I contacted this dealer twice but never got a response.Then,I asked my friend who did business with the dealer in the past and he shared his horrible experience with the dealer.This gave me reason to be happy that this dealer never responded to my inquiries.

The service was okay, the price was a little high, and car had a lot of parts that was coming off. For example my wife was in the back seat and when she roll down the window it was okay, but when she roll-up the window the mount for the window came off. that's when I noticed that all the mount for all four windows was missing. Also it's been over four week's and still no plates and or paperwork for registration.

By far the best car buying experience we have ever had. They truly make it special for anyone walking in the door. I didn't feel pressured about any part of this. We recently got our bmw a year ago somewhere els and the experience wasn't good. But now that we have bought our truck here we won't go anywhere els but here. ! By far the best and easiest way to buy a car. Ramon was really helpfull and stayed over an hour to help us with the purchase. I even recieved a call from them a few days later to see how we liked the vehicle and to ask if there was any problems. I would highly recomend Kars R Us for your next purchase. An all around 5 star dealer without a doubt !

Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the moment my husband and I walked onto the lot we felt as ease. We were allowed to browse through the cars with the comfort of knowing the sale associates were there to answer our question while giving us our space to examine the vehicles we liked. The inventory is excellent with lots of great cars to choose from. Additionally the entire staff was above and beyond professional and very welcoming. Financing was an absolute ease. Ramon treated us more like a friend than a customer he wanted to make money off of. I will recommend kars r us to anyone buying a car and I will definitely return if I need to buy another car. I was recommended to a few places by a friend of mine and Kars R Us was one of those places. They helped me through the process by showing me some great cars and letting me decide what I liked and disliked. They answered my questions to the best of their knowledge and told me when they didn't know something about the car. I had just started building credit and Ramone was able to actually secure me a loan! I didn't even need to go through sub-prime lenders! I got a 2011 Honda Accord that's still under Factory warranty that should serve my needs for years. These guys are the real deal - they will work with lenders to get financing and help you avoid a sub-prime loan. I plan on coming back when I need another vehicle and all my friends will know where to go for used cars.

I bought my acura tsx and im in love with the car. I really liked how I felt at home and was able to look around and test drive the car without having to feel stressed out that someone was watching me. The salesman let me test drive it alone and was very patient and I got the best interest rate. The salesperson name was Ramon. He was very good and made me feel comfortable and easy to talk to.

Buying at Kars R Us was a very enjoyable experience. The car we wanted was blocked in by quite a few vehicles, but the personell moved things very quickly so we could take it for a test drive with very little wait time. The paperwork didn't take long at all and the people fantastic. I would recommend Kars R Us to anyone needing a used Honda. We drove from Livermore and it was well worth the drive.

I would like to say thank you to the owners of Karz r us in Modesto. They have without a doubt been the most kind and helpful owners I have had the pleasure of coming in contact with. Both Ramon and Paul made my car buying experience a breeze. Ramon and I spoke on the phone and handled most of the application process as well and the financing, along with the type of vehicle I was interested in. This helped immensely as I live in Stockton. They listened to my questions and concerns and answered them honestly and straight forth. I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted without anyone trying to persuade me to buy something less than what I was wanting. With a better than anticipated down and an absolute amazing interest rate than I previously had on my last vehicle. Which was my main purpose for purchasing another vehicle. Prior to contacting Karz r us I read the reviews and they were all positive, I couldn't help but wondered why there weren't any negative comments. It is because they work hard to give clients a since of family. I will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle.

I purchased a 2006 Ford F150 from Kars R Us without out having to pay the large down payment that other dealerships charge. They also put new tires on my truck and took care of some other minor issues I had right away. I am now happy to have not only a really nice truck but one with a reasonable monthly payment. I would recommend this dealership to anyone...i definetely found what I was looking for without ridiculous price tag and sales gimmicks. Paul and Ramon are the coolest dealers I've come across. Awsome dealership all around. Great used cars and trucks. love my 2004 chevy pickup that I just bought from them. like the other review said you deal straight up with the owners.no cheesy sales men trying to make a quick buck at your expense no matter what. At Kars R Us, Pual made sure I drove off with a reliable truck. and roman set me up with a pretty decent loan with low intrest rate . Both are the owners and good guys.
