Had a great experience with them. I was hunting used cars almost for a month, talking to three dealers and an owner in total. The service at Kalona Auto was far the best. They are trustworthy and effective, which I would regard as the most important traits in used car businesses. Highly recommended. Cheers to my new used car!

... for not starting at Kalona Auto for my previous vehicle purchase. I have never once before had such a confident experience with a dealership. In the past, drivers' remorse set in about the time I fell onto their radar and my only option to leave alive was to buy something. That was not the case with Kalona Auto. The Salesman was exceptionally accommodating, I felt like I was dealing with a friend or father-figure that was concerned about my best-interest, both on what car I chose right through to the financing. As with used cars, there is the option of extended warranties, and he took the time to run numbers to find a suitable match. I did not feel pressured to purchase one or not... it was merely laid out in front of me to consider. Naturally, we are a society of billboards and television commercials and we gravitate towards the mega-dealers because we have this misconception that they work harder to boost their reputation. This lot is family owned and has a wonderful selection of used vehicles in great condition. After driving my new purchase home, I noticed the Jesus fish in their logo, and that explained it all... I was treated like I would want to be treated.

Kalona Auto was recommended to us by several people in our area. I have heard so many people having a good experience at Kalona Auto, that we drove from Cedar Rapids, IA to look for a vehicle. A wonderful family owned company that cares and takes care of your needs. They worked with us on getting a perfect match for our family. Very reliable and trustworthy. The experience was exceptionally good and if we ever need another vehicle in the future we will be back. It was worth the drive!

We Drove all the way from Center Point as they had a vehicle that was in our price range and the best bang for the buck. Gave us a really good deal on our trade, and made sure we were happy before we left. Have even taken care of us well since leaving.

Purchased the used car we were looking for on a Saturday afternoon. John negotiated some on the price and stayed open to take care of the transaction. We were able to get financing approved from a couple of lenders within a half hour or so wait. The car has been just what we wanted so far. They had a very nice selection of used cars on the lot. We plan on looking there first for our next vehicle.

I found the car I was looking for at Kalona Auto through Cars.com. My experience with them from initial email through the buying experience was more than satisfactory. Only one minor negative. The listed features of the car on Cars.com and the features listed on the window sticker were both different and both inaccurate. These differences were minor, but as with any used car, be sure to verify for yourself if a feature is important to you. The differences in this case, were not important to me and I'll repeat, minor.
