessed the damage and made the entire process go smoothly. Ms.Lisa was very knowledgeable and an absolute joy ! She made the entire experience in the service department a ''Breeze''! So, Thanks Kia , Great People in the sevice department !
