I highly recommend KC Auto Connection. A car buying experience can be stressful, but that was not the case here. Dion & Henry are easy to deal with --easy going, friendly gentlemen. They were professional, courteous, and very helpful. I always felt they were being upfront & truthful with me through the entire process. Dion was especially helpful arranging the best financing deal for me. Very nice guys looking to sell cars. We traveled 55 miles to check out a few on their lot after some research. They had exactly what my daughter was looking for and financed her at a good rate, let her drive away with her “new car”. Five days later they informed her that her payment would be $100 more than expected. She drove another 110 miles to return the vehicle today. Read reviews and don’t finance with these guys.

It appears a prospective buyer stated, "They increased their monthly payments by $100.00. KC Auto Connection, Does Not finance vehicles. It had to be her Financial Institution that increased the payments. I have never met a Sales Team that is as honest and caring as these Guys. Their service is unremarkable! Sorry to the person that the sales did not work out. 😔 . Your service and sells Team is one in a million! Love you Guys!

Good selection of nice vehicles. Friendly customer service. Do not leave the lot with a purchased car without having your loan finances secured & signed. Unfortunately I had to return a car after a week of back and forth texts, calls & emails to find out I actually wasn’t approved (initially told I was approved & for how much), needed a co-signer & my monthly payment would be $100+ more per month. Bummer to get my hopes up for something big like this and have to take it back.
