I wanted a specific vehicle, I was patient, and Kar Korner delivered...big time! They are a very professional team! I was totally comfortable from beginning to end. This was the easiest car purchase experience I have ever had. John was honest and straight with us and the other gentleman that handled the paperwork (I can't remember his name) explained all the numbers in an understandable manner. I never felt pressured nor got a sense of manipulation; it was pretty much up front and honest (no "back room" or "talking to the manager"). Seemed like they took pride in the quality of the used cars they sold. They got a ding on customer service because we called before arriving and got no answer, not even an answering machine/voicemail system. Their other ding on quality of work was everything was done "the old fashioned" way by writing in paper forms, which slowed down things a bit, but might say that's not a bad thing. Would buy from them again if they have something we are looking for.

I have bought 6 cars from them in the last 20 years. I have not been able to find anyone in Northern Illinois that can offer better quality and price than Kar Korner. Only one time did they not already have the car I was looking for and they found it within 2 days - at the price I wanted. From day one, they treated me like I wanted to be treated. No "cool" car salesman gimmicks. I will never buy another car from anyone other than Mark at Kar Korner!!

They helped us find exactly what our family was looking for. They helped me get the financing that I needed. They keep my payment right where i needed it. The owner went above and beyond for us. Closing was a breeze and took little time off of my busy schedule. Our family now has a great vehicle. They even sent us a free certificate for our first oil change! I will be coming back and sending over alot of business. Great down to earth people! :)

The best car buying experience we've ever had! They don't play games and they are fair. They don't play the "shell" game like other dealerships in the area. Just walk in and tell them what you want - they try to put you in the vehicle for the best price/payment possible. NO GAMES! Cars on the lot are in nearly impeccable shape and price seem comparable/reasonable vs. other area dealerships. Highly recommended!
