I purchased a brand new 2016 GMC Canyon from Shaun Woolard this past week. I had an unbelievable experience. Everything was taken care of quickly as I had to leave to take a family member to the airport. He helped push everything along so I wasn't late. Most dealerships you visit you have a feeling of being pressured into a sale. Shaun was honest and up front from the start and made me feel completely at ease. I WAS REFERRED TO JUNCTION AUTO BY A COWORKER, WHO TOLD ME TO SPEAK WITH BILL FERRITTO. THIS COWORKER ADVISED BILL WORKED VERY HARD TO HELP HIM IN HIS PURCHASE OF A NEW VEHICLE. I WENT TO THE LOCATION AND SPOKE WITH BILL. I HAD TWO VEHICLES THAT WERE IN GOOD SHAPE. ONE VEHICLE WAS A LITTLE OLD AND I WANTED NOT NEEDED TO REPLACE IT. I SPOKE WITH BILL AND TOLD HIM THAT I WAS NOT LOOKING FOR A "GOOD" DEAL BUT A "GREAT" DEAL. BILL TOLD ME HE WOULD GET ME A GREAT DEAL. I TOLD BILL WHAT VEHICLE I WANTED AND WHAT I WANTED TO PAY. THE VEHICLE HAD SOME CUSTOM ELEMENTS TO IT, SO FINDING ONE ON ANY LOT WAS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME. BILL AND I WORKED OUT A PRICE THAT WAS EVEN LOWER THEN WHAT I EXPECTED TO PAY. BILL AND I REACHED AN AGREEMENT IN VERY LITTLE TIME. BILL LOCATED MY VERY SPECIFIC VEHICLE IN TWO DAYS. BILL CALLED ME AND I WENT TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE THE SAME DAY.MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. BILL FERRITTO GOT ME A GREAT DEAL, MADE THE BUYING EXPERIENCE EASY AND WAS A GREAT PERSON TO WORK WITH. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AND BILL FERRITTO.

Absolutely incredible. LOVED working with Vern. We looked at a few cars and found the one that was best. He gave his truthful opinion on the cars I was looking at. The sales manager was very friendly and good to work with. The finance guy was awesome... got the job done quickly and easy. I have already referred many friends to the same dealer. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. So long as they have cars I am interested, I will be back!
