DJ was our salesman. He was very friendly and accommodating. He took care of things quickly and professionally. We love our truck. He deserves 5 stars but the person responsible for cleaning the truck at the dealership could have done a much better job. That was my only complaint. Other than that, all the people were friendly and went out of their way to get things done as quickly as possible. Thank you DJ.

When I decided to buy a new vehicle, I wanted to go back to a Toyota. I definitely wanted to buy local-so I went to Karl Malone Toyota in Ruston, LA. That is when I met Robert James. He was extremely helpful and patient. He listened when I told him what I was looking for and helped me get the most money for my trade-in. When I purchased my new vehicle, Robert explained all the ‘bells and whistles’ on my SUV. I was amazed at the time he took with me and with the knowledge of all the features on my new car. I highly recommend Robert James to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!
