I drove here from Seattle to visit my father for several weeks. My Beetle needed to add oil change for the trip home. I called the service department of Karen Radley Volkswagen and they got me right in that afternoon. When my dad and I arrived for my appointment with our masks on Darryl checked us in. The office had a clear plastic shield and there was sanitizer the end of each counter. After finding out what I was there for Daryl gave me an estimate of the work to review and sign and then instructed me to have a seat in the lobby for about an hour and I'd be good to go. My father and I sat in the very clean well-lit well organized lobby and talked. There were snacks you could purchase and all the hot chocolate coffee tea or water you could drink for free. I noticed I left my cell phone in the car and I went back over to Daryl. He said it was no problem and went and got it for me. After about the hour that Daryl said it would take he came out to the lobby and told me that I was all ready to go and walk me over to the cashier's desk so I could pay my bill. My bill was exactly what Daryl told me it would be and he wished me a safe trip. Whenever I am in Northern Virginia I will be going to Karen Radley Volkswagen to see Daryl for all my service needs.

I called on Monday and they were able to fit me in the next day for a 100,000 mile check and a check engine light coming on. After checking the car over, they explained in detail what was needed and what was suggested but not needed. They recommended several suggested items (nice to do) could wait for another time. Since the repairs were going to take several hours, they arranged and paid for an Uber to/from my home. I found a positive climate and a good young lady in their service department.

I had my beetle serviced here and it was a wonderful experience. Darell was kind attentive and professional. They fixed everything and returned the car in excellent shape. They even gave it a wash. My only minor suggestion would be to have the mechanics wipe their traces inside a bit so the do not leave marks. Nothing major really. I loved the place and recommend it full heatedly.

Do NOT give them your email address or phone number. I filled out a form and asked about the availability and price of a car listed on their website. Knowing the harassment you can get providing a dealership your number, I intentionally did not provide my phone number. The response I got was simply to ask for my phone number or a call, they didn't even tell if the car was available. I responded with a very direct email that they have already wasted my time by not providing the most basic information in the medium I requested and I would be taking my business elsewhere. I have gotten TWENTY more emails about this car. I have unsubscribed from numerous email lists and price alerts they registered me for against my will, and the emails keep coming. This is why people hate dealerships. This is why I did not provide my phone number. I would be getting unsolicited phone calls in addition to the spam emails. Run, don't walk, from Isaac Morris and the entire sales team at Karen Radley Volkswagen. And no, I don't want to be contacted by any of you fools to discuss my experience.

Ryan Cosgrove made my vehicle purchasing experience very smooth and painless. He was able to and willing to answer any questions or concerns that I had and was not pushy as far as selling me the car, which I really appreciate more than anything. The staff in general was very cordial and helpful from the sales manager to the General manager to the front desk staff. My 2012 Passat was recalled and Radley VW is the closest to me so I went there. They called to let me know it was ready promptly after the work was complete. At this time they said it was badly out of alignment and my tires needed rotation and they gave me a spec sheet to show me how far it was off. I had a four wheel alignment 6 months ago after I bought new tires (3,000 miles). I take my cars to an alignment specialist because he is not only good but his prices are reasonable. He verified my suspicions and my car did not need alignment at all but it cost me $40 (an actual alignment costs twice as much) just to have it put on the rack. I came back to Radley with the correct spec sheet. The service manager (Omar) and the service writer didn't even apologize ... no sorry ... no nothing. I asked them to pay my costs to verify the alignment but I doubt I'll get it. How can I trust Radley with anything when they recommend service that is not at all needed? They wanted $189 for this unneeded service ... what a JOKE!

I liked the immediate service that was received when I pulled into the service bay. A fuse was apparently blown in one of the sockets and it was taken care of in a couple of minutes without a long wait. Excellent Job!!

From Rod Emmons to their entire Sales Team (particularly Rudy, Jerry, Melvin, Minks, and Bob), Service (Omar), Parts (Corey and Kirk), Finance (Matt Yohey), and even their receptionist (Brenda) this store is hands down the BEST! Every one in this store is super friendly and is always looking out for my best interest! I just recently purchased my 3rd Acura from them and the process was a breeze! They never made me feel pressured into buying! I had my mind set on a certain color and unfortunately it was not in stock but the sales team made it happen and found my MDX at another store. All my previous cars were serviced through their service lane and I will continue! The service team is trustworthy and tells you exactly what you need instead of just trying to make money! Brett, Matt, Jerry and Ryan, Yes, managed to interact with four Karen Radley professionals that all had a part in my trade and sale. Each one was helpful, friendly, customer oriented and well spoken. I came to purchase a used Infiniti on the lot. I ended up trading the car I drove in for a great price. It truly was a one stop automotive experience. Brett and Matt worked on the sale of the Infiniti, then Matt assessed the last minute trade vehicle. Once the deal was verbally finalized, Ryan completed the financial paperwork efficiently and quickly. Jerry alternated between both cars as he orchestrated me getting my old vehicle cleaned out, the new vehicle washed and gassed up and also arranging all the paperwork of the two transactions to put me at ease over not forgetting anything. My round trip was 14 hours of driving time from NC, but well worth the results. Thanks to the staff at Karen Radley Acura/VW in Woodbridge, Va.

This was the best experience I've ever had buying/leasing a car. I loved being able to start the process online with the internet sales manager, Cyndi Mullin. She was awesome, answered all my questions, and saved me a ton of time. And my onsite salesman, Drew Dixon, was the best- honest, knowledgeable, sincere, funny, approachable, and truly concerned about customer service. I visited two other VW dealerships that were located much more conveniently to me before coming to Karen Radley VW. However, the other dealerships made me feel like I was being taken advantaged of and not at all respected versus the warm and attentive reception I received at Karen Radley VW. No broken price promises between handoff from salesman to manager; sadly a common event at the other dealerships I visited but not these guys. That's why they got my business. Some problems with out of state registration, tried to charge too much for taxes/fees. I asked them to go direct to my county office and they fixed the problem.

Darrell McMillion is the best Service Consultant I have ever met. He is why, despite moving 13 miles farther north, we continue to come back to Karen Radley. When it came time to choose a new car, I asked Darrell and he favorably recommended the Passat TDI v. a gas Passat. Omar was the gentleman who helped me with the entire process when it came to servicing my ILX. I used to sell cars at a well known dealership so I kind of went in with low expectations for the service department but Omar blew my mind (seriously this guy is a keeper). He was friendly; very knowledgable and made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in. He explained the process and what the costs were before I made my decision. He even helped me put all my things in the loaner!! I couldn't have been happier with how my experience went here. Omar is definitely an example how every one should operate at a dealership both in service and sales. I live closer to the Falls Church Radley but I will drive out to Woodbridge for future service just because of Omar and the team there. Thanks again!!

My sales consultant Richie Staggers was excellent. No pressure was felt to buy a vehicle and he was always able to answer my questions. When I purchased my vehicle, he spent quite a bit of his time introducing me to all the items in my new car and how to operate them. He has also followed up several times checking on how my new car is doing. In addition, the financial person I dealt with (can't remember his name) was also great to work with. He was very prepared and signing the paperwork was easy and efficient. Additional accessories were ordered for my new car and they were in the next day to be installed. The service manager George was awesome to deal with and insured I had a loaner vehicle while my accessories were being installed. The whole experience was great and I would recommend all the people I dealt with to anyone!

I have a 2005 MDX 71,000 miles and I have always taken my car back to Karen Radley Acura for the maintenance service.Although, the car is almost 10 yrs old they still treat it as it is brand new before the service they offered me a ride home and after the service they washed the car.

It started with the online service.(Linda Pazo) I explained the car that I wanted and she found it within 24 hours . she then scheduled an immediate appt. with a sales consultant,Josh Channel who took us from paperwork to having the car delivered from Pennsylvania in about 48 hours. They were extremely helpful and professional and never tried to sell me something I didn't want. I was extremely happy with the professional service I received from Omar and the staff at Radley VW. I arrived 15 minutes before closing time. I explained to Omar what was going on and he did not once make me feel like he was trying to rush me out the door. In fact he set up a loaner car because of the severity of the issues on my vehical. The next day Omar contacted me several times threw out the day to keep me up to date on the progress. He even took the time to explain to me in detail what they found in the diagnostics test. When I picked the vehicle up I was happy to see that all issues were resolved and that my car was also detailed. I live 50 miles from this shop but drove to this location specifically because of there outstanding reputation among my peers. When I purchased my car recently, I received with it a "VIP Rewards" card, which entitles me to free oil changes for 4 years/48k, tire rotations etc. I came in for my first oil change & tire rotation under this program and the entire visit was very smooth and quick. My appt. was for 1:00pm, and I was on the road by 1:40pm - and that included a wash! I couldn't have changed my oil that fast by myself! Let alone rotate the tire and wash it!

I love taking my car to this dealership (the one located in Woodbridge). They always treat me like a queen (especially George, Melvin, Doug, and Jessica, they are awesome). Excellent costumer service and they are fast! Took my car to fix two tires and the rear bumper and they provided me with a rental car and they did everything in two days! Amazing!!!!

FAST response and service! I called at 1:15 pm on a Fri afternoon and asked for a State safety and emissions inspection. By 2 pm my Jetta was in the service bay, and by 2:45 pm I was on my way home! AND ... my Jetta had been washed, the interior cleaned, and the floor mats washed. WOW! That's A+ service in my book!

Joe was very knowledgeable and stayed in regular contact with me regarding the scheduling of my appointment, which had to be changed a few times because of business travel conflicts. He made a concerted effort to provide the best value possible by applying the appropriate discounts and specials. I liked the ambiance of the dealership - people greeted me but I didn't feel pressure regarding a sale. My salesperson Doug was excellent; knowledgeable and very customer focused. Everything progressed smoothly and I really appreciated the car being delivered. My husband is handicapped and we live over 30 miles away so delivery was a help. That kind of service is what would make me recommend Karen Radley.

In this case in particular, I had a coupon that I didn't mention up front (my mistake), and when I went to pay, my service tech promptly returned to his station with my coupon to adjust my paperwork to reflect the discount.

I had an Emissions inspection on my 2012 TL. I was in and out in about 15 min. on a Friday afternoon! So much better than going to a gas station! They offered me a car wash as well! I declined the offer as I had just had a car wash.

Day of payment someone picked me up at VRE station and drove to dealer. Day of delivery everything was excellent and only 1hr to complete. Salesman showed me some Passat programming tricks over phone while I was driving.

Minks Kamara has been my Sales person my last three(3) visits and he makes you feel like you are FAMILY. I had a glove comparment box repaired shortly after I purchased my Accura. The lock box was under warranty and was fixed by Accura. Two years later the glove compartment is broken. I use it maybe once or twice a year it's not subject to any wear and tear or excessive use. Had I actually used it I would have realized much sooner that they did not fix it when it was under warranty. Accura now wants $300 to repair it. Why would I pay Accura to repair something they did not fix when it was under warranty? What if they don't fix it again?

I visited Karen Radley on two occasions; once to look at a certified used VW Jetta TDI and once to look at a new VW Jetta TDI. On both trips, I found the sales staff to be accommodating and helpful. The first trip, I arrived with barely fifteen minutes until closing time and John Dow, the salesman who assisted me, had the car I was test driving ready to go and did not make me feel rushed during the test drive. He was also very low-pressure in his follow-up, which I appreciated. The second trip, Sal Cirillo took me on a test drive of a new VW and I was impressed with his knowledge about the car. Again, the experience was civil and low-pressure and Sal ultimately quoted me a very good price on the car. Although another dealership ultimately earned my business, I was very pleased with my experience at Karen Radley from top to bottom. The sales staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful, and the management seemed to be the same. If you're in the market for a Volkswagen, I would definitely recommend checking these guys out.

I went in to replace a minor part on my center console. Acura still asked me if I wanted my car washed even though that would have taken longer than getting the part replaced. Also, when my car was ready, I found out that they fixed something that was recalled just recently, and still was able to return the car by the time it was promised.

I have been getting my car serviced at Karen Radley Acura for seven years (pretty much a few months after I purchased my car). I have always received exceptional service. I was never asked to have work performed on my car that was unnecessary and competitors' pricing has always been matched (or has come very close to that price) when I've brought a lower price to their attention. I wanted to especially point out that Rick Robertson is, hands down, the best service manager ever. He's responsive, honest and helpful. I will be relocating to the Atlanta area and Rick has even gone as far as calling Acura dealers in the area where I will be living to provide an introduction. He made sure that my car is in tip top shape so that I will not have to get any maintenance done for a few months after I get out there. He's a really great service manager and Karen Radley Acura is lucky to have him. I can honestly say that Rick (in addition to the fact that every time I've gotten any work done on my car it was performed with high quality workmanship and I had no issues) is the primary reason why I've stayed with Karen Radley Acura service as long as I have. I hope to be as lucky to find a dealership and a service manager that provides the same level of service when I move to Atlanta.

I ALWAYS bring my cars (3 VW Bugs) to KR...except once. Last year my battery died and after getting a jump I took it to NTB because I couldn't make it to KR. They gave me a battery that leaked all over everything. Took the car to KR where the damage was discovered. It cost a LOT, but was done right and I received a nice loaner car. August I'll buy another new bug...from Karen Radley of course! Trust them!

My coolant warning signal had been lighting on my car for some time, but due to heavy traveling, I only had a few specific days I was able to take it in to the dealership. Omar was able to schedule me the day I called and provide a diagnostic along with a loaner vehicle within 30-45 minutes upon arrival. He remembered the next day that I had a meeting at 1pm - so he called me prior to let me know that my car wouldn't be ready in time and was flexible with when I could pick up my car. I usually get my car serviced at the dealership where I bought it, but brought it to Karen Radley because it was so much closer to my house. Knowing now that I will receive excellent service, I will most likely bring my car here moving forward.

Richie Staggers approached me immediately when I parked. I've never felt so welcomed and valued as a customer. Being young we never get a decent service however, Richie changed all circumstances with his approach and customer service. Not only was he able to help me out and make my decision with Acura continuous and change my mind with Audi he was able to provide loyal service that made me appreciate Karen Radley Acura even after it had a bad experience prior with my old TL which wasn't at this location. Not only was Richie outstanding. The Assistant Manager Melvin was astonishing. He remembered who I was everytime I came in and made sure I was taken care of. I knew that during my whole time at Woodbridge Radly Acura I was getting a greater service than average just because of how much Melvin was involved. Made me feel secure about my decision and grateful he kept me up to date. I really couldn't just list one thing I enjoyed because my experience was so great that I felt like there were too many too list. I've been to multiple dealerships, that isn't just Acura. I was rewarded for my years of customer loyalty by receiving a huge discount on the purchase of a new car. Sales Representative Bob Still was pleasant and too the frustration of negotiating prices and trade in work out of the process and made it a relaxed, enjoyable experience for me. Charles did an excellent job of explaining the car features and set up before I left and took his time to answer any questions I had. Ryan Poole was friendly and honest in my financing and allowed me to speed up the process. I will definitely buy my next car with this dealership in the future. Both Darryl and Omar really take care of me each and every time. Even with the snow making things difficult, the dealer still opened on time and I was able to get a loaner on the spot. The service tech was great and really adamant about making sure my car was in good running and physical condition. I appreciate what these guys do. I can't say enough about them. The higher cost of service is worth the price when service is top-notch and I know the job will be done right every time.

All the guys have always been wonderful there at Woodbridge Acura, but Joe was the best of all. You guys go from good, better, to best. All three members of staff we dealt with directly (and in the case of Cyndi indirectly) were polite, knowledgable and professional. We left the dealership feeling very satisfied with our experience. Our salesperson was Charles on Tuesday. He certainly knows what his job entails. He has a very helpful (and engaging) attitude toward his clients. This approach was replicated by all the staff we encountered.

The level of service was such that I had not experienced at a dealership previously. I was welcomed when I pulled my car into the service bay, escorted to my service representative, and treated with a tremendous level of respect. The representative, Jorge Sands, listened to my concerns about my car, discussed them with me, and we arrived at a plan for service. I was escorted to the waiting area while a loaner was arranged for me. The wait time was very short, and the necessary documents were brought out to me by Mr. Sands. My car was serviced and returned to me at the promised time. All of the service completed was explained to me thoroughly. The bill was explained to me, and the check out process was handled efficiently. Mr. Sands retrieved my car and brought it to me. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Radley Acura. I have previously dealt with an Acura dealership in Chevy Chase, MD. They have lost me as a customer. I will now have all of my service issues handled at Radley Acura. And when I am ready to purchase a new car in a year or two, I am convinced that I will return to Radley Acura to make that purchase.

The service I required was to determine a check engine light cause. Even though I had no appointment the service consultant made a point of seeing that my vehicle received quick service to determine and correct the problem. The quick turn around enabled me to make a scheduled medical appointment. I was also informed throughout my visit on the progress of the work. The overall experience just strengthens my belief that Karen Radley has the best service department in the Woodbridge area.

EVERYTHING! I brought my car in to fix my car after an accident I had where the body shop had done terrible repair work. I was working with Joe and Jeremy and between the two of them, they contacted the body shop, the insurance company handling my claim, billed them for work that needed to be done, and took care of everything for me. I'm very grateful and happy with the work. Its also incredibly convenient to be able to use the loaner cars. My schedule was uninterrupted even though it took about 5 days to complete the work on my car. It made the whole experience that much easier.

For the 2 years that I have been coming to this establishment I have had nothing but outstanding service provided by Trish Haskins and Rick in the service center. This is the best dealership that I have dealt with in years and one I do not feel is taking advantage of me with the pricing of services. The gentlemen that drive the courtesy drop off have been awesome and definitely polite. Stellar service by them. The older gentleman is always a pleasure to deal with. Its also a shame that Trish Haskins does not work there any longer, she was the best service rep that I and my family have dealt with in 20 years.

Most of the KR staff both VW and Acura greet you with a smile and always eager to help. Between Omar and the remaining 88% or so of staff keeps me returning for my VW and Acura needs. P.s I cannot leave Osama out either, he is an awesome service technician. Explains what the car needs and how he has resolved any provlem or concern his customers present. Although all the staff isn't always friendly I give KR an A+ because the employees show just how good an organization the KR is.

By far KR VW is top dealer in service based on my experiences with other VW dealerships in my area. I was able to get the tires I needed, mount/balance, and alignment in time toake my emergency trip this weekend. They really empathized with my situation. I don't mind driving from Alexandria to Woodbridge to get my car serviced.

We travel to Radley VW (from far upper NW DC) for all of our routine service because we think that Radley is by far the most customer-focused, friendly automobile dealership we have ever known. That's a 25-mile one-way trip for us. We bought both of our Tiguans from Radley. Their Sales Department is a model of what every automobile dealership should strive to be. The same can be said for their Service Department!

This review is for Tom Logsdon who is a new salesman at the dealership. I find the whole experience of purchasing cars to be unpleasant at best, and typically leave dealerships as soon as the gimmicky sales talk starts. Tom was knowledgeable, forthcoming and helpful throughout the process, even at the end when we faced a couple of sticking points in the negotiation. He is the first car salesman in 25 years and 5 car purchases whom I would recommend to friends and family.

And, as I mention in every survey I complete, your personnel treat me and every customer I see in your shop as if we were Warren Buffetts. I even surprised myself when I finally gave up on our Toyota dealership, which is only four miles from our house, to drive 20 miles to Karen Radley for service on our Avalon. I trust your mechanics and your staff. They do their utmost to discover what is wrong with my car and not just put a temporary band-aid on it to get it out of the shop, as has been our experience at the other dealership, and which could have cost us our lives. I had no appointment but I was greeted like it mattered that I was there, I was treated as a valued customer, I did not feel as if my "dropping by" was an imposition and...AND they fixed my problem, with no charge! On top of it all, they washed my car, personally returned the car to me, and sent me off like you would a friend! This dealership is great and - in addition - the service department is OFF THE CHART! Thank you for reaffirming my thoughts that I should never buy another car from any other place!

I went to buy the car and I was IMPRESSED. The car was ready, Melvin was ready, Rob was there, finance was ready. Purchase process was smooth and expedicious. Getting to the sale was where the previous problem was. I was not completely pleased that Karen Radley Acura and Radley Acura did not offer the same benefits. EG Radley gives free oil changes which Karen did not, also a full tank of gas would have been nice. I am not sure if I will go there for service since I did not get free oil changes.

I recently took my 2008 VW Jetta to Karen Radley Service department for what I knew was going to be a costly repair job. I did not purchase my Jetta from Radley but after reading several wonderful reviews on their service department, I decided to go to them for a second opinion on my car repair need. The VW service consultant, Omar Gardezi obtained a loaner for me and gave me frequent updates about the status of my repair and when the grim news was finally given, I was allowed plenty of time to make a decision about spending several thousands of dollars in repairs or get a new car. Financially, this was not the best time for me to purchase a car but given my daily commute to work, I needed reliable transportation. I was called directly by the General Manager, Rod Emmons to extend his help with my situation and was there to help get me in a new car if that was what I wanted to do. Mr. Emmons even called the VW dealership where I purchased the car to check on any possible service warranty that would help with the cost of my repair. I truly felt they wanted what was best for me. Mr. Emmons was terrific! I have never known of a GM to spend so much time one on one with a customer and work so hard to get them the best deal. From Omar Gardezi in Service, Ryan Poole, the business manager and Rod Emmons, they made this "unwanted" purchase almost painless for me. I was given a very fair trade given what was known about my car's service needs. I decided on a 2012 Acura TSX and I am very pleased with the purchase process and my new car!

Price was great had keys waiting at his desk when me and my wife arrived, we traveled 2 hours and 20 mins to come get this vehicle. Experience was outstanding. My wife and I have purchased three new cars from Karen Radley Acura/VW in Woodbridge VA - 2006 TL, 2012 Golf R and 2013 RDX. All of our sales and service experiences have been consistently outstanding. We traded the 2006 TL on the RDX after six years and 100K trouble free miles, and received excellent pricing on both our trade-in and the new vehicle. The Golf R was also favorably priced for us, despite most dealers sticking to MSRP on this limited availability model. The Acura Service Department has always taken excellent care of my wife's TL, and I'm sure will continue to do so with her new RDX, both of which she absolutely loves - she is probably an Acura fan for life now! Just bought a 2013 RDX with tech pkg for my wife. Tarek and John were awesome to work with. I worked with Tarek, sales mgr, on the phone and via email to get the lowest price possible in writing. Showed up and worked with John Dow, salesman, as agreed. They gave us the lowest price and no hassle at all. No funny business or confusion. No up-sale tactics. A very positive experience. Worth the drive from MD.

This dealership is a waste time. I was looking to buy used TL the saleperson just waste my time didnt want to sell me the car. Managers dont return phone calls. Buyer beware.
