Joel and Art took AMAZING care of us! We called midweek, and they were awesome! They have a deposit policy like no other. We secured the car to come see it from Jacksonville, and when we arrived they had it ready for us to see! They were so kind, and even let our kids play in the office while we got down to business. They worked with our budget and were happy to accommodate where they could! Between the test drive, paperwork, and getting to know one another we were in an out within an hour! With two little hangry ones it meant the world. Next time we buy, we’re driving down again! Thank you guys!

This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. So simple, no stress. The staff is so professional, and the small little family lot is filled with beautiful used cars all of which are in outstanding condition as well. Joel was more than willing to help me with every question I had, even if I asked the same question multiple times! Lmao.. Leidy was prompt with responses when needed and was also so held throughout the short process. I would recommend this place to everyone. The customer service is superb and the car inventory peaks for itself. Go check them out! You won’t regret it!

I bought this nice Infinity QX60 Hybrid at KarPlaza earlier today and I am very happy with the purchase! The sales rep and the owner spent a lot of time educating me and helping me make up my mind about what to buy. The were willing to negotiate and gave me a great deal on the vehicle. I highly recommend this used car dealership. They are not the crooked used car salesmen many of us have dealt with in the past. Very honest people.

I recently purchased a beautiful 2014 Jetta from KarPlaza in Tampa. Excellent experience!! I came in looking for a car & explained my situation with my credit & I was assured that they would be able to help me out. Peter Parker is the salesperson that helped me & he was great. He was very professional, helpful & genuinely a nice person to work with. I purchased a Scion xB & I almost drove off before the manager noticed that the front tires had almost no tread & he replaced both of them. I recommend KarPlaza to anyone looking for a car.

I bought my car from here in November. The sales man I dealt with was Ray; he was absolutely delightful. This location is now Kar Plaza but Ray is still there. He was very respectful and informative and went above and beyond to assist me in my car buying process. I never felt pressured to purchase. I love my car and got an amazing price on it. As a woman, I often find car buying a difficult and exasperating process but Ray made me feel comfortable and was straight forward and reasonable. I highly recommend.

People at most lots I went to would judge me because I'm young and the way I look, but Mr.Ray at KarPlaza Tampa from the beginning to the end treated me like family, even after I was ready to sign Ray and his manager got me a lower interest rate. I love my IMPALA and I tell everybody to go see Mr. Ray at KarPlaza Tampa , great people that will treat you right.

Well I will admit that at first I was nervous and scared because of bad past experiences but my sales man Ray Rodriguez made the whole process seem simple and didn't rush me or push me just let me make my mind up.
