Still surprised that no appears to know that service on an electronic vehicle is different than that of gas vehicle. It was nice to have someone great me in the service area and direct me a service agent, normally I struggle to find a service agent willing to help. Tires were rotated as requested, do not mind that service agent changed my radio station however it would have been nice if they had turned the volume down to normal listening level so as to not cause ear damage when I started the vehicle

I was sent a letter in regards to a recall for the Bolt EV and was told to schedule an appointment as the parts were available. Upon calling to schedule an appointment, it took me six different phone calls across three days just to get a hold of the scheduler. Once I was able to speak with her, I confirmed the information given to me on the letter, was told there were parts, and I scheduled an appointment. I dropped my car off the night before. The next day I received a call saying that my car was ready. When I went to pick up the car, I asked about the battery parts and at that point was told they never replaced the parts. As no service manager called at the beginning of the scheduled appointment, I was shocked and angry that I had been lied to and never communicated with regarding the lack of parts. In addition, they installed programming that I did not approve. In fact, since the installation of these programs, the car does not charge properly and resets all my features that I programmed which causes me to have to check the car every hour or so to restart the charging process. I had asked the service department to charge the car upon pick up. No one bothered to check to see if it was charging so when I picked it up, it was not charged properly. I brought the car back to the service department as it would not charge at home. They found nothing wrong, but they did misplace my keys when I came to come get the car. They offered no explanations as to why the car is charging improperly but did offer a lot of improper suggestions as to what was wrong. In fact, the information provided was obviously a guess by someone who has never driven this particular car. I have called another dealership and was given more information about the recall and the patches in five minutes than I ever received from Kearny Mesa. Almost every person I dealt with either blamed, lied, or misled in their explanation of what was happening with my vehicle. I could not believe how poorly trained the employees were, how poorly executed the service, and how poorly communicated were the issues with my vehicle. I had to take time off of work just to have my car given back to me in worse shape than how I gave it to them. I am truly disgusted and angered by this whole process.

Went in thinking about possibly leasing a vehicle and came out with the perfect car for my needs. Marco was incredibly helpful and did not mess around trying to sell me anything that I didn't need. He helped me get to a price within budget and tried to deal discounts my way as much as he could. Marco really worked with me and helped me feel less overwhelmed about my first time leasing a vehicle (all on my own). The Allstate agent that assisted me (Maria) was also super kind and helped me get a great bundle. The finance person was also very upfront about what I needed and should invest in. I was there for a while since a lot of people were buying cars that day, but everyone I interacted with was super kind and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend!!

overall this last experience has been the best experience I have had and what will keep me coming back to this specific location (Kearny Mesa). Derek went the extra mile (a few miles extra) to help me understand details that no one else has taken the time to explain to me. I appreciate him being very patient, friendly and extremely professional. Good Job Derek in the service department!
