My wife and I were absolutely floored by our experience purchasing a used car at K1. Allen (our Salesman) was highly knowledgeable, professional, and very honest. He gave us an extremely fair price for our trade in vehicle. The car we chose was immaculately clean, came with a 30 day warranty, and new skins. If you have any trepanation regarding used car dealerships (which we did too) I can personally vouch for Allen and K1, they will not steer you wrong :)

Given the current economy and knowing that new cars experience there greatest depreciation in the first year, this time I decided to shop for my first used car. Of course, I was a little nervous given all the stories about used cars and ever worst the used car salesman. So, I was very uncertain about how well prepared I was to handle the situation. Alen at K1 motors was a wonderful surprise. I discovered them because they had the car, a 2010 ML350 I was looking for at the best price on the internet. It first, I was very skeptical because no other dealership came close to the price they offered. So my first thought was, there must be something wrong with this car. But when I had my mechanic check it out, he assured me that it was in excellent condition and that I was getting a real good deal. That was my first surprise. My second surprise was the ease at which he put the deal together for me. Once I called him and told him I wanted to purchase the car and they took care of everything else. I couldnt believe how easy it was. They shopped and find me great financing that met my monthly payment requirements even thought I didnt have a perfect credit score. In fact, I was amaze how easy and quickly everything was done. It was so easy I had to ask at the end, are we done? I was in and out of the dealership in about two hours and that included a car wash and a full tank of gas. Having found Alen and his team, I dont think I will ever buy a new car again. The quality of the car and the experience was as good as good as it gets NEW or USED and the price was actually better than the Blue Book. Thank you Alen for restoring my faith in humanity.

I have never in the history of buying a car experienced such a wonderful, pleasant, and uplifting interaction until I went to K 1 MOTORS today!!! Ray and Alen are the best!!!! If you're in the market for a luxury car (or any car for that matter) go to K 1 MOTORS....you will not experience anything as smooth and fun anywhere else! We had been searching for the PERFECT Mini Cooper S for over a month before we came upon one of the ads for k 1 motors on the cars.com website. We needed a very particular price to market value ratio to fit our budget and had a pretty lengthy list of "wants" for the overall aesthetic of the car on top of that, so we had grown accustomed to getting CLOSE to what we wanted! The k 1 motors website was clear and easily navigable and (to our relief) we saw the Mini for which we had been searching right there! From the moment we walked in the door, we could tell that the environment in this dealership was welcoming and friendly. Owner greeted us when we came in and offered to grab our sales associate right away (even though I couldn't remember with whom I had spoken)! Because Alen was already helping a guest, Alen offered to work with us to prevent a wait. We wasted no time getting behind the wheel and Alen rode along, articulately answering each of my questions regarding financing, trade-in equity, the Mini as a used vehicle, and our options regarding protection packages, and loan terms. From start to finish this car buying experience was wholly satisfactory. We ended up driving off in a car that we love and with enough clear and understandable information to know that we are making a sound financial and personal decision! it felt good knowing that we were trading our Chevrolet to a dealership that held high quality standards to EVERY vehicle on the lot and if feel even better knowing that our new Mini stood up to the stringent screening process :) We would definitely recommend this Dealership to anyone looking to own a quality luxury vehicle at a great price. Six months ago I found K1 on Cars.com and went over there to check out their selection in person. I bought a low mileage 2012 Black Honda Civic from them on the first visit. They even knocked off a few hundred dollars, beating the price of another dealership I visited by about $1,000. They told me that the front end of the car had apparently been keyed by someone and it was repainted by the previous owner. The paint they used was nearly an exact match for the rest of the car, but they offered to pay to get the right paint on the front end. All in all, a good experience. I'm glad I went there.

What a GREAT buying experience! Everyone was genuine, considerate, and patient as I went through my decision process in purchasing my vehicle. Alen was a great sales professional that really topped off the buying experience with great attitude, smile, and overall knowledge of his business. I felt like I was given (stole) a great deal with this purchase after talking with Rey, Finance Manager for k 1 motors. He really made the numbers fit where my budget allowed me to be. The cherry on top was the personal attention that Alen gave me by taking time out of his busy day to walk me around the facilities. The quality and attention that this business puts into its facilities is amazing to say the least! There are two huge maintenance garages that each focuses on specialized services (i.e. pre and post sale of vehicle). Every customer is considered a returning customer and discounts for future work and/or sales is communicated throughout the buying experience. Thank You K 1MOTORS!

Wow!! Alen was wonderful from start to finish and helped me get over my "used car salesperson" phobia. We found the car online and I dreaded dealing with a used car lot..... Oh my... Alen at K 1 motors busted through all my fears. He was SO honest. He said, " whatever, I know about the car you will know, if I don't know it, I can't tell you.". He let us take the car to our own mechanic with a no fuss return. The car passed with flying colors. He was amazing and we love the car. Good price too!

I began researching prius' about 3 months ago and K1 had a silver one in stock with low miles. I went to check it out and it had already been sold and this was the photo used for that prius. I am still in the market for a prius and was surprised to come across this same photo when doing my research today. Clearly it isn't the actual photo. Do a thorough check of the vehicle exterior because the pictures used aren't the actual vehicles being sold! I'm sure other dealers do this, too as I have been led to two dealerships in the past where the cars pictured where immaculate but upon arrival I was disappointed by the paint and headlight oxidation.

Excellent service. No haggling. Alen was sweet, personable and professional. Lack of knowledge outside of Lexus and BMW didn't dissuade him from finding answers for me. I drove away less than 24 hours after visiting the lot. I always wanted a Ford Mustang as a kid. alen helped fulfill those dreams. I hope the car lasts me a long time.

I was searching for a used car (Prius) went to several used car lots and by far he had the best looking and cleaniest cars. I chose him becuase he had great reviews and he truly is hassel free. Also he never tried to sell me any add-on's. I had the luck of getting the car becuase as I was doing the paper work several people came in asking for the car that I was buying. He is honest most of his cars have very low miles and he also has carfax reports. Thank You Alen for the great customer service and car.

My husband and I purchased a Honda Odyssey van in June of 2013, and we were very pleased with our purchase, and how quickly all of our paperwork was processed. Allen, was very pleasurable to work with. For a small dealership, we were very pleased with the entire experience. The A/C on the van was not quite as cold as it should have been, so he had someone pick it up immediately and take it to the shop to have the freon checked, and it was recharged within a short time. His description of the vehicle was very accurate. The van was in excellent condition and he had the Carfax report in hand for us to see. The quality of the vehicles which he has on his lot is great, and his prices are very reasonable. I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from his dealership in the future, and I would gladly refer anyone of my family members and friends to visit his dealership. Alen was easy to deal with, his prices were good, and he went out of his way to accomodate our needs. It became clear early on in the process that he is a decent human being not trying to maximize his profit at your expense, or sell you something you don't want. Also, there were two things (at a total expense of a couple of hundred dollars to him) that I wanted repaired on the car before we purchased it. He fixed them, we struck a price we both could live with, and I felt I got a great value out of the deal. I've been driving the car for a month now and am quite happy with it. After shopping for several months at new and used car dealerships, I was tired of classic used car salesman (even those who pretended they weren't, but actually were) and high-pressure hucksters, and my wife and I were glad to find Alen. I will recommend him to anyone I know of who is looking for a used car.

Moved to LA and had to buy a car quickly. I'd read good reviews about this dealership and Alen in particular. I called in advance and he emailed me the CarFax on the used Honda in which I was interested. We were off to a good start. Went in to the dealership, looked at the car and took it for a quick test drive. I then took it to a mechanic in the area who'd been recommended by another mechanic I'd worked with in the past. The car passed with flying colors. The last part of the process was the negotiation. I looked around and found comparable cars for more than Alen's list price. I was able to negotiate the price down a little and even that was professional and completely painless. I'd even go so far as to describe it as a pleasant process. So: would I buy from Alen again? Absolutely. Would I recommend him to a friend? I already have. Folks, you won't go wrong with K-1.

I bought 2 cars, one for work (Transit Connect) and one for personal use. No back and forth for hours negotiating, every step was streamlined. When I went to the dealership, I went in with the intention of only test driving a car as I wasn't planning to purchase anything for a few months. When I arrived Allen was really casual when we first met and took the time to listen to what I was looking for. He took me on a test drive on the first car, and just listened to what I was looking for and we engaged into a very non salesmen like conversation. When we returned, he took what I had told him and suggested a couple of other cars that fit my desires. He didn't try to push me into something that did not fit my needs. We went on a search to find what I looking for, as we walked to look at a couple of other cars, he suggested a car that fit exactly what i was looking for but, from a different maker. We looked at what I had asked for but they didn't quite fit all my needs. I remembered the car he very nonchalantly mentioned. Because of this I asked him to let me test drive the car, and I was exactly what I needed. I appreciated the fact that he not only showed me the cars that I wanted to see, but also took what we talked about and guided me a car that fit. The price negotiations were handled very good and no pressure to add thing that I didn't want. I purchased the car and would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. I thank him for his time and for listening to my needs!!!

Wow this place is like no other dealership I have ever worked with. I went into K 1 Motors planning on going through the normal hassle of buying a car, but what I experienced was for once in my life an enjoyable car buying experience. I dealt with ALEN the owner of k 1 Motors and he did not play any of the normal games most dealerships play and also didn't push any of the annoying add on's. My family and I are very happy with the 2011 Jaguar we purchased and we have already gone back to K 1 Motors to have another Car for my sister.. If you are looking for a luxury vehicle I highly recommend giving Alen a call over at K 1 Motors

We were seeking a particular car (used cadillac) for my husband who has had recent health situation(s). K1 has beautiful, clean cars available & the owner an honorable salesman. It is a far drive to consider to come buy a car, (200+miles) but after speaking to owner Alen on the phone I was confident to come and purchase the car. I had to get girlfriends to come help me with the drive because my husband could not make the trip- that made it more difficult on my end. Well I have never had an auto transaction go smoother, and never met a salesman with more patience, grace, compassion and ethics than this man.
