The dealership and people were nice but hadon't problem with them at first until they explain how the rebate was already taken off the price of the demo .I think that is wrong because I bought 3 cars that day thinking we were getting cheaper cars because we were getting demos when if we had known we could have looked at used cars or cheaper ones .I was trying to get lower Payment so my kids could make there own payments .But I'm gonna have to help them now ..And I did think the Volester I bought had a GPS but it don't I guess I should have asked befor I bought it .But anyway we have 2 new and one demo and the demo ended up costing more than the new ones did .

We had a small problem at the beginning,but John settled it and everything is fine . I bought three cars that day and was sick. So I came back after I felt better to discuss everything and John explained it to me .

We tried to look at cars at the downtown location and no one spoke to us for the 20 minutes we were there so we went to the other KC Summers location on Lakeland Blvd. and were waited on immediately. Because that salesperson took the time to talk to us we eventually bought the car from him. We looked at several cars at different dealerships but in the end we felt this was he best choice for us.

I was originally shown a Hyundai Elantra and then they tried to sell me a Toyota on lease and I'm in school so that's not an option I drive too much and now I have a Hyundai Accent

I don't feel like I paid the right price. I think it should have been less that what I paid. I paid outright not on a lease. I was charged $750 just for not leasing

I went in expecting to purchase a 2017 dealer Elantra with 8,000+ miles on it. I left in a 2017 Elantra with 12 miles on it for the same ballpark price. I also received what I wanted & thought was fair for my trade-in. This was all with very little negotiation. I was in & out in about 2 hours. They treated my husband & I to lunch & Garrett even contacted my insurance. The whole process was smooth & I will definitely purchase here again.

Brad Franklin was our sales representive and he handled all of our concerns and questions in a professional manner. The show room and service area were immaculate. Austin Powley personified courtesy and professional knowledge throughout my purchase experience. After learning my needs, he provided three vehicles to test drive. All three fit my needs, and he did not pressure me to buy a more expensive vehicle. The finance department was also courteous, friendly, and helpful, as was the service department when they clear coated my car. In my life's experience with car dealerships, KC Summers has been the prototype for excellence, and I plan to recommend it to any of my friends who plan to buy a vehicle in the future.

We didn't want to buy a car, but our car had been totaled in an accident and we were suddenly in a position where we HAD to buy a car. We went into KC Summers feeling pretty overwhelmed and not at all excited to be in the market for another car, especially considering we had a SERIOUS budget and credit that was less than stellar. Nick heard our situation, listened to what we needed, and found us a car that seemed too good to be true. We explained our budget and he and Matt went out of their way to get us into this car at the price we needed. They are basically magicians. We got the car at the price we needed and at an APR far better than any other dealership was offering. We are extremely satisfied customers.

Very impressive staff. Only comment I have is that they were so busy on the particular day we were there it took some time before we were acknowledged. Not a bad problem for a dealership to have!!! Otherwise great service and very nice and courteous sales associates and finance manager. Never felt rushed or pressured during our time there.

The Hyundai Accent meets my requirements. It took sometime understand the controls because the controls were backwards form the previous car that I had, but once I understood the controls it was easy to operate.

Our salesperson, Sheryl Wayne, went above and beyond our expectations. We went in with the intention of just researching our options but she made the process so easy and comfortable that we walked out with a brand new vehicle. We have a Hyundai dealer somewhat closer to us but have had good experience at K C Summer so we came out of our way to deal here and weren't disappointed. Ali is a class sales person, not too much pressure and will do what's necessary to make the deal. Felt we were dealt with fairly.

I had a great experience shopping for an SUV at KC Summers. Even tho I started the search, then had to postpone buying until later, my sales person was THE BEST! She had also been extremely patient with my father and mother in law in the past, and that is why I went straight to her first. Then when it came down to signing the sales papers and arranging finance, the man assisting us was just right in his demeanor- not pushy- very friendly, yet professional, and shared stories with us of the history of KC Summers, due to photos in his office of the Summers family. And the whole process went quickly and smoothly.

Summers beat out a larger dealer in a different location and got me the exact car I wanted at a price that I did not think was possible for me to get. I had a good experience in dealing with K.C. Summers. The salesman was courteous and not pushy in any way. He seemed to listen to what I was saying instead of pushing a car I didn't want. He took his time and really acted like he was interested in helping with my needs instead of acting like I was taking his time away from him and he was just to busy with other things. The finance guy was welcoming and again not pushy in any way. I would recommend K.C Summers to my family and friends.
