Always a very good experience. For my last appointment, which was at 11 am for an oil change and I dropped my car off before 8 am, was worked on right away and able to pick up long before 10 am. I really appreciated that.

The external thermometer in my car wasn’t working and my AC wouldn’t work because of it. They got me in quickly, found the cause, and were able to fix it in a few hours. They offered a loaner vehicle for the time my car was being worked on and it was done much sooner than expected. The price of their labor is reasonable and everyone was courteous and professional.

These folks really bailed us out. We broke down outside of town and we limped in. Spotted their dealership and we pulled in. I knew something was wrong with our Ford and we wouldn’t be able to make it home to North Carolina. It was a busy Friday and their service schedule was already full. But somehow they squeezed us in. Turned out Ford had a TSB on our problem and Keast had the parts! Serviced us promptly and we were on our way. Price was reasonable too. Thank you so much!! If I lived anywhere nearby, I’d buy my next Ford here.

I just bought a truck from Keast. I live in Colorado and found a diamond in the rough using the TrueCar app. They worked with me on financing and with a small deposit they held the truck until I could make it work to fly into Omaha to purchase the truck. They met me at the airport with the truck and handed me the keys. Everything was the best experience ever. I worked with Mr. Jim Chance and he literally bent over backwards for my daughter and I. I encourage everybody to look at this dealership.

Had a problem with an indicator light coming on. Called and got an appointment scheduled. Very nice and prompt to work with. A wheel bearing had to be replaced. The service was prompt and quickly completed. I then also scheduled an appointment for an oil change and that was done in the next day on a very timely basis. Great job by the Keast team.

I did a national search for the exact Corvette I wanted, you turned out to be best price / best optioned, made the deal and wired the money. Flew into Omaha, was picked up by the Stick" and met some great people. Pointed the car NW away from the weather and in 23 1/2 hours we were through the rain/thunder/lighting/fog/snow to Spokane, 1500 miles later. I am really enjoying the top down driving around town. Car looks great (it has been washed 4 times since Friday and waxed), great sound and runs strong. great driving auto. It was a hell of a deal on this end! Dave

Tom was exceptional in his description of the vehicle, the condition and answering all my questions. The deal was fair, and completed quickly - very smooth with no issues. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one. I am very pleased with their customer service. I didn't feel pressure to buy. I have owned my used car for nearly a month. When I purchased the vehicle there was not an owner's manual with it. Kirk, the sales rep, told me he would get one. Today I get a call from him saying he got it and will mail it to me. I thought that was great that he followed up with that since most dealerships get their money and then don't want to help with anything. I would definitely recommend Keast Auto Center if your looking to purchase a new or used car.
