The guys at the shop really helped me when no one else would. Made for a very pleasant visit. And I really love my car and have not had any problems with it

From the beginning of my experience at Karmart I received personalized and attentive service. As I live out of the area I was even assisted by Josh in getting my old car home to Bellingham which was an incredible help. He was exceptionally accommodating of my schedule and proved to be highly trustworthy. I wouldn't hesitate recommending to anyone I know the purchase of a car through this dealership!

We were pleasantly surprised that the purchase of an automobile could actually be a great experience. Not only was the actual purchase painless but, because of Josh Linvog, we feel we are on the road to a better financial future. Which, of course, isn't even what we went shopping for or expected to come with our purchase but we were matched with Josh and for that we are especially grateful. His professionalism and kindness were above and beyond any previous experience we have had. Thanks to Nissan Karmart we will continue to drive Nissans well into our future.

Was told at 3 other dealers too upside-down in current car with poor credit.Josh went above & way beyond expectations.got car I wanted payments increased $20.knowledgeable friendly, didn't screw me on trade or new price.negotiations were painless.can't believe this place worked a deal where 3 others said only if you want this car or huge down payment. I can't recommend this place or Josh with enough praise.he did what others couldnt.thank you

Kaila Johnson is a great sales woman. She is very understanding and works hard on your behalf. I was in and out in less than two hours, and left with the vehicle I wanted. Thank you to all of the staff for helping me get my first car!!

I bought a brand new Nissan Rogue. 5 miles on it. It was an unseasonably dry winter in Washington, but eventually it rained. Found out the factory had not sealed the car in many spots and ended up with puddles of rain/road water in my brand new car. Wanted it replaced but was told no. Missed a lot of work to get repairs done without so much as a 'sorry for the inconvenience'. Selling point on the car was that they would throw in some free oil changes. Turns out those are provided by the warranty and expire after 20k miles or a year. Was never told that was just told they would throw those in because of their generosity. Have tried to contact management on several occasions only to be ignored or continually passed off and made to feel like an inconvenience. This is the second Nissan we have bought from this dealer, and 4th Nissan we have owned, and they have caused the loss of a loyal customer.

This is the first time I have ever had a positive experience at a car dealership (and I'm 57 years old!). My wife and I went in knowing which car we wanted and how much we wanted to pay. We feel that we got a good deal and the experience was positive. Thank yous go to Shelby and Ted. We enjoyed talking to them about more than just the car. We drove away happy.

If zero stars was an option, that is exactly what I would give this rating. I have been car shopping for a couple weeks now. I am not in need of a newer car, it's merely a want, so I am being extremely particular on the vehicle I seek out (and why shouldn't I). I went to Nissan Karmart yesterday (after driving over an hour and a half to get there) as they had a vehicle I was quite interested in. First of all, the salesmen should have knowledge of a vehicle they're selling. I was told by Scott "this model has the music box, so it definitely does have navigation". I explained to him "not definitely - - the car can have music box WITHOUT navigation" (but this particular model did indeed have navigation). We took the car for a test drive (he didn't ask for my license and when I offered it up, he declined) and I wanted to take the car on the freeway. He took me on a wild goose chase through back roads galore. After I mentioned I wanted to go on the freeway, he stated he was taking us to highway 20 because "the freeway gets a lot of congestion by this exit". Highway 20 maxes out at 50 mph, not to mention there are stop lights. I took the car on the freeway anyway....I am the potential buyer - - not him. When we got back to the dealership I told him I'd like to check the oil. To my surprise, the oil was completely dirty! He then goes on to say that they've had the car since 3/31/15 and that was the last oil change and that it was dark because it hasn't been driven much. I stated regardless if it's been driven, nearly 5 months have now passed since the last oil change. He then went on to tell me that Infiniti's do not need to be changed for 5,000 miles. I corrected him and said that actually, Infiniti suggests an oil change every 3,750 miles and being that he said he was a previous Infiniti owner (twice) I was surprised he didn't know that. Once I spoke up, he quickly backtracked his comment to 5,000 miles. Despite his lack of knowledge and assuming because I am a woman, I will know nothing, I was still interested in the car....contingent on an oil change. I also advised him that after an oil change, I would need to take the car to Infiniti for a full inspection. He then wanted me to sign an agreement that if they changed the oil and Infiniti gave a clean report, I would buy the vehicle on our agreed numbers. After they gave me an insulting lowball offer for my trade, I politely declined and was ready to walk. Once he realized there was no deal, his attitude became extremely rude and argumentative. Scott not only insulted me (told me I was nitpicking, insinuated that I was over reacting on wanting an inspection since the car is still under warranty and challenged me on previous offers from other dealerships that I have walked away from) but he treated me with such disrespect. I honestly believe if I were a man or if I had walked in there with a man, the treatment I was given would have been the complete opposite. These imbecile's should not judge a book by its cover. Just because I am female does not suggest I have no knowledge on cars. Actually, it's quite the opposite and I do know cars and know what to look for. He realized as such and it infuriated him. I would encourage anyone in the market for a new/used car to steer clear of Nissan Karmart. Save yourself time and sanity.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. To be upfront, they didn't do anything illegal. Immoral, yes, illegal, no. A few weeks ago our 19yr old willingly signed the paperwork for his car purchase. The irony is that when he called to say he was at the dealership looking at cars, my husband told him he'll get ripped off and to wait until they could go together. Little did we know he had already gone through with the purchase. They found a newbie, wet behind the ears, totally clueless and took him for a ride. He didn't look at KBB or Edmonds. Didn't ask for a Carfax report, and didn't balk at the double-digit interest rate. They sold him a 2002 Mustang with 130,000miles and 2/32nd depth tires. He had to replace all 4 tires after he nearly slid off the road this past weekend. We're pretty sure the car was in an accident even though carfax says no, since the car wobbles at speed, dives when the brakes are applied and has miss matched head lights. KBB says it's worth $2.3k, Edmonds $2.6k. They sold it to him for $6k.... No really, $6,081, a ~275% markup. What bank approves a car loan for that upside down?? Credit Acceptance Corporation is who, I will let you look up their ratings on your own, hint its not good. These appear to be people without scruples, morals, integrity, or concern. They took advantage of a young, foolish teenager just to sell another car. The only thing that surprises me about this whole deal is not that it happened, there's a reason why used car salesmen have a reputation, but it happened at a Nissan dealership. I expect this story from some shady used car lot, but at a Nissan dealership?? My in-laws have only bought Nissan cars their whole life. I am sure we will have no issues convincing them to make a different choice for their next car.

This was our second purchase of a Nissan Altima from Karmart, and of all of my car buying experiences, this was by far the best because of Jason. His professionalism and patience surpassed our expectations. We will not only return to Kamart, but we will ask for Jason for our nextensive purchase. Jason personally delivered our new car to our home and took us through a thorough tutorial of all of the great features of our new Altima.

Bought 3 new cars from Karmart nissan since 2005. Purchased a 2014 Rogue about 1 month ago. The drivers seat caused my leg to go numb. Each time I drove it the numbness got worse. Karmart said there was nothing wrong with the seat and I was on my own, I could take it to a seat repair shop and they should be able to help me. Told they do a lot of business with them. Knowing that if I paid to have the seat altered it would void the warranty on the seat, I contacted Nissan customer service. To make a long story short, my condition was getting far worse. I dreaded driving the car so much we took a loss on the Rogue and traded it in on a new Hyundai. We believe Nissan customer service would possibly have helped us eventually with fixing the seat. But I was getting worse daily and had enough. Karmart Nissan is fine with taking you money but don't expect any help from them

Fantastic Dealership now that the riff raff has been sorted out. Jason and Dave handled my situation in a professional and no nonsense way. I was able to buy the vehicle I was after and they managed to secure financing for me at a pretty decent interest rate.I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. They own Dodge/Jeep/Nissan and VW dealership in the area and have tons of inventory.

Went to Karmart Nissan to look at a 2012 Frontier last week. The salesman Owen was friendly, but seemed uninterested in selling me a Nissan. Instead the passed me off to a Dodge salesman, Chad, who had me drive a truck I was not interested in and is pretty much the same truck that I currently own just a few years newer. Dodge dealership is owned by the same corporation. We tried pricing out and test driving Frontier's and the comparable Toyota Tacoma's in a different city further away. We got good info from both Nissan and Toyota dealerships, but were wanting to think about the purchase and do further research on our own as well. I did have hard time finding a Frontier PRO4X to test drive to compare the Tacoma TRD. Well I finally found a PRO4X at Karmart Nissan which is only 40 mins from my house. i scheduled a test drive and liked the PRO4X better than the SV model and only slightly more than the Tacoma TRD. Now we got to the price portion and pricing my trade in. They were expecting sticker price immediately and were low balling me on my trade by about $8,000 and expecting $6,000 down payment. WTF!! This was completely ridiculous. Not even realistic at all. The other dealerships at least made a halfway realistic attempt on the trade in price and negotiations. We negotiated the price down more but still they were way off the mark compared to the other places we had looked. During the negotiations, my work had called and left some messages telling me I needed to return to work and assist with some things. I told Owen, the salesman, I needed to leave. They had taken my keys to my truck to have it inspected so its not like I could have just jumped in my truck and drove away. Owen did attempted to get the keys back from his sales manager, but I had heard the manager yell at him when he was getting my keys for me and told him he had better act like a salesman and make this sale. WTF? #2, why would a sales manager say that where his customers could hear? Owen did come back telling me that we would be out in 30 mins if we agreed on this price, which was still not where I wanted to be at. I told him I needed to leave immediately and he got my keys. I did feel bad for Owen but I will not buy from Karmart. I will not return to this dealership after the way I was treated and because of how the sales manager treated his salesmen in front of customers. I really hope this review gets forwarded to the GM or the owner of Karmart. Honestly they should be embarrassed by this review and they should fire their sales manager! I will not recommended this dealership to ANYONE EVER!!! -T and SP.S. We are real people and this a real review. We will be happy to answer any questions associated with this review.

Thank you, Jason Melton at KarMart Nissan, Burlington for making my car buying experience fun and pain free. My credit has a few bumps in it and I was a bit leary about getting a good rate and a good car for my money. Jason went above and beyond to help me. I cannot thank you enough Jason. I purchased a 2011 Dodge Advenger (which I love) and Jason was able to get me a loan rate that is very workable. Big shout out to Jason for doing a fabulous job. I would recommend Jason Melton at Karmart Nissan in Burlington to any of my friends and family. Sharmaine McIntyre

Everyone so friendly, good moods, willing to listen, everyone very helpful and most important to us no one was a push salesman.
