What a great family dealership. We have shopped for used cars before and it is always been a hassle. The last time we bought a used car they tried to charge us $950 to detail the car which was basically washing it! During this search I had called around at a few places in Virginia which wanted to charge $750 for detailing plus $750 for dealer fees! So outrageous! And since I'm in Maryland I would have had to still go to MVA and deal with that hassle plus getting it through inspection which they would not guarantee. So why am I spending $1,500?!?! So imagine my pleasant surprise when I came across this small dealership who actually had the truck I wanted to see. Not only was it priced fairly but they don't charge all those ridiculous fees. It was truly a pleasure doing business with this family run business and I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

I almost never write reviews after working with Samuel, I felt compelled to do so. He immediately put me at ease in the entire sales process and made it so simple and easy. Like most buyers I had the "car sales" stigma. He put me in my new car with a smile on my face!

Before i post this comment, let me first say that honest and customer service is number in my book period. I really thank God for sending me to this dealership. Besides me buying a car that i was very satisfied with he also enabled me to meet such professional and honest people at this dealership. I would definitely recommend and will recommend everyone that i know to come to KB's and have a very good experience with some HONEST and PROFESSIONAL people. I had NO issues with my vehicle AT ALL so thank you KB AUTO for taking care of me inspite of the challenges i had on my end for getting the job done.
